It's rare to find such refined options combined with genuine attention to intolerances, like their excellent lactose-free cappuccino. The atmosphere is extremely clean, well-maintained, and modern. I truly appreciated the staff's willingness to let us taste all the different types of chocolate available: a great way to make an informed choice about your favorite flavors. A recommended stop for lovers of quality!

29/01/2026: There was a tour program, which included explanations of various chocolates and a brief demonstration of the technique for infusing chocolate with aromas in a back room. I was a bit disappointed with the hands-on experience, as it wasn't about making anything. The chocolate didn't stick to the roof of your mouth, which was a unique and luxurious touch. This is said to be due to the low-temperature process separating the chocolate from the sugar. I visited a sandwich shop in Syracuse, and while they sell the same chocolate, I couldn't sample it.

19/11/2025: Our lunch experience at this Osteria was a positive one. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming. Even though it was very busy the service exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the good food and especially the many varieties that were served.

05/11/2025: I already knew the restaurant from having been there several times for work, so I decided to return during a weekend in Modica and Ragusa. I had a fantastic idea: I found the legendary Fabrizio, whom I hadn't seen in about seven years. Then I sat down and ordered a very small local appetizer, by choice. Then we ordered a portion of Lolli cche favi (typical pasta with fava beans), which turned out to be a portion for three, a challenge for two to finish. Then I ordered the pork with tomato sauce, a second course featuring rabbit and vegetables. Everything was delicious, the sauce very tasty and cooked to perfection. I hadn't eaten such a tender, succulent, and flavorful piece of rabbit in many years. Congratulations to all the staff, see you soon.

From your table, you can watch the rhythm of Modica slowly unfold: tourists wandering a bit aimlessly, locals going about their daily routines, groups of old men lingering over conversations, their voices carrying through the air. Sitting here, you feel part of the city’s gentle morning pulse.

16/11/2025: A true explosion of flavors! I just got back from the pizzeria [strapizzami] and I have to say it was an incredible experience! The pizza is cooked to perfection, with a crispy crust and melt-in-your-mouth mozzarella. The service was impeccable; the staff was very kind and helpful. The atmosphere is cozy and romantic, perfect for an evening with friends or a loved one. The price is very reasonable, considering the quality and quantity of the food. I ordered the pizza [ai porci] and I have to say it was one of the best pizzerias I've ever had. I highly recommend trying [strapizzami], you won't be disappointed! 5 out of 5 stars! ❤️

28/10/2025: I was with friends strolling around Marina di Modica. Despite the late hour, we noticed the place was packed, so we chose it as our spot. They quickly set us up at a table, even though it was on the roadside but well-located. We chose a little bit of everything, from pizza to fish, to pasta dishes, accompanied by a good, authentic Sicilian Grillo. We chose the pizza with the fried fish of the day as an appetizer, and everything arrived quickly. Afterwards, we moved on to the first and second courses, from the peppered mussels to the pasta and fish. The waiters were very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place, although the price can be a bit higher depending on what you choose.

03/09/2025: Just a quantity bar and nothing more. If you want to taste typical Modica delicacies, I certainly don't recommend a bar where it's convenient only for its location and nothing more.
