I absolutely loved this place, and I'd go back tomorrow. The menu is open-ended, so you can choose whatever you want. Truffles are the star here.

We returned after some time, bringing friends, and I must say it exceeded our expectations once again. The limited menu reflects the careful selection of dishes and the highest quality of ingredients (the white truffle was sublime). Impeccable service, attentive but never invasive. The atmosphere is very elegant and refined, yet warm and welcoming. Tables are spaced well apart to allow for privacy and conversation (very pleasant given the quiet atmosphere). We will definitely return and continue to bring friends and colleagues from outside the region to experience this Umbrian wonder. Thank you.

The Italian Truffle Experience! You shouldn’t miss it if you’re a truffle lover!
Since both the menu and truffle varieties are seasonal, it’s a wonderful place to dine year-round.
That said, in my humble opinion, the best time to visit is from mid to late December, when you can enjoy exceptional dishes featuring White Truffle and Pregiato Black Truffle.

My wife, our dog, and I had dinner at this beautiful property on a weekend in November. The welcome was warm and homey, yet with attention to detail. The staff took turns during the tasting, demonstrating great knowledge and professionalism. We truly had a pleasant evening, and they shared stories and helped us discover the various regions of Umbria through the food and wines, both carefully selected and paired with passion. Thank you.
