The pasticcio and the first courses are delicious.
The Amaro Jacopone, the real highlight, is a must-try.

09/03/2026: Trattoria with excellent food, with dishes like pici and tagliatelle with truffles, a delicacy, a special truffle omelette, and a very good roast lamb. The dessert was excellent, the price was just right for the quality and quantity.!!!!!
09/03/2026: A simple but welcoming trattoria. Very good food and generous portions. Flavorful dishes. I had the primo del priore with trout, porcini mushrooms, and truffle (a strange but interesting combination), followed by the tenderloin with truffle, which was delicious and tender. Fairly priced.

my son and we were greeted with incredible kindness, making us feel right at home. The apartment was very spacious, tastefully furnished, and spotlessly clean. Thanks to the owner's advice, we purchased some typical local products from their deli and had a wonderful dinner. It was a pleasure meeting you.

09/03/2026: Sometimes you discover a restaurant on a trip that becomes part of the experience itself. That was PantaGruel at Posta Donini for me.
The food is exceptional-elegant, creative, and beautifully plated, while still highlighting the flavors of Umbria. Each dish felt thoughtfully composed and memorable.
I enjoyed it so much that I ended up dining there five evenings in a row. It became the highlight of each day.
The service made it even better. The waiter ran the entire dining room on his own with such ease and grace, making every table feel attended to and welcome.
Truly a special place. I’m already missing it.

02/03/2026: The restaurant offers a €23 tourist menu that includes an appetizer, first course, second course, and water and wine. Garlic and olive oil bruschetta is served with excellent prosciutto. The second courses are a bit smaller in portions, but they're perfectly served. The simple second courses, such as sausage, braciole, cheeses, and more, are delicious. A quiet and quaint place, with courteous and friendly staff.
24/02/2026: In the center of Spoleto, near Piazza del Duomo, where the Don Matteo series is set. Welcoming place, young, knowledgeable, and courteous staff. Gluten-free option. Excellent value. Congratulations.

07/03/2026: I wish I could actually give a review of the food, but unfortunately, having waited 80 minutes for an appetizer, I'll limit myself to one star. It could be the perfect place to accompany a game of Risk; 5-6 hours of play should be enough to enjoy a full dinner.
The only positive note: the waitress tried to apologize for the situation, an attitude that absolutely didn't come across at the cashier, without even a single €1 of shame.

You can enjoy simple and very satisfying express cuisine for lunch.
The staff is friendly and welcoming. It's a café that offers more than just coffee, and when I'm in Tuoro, I only get coffee at Hannibal... there must be a reason!
