It's become one of our go-to restaurants: we already know that something special awaits us, an experience that goes far beyond a simple dinner. A true journey of flavors. The food is meticulously crafted and of the highest quality, with creative yet always balanced and delicious dishes. You can clearly taste the hand of a brilliant chef, who pours talent and passion into every dish. The waiter is always a guarantee: kind, friendly, highly knowledgeable, and even super nice. He knows how to best advise you and makes you feel immediately at ease. A place that never disappoints. We'll definitely be back!

18/02/2026: A very beautiful and welcoming place. The service and the quality of the products were the two things that particularly impressed and delighted us. We had the opportunity to speak with the staff, who were very kind and helpful, even explaining the dishes, which are unlike any other cuisine you'd find elsewhere. I'd like to focus on the dishes themselves: beautifully blended flavors with authentic ingredients. Definitely recommended, and we'll be back.

It's rare to find such refined options combined with genuine attention to intolerances, like their excellent lactose-free cappuccino. 19/02/2026: A truly fascinating experience in the heart of Modica. The variety and selection of chocolate is incredible, with unique and sophisticated flavor combinations. The atmosphere is extremely clean, well-maintained, and modern. I truly appreciated the staff's willingness to let us taste all the different types of chocolate available: a great way to make an informed choice about your favorite flavors. A recommended stop for lovers of quality!

29/01/2026: There was a tour program, which included explanations of various chocolates and a brief demonstration of the technique for infusing chocolate with aromas in a back room. I was a bit disappointed with the hands-on experience, as it wasn't about making anything. The chocolate didn't stick to the roof of your mouth, which was a unique and luxurious touch. This is said to be due to the low-temperature process separating the chocolate from the sugar. I visited a sandwich shop in Syracuse, and while they sell the same chocolate, I couldn't sample it.

09/03/2026: Authentic Modica cuisine, the name aptly reflects the lost flavors. I've returned to the tastes of 50 years ago. Flavors that had been lost over the years. Must try for yourself. Highly recommended.

The special appetizer was beautiful and prepared with authentic ingredients, with old-fashioned aromas that hark back to true tradition. A special compliment to Oriana, who was very kind and professional. The service was impeccable. Highly recommended! 👏

16/11/2025: A true explosion of flavors! I just got back from the pizzeria [strapizzami] and I have to say it was an incredible experience! The pizza is cooked to perfection, with a crispy crust and melt-in-your-mouth mozzarella. The service was impeccable; the staff was very kind and helpful. The atmosphere is cozy and romantic, perfect for an evening with friends or a loved one. The price is very reasonable, considering the quality and quantity of the food. I ordered the pizza [ai porci] and I have to say it was one of the best pizzerias I've ever had. I highly recommend trying [strapizzami], you won't be disappointed! 5 out of 5 stars! ❤️

28/10/2025: I was with friends strolling around Marina di Modica. Despite the late hour, we noticed the place was packed, so we chose it as our spot. They quickly set us up at a table, even though it was on the roadside but well-located. We chose a little bit of everything, from pizza to fish, to pasta dishes, accompanied by a good, authentic Sicilian Grillo. We chose the pizza with the fried fish of the day as an appetizer, and everything arrived quickly. Afterwards, we moved on to the first and second courses, from the peppered mussels to the pasta and fish. The waiters were very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place, although the price can be a bit higher depending on what you choose.
