23/01/2026: We came here at the end of january and it was one of few open places. We didnt read the reviews before coming in, but the owner was super nice and friendly, very little space inside. We ate arancinis, crepe and some kind of sandwich with coffee. Arancinis were good, 3.50eur each. Crepe and sandwinch were okay. It cost us 24eur so it was fine.
22/10/2025: The terrace with a view is spectacular. The hot chocolate is delicious. The desserts are varied and very good.

08/03/2026: The worst I've ever been to. The sandwiches and fries were completely cold, and the cheese in the sandwiches was whole, not even slightly melted. The staff, all young, were rude and bordering on impolite. Dirt everywhere.

24/01/2026: After a delay of more than two hours from the time agreed with Just Eat, the restaurant even misplaced your phone. Unacceptable, you deserve to be kicked off the circuit.

08/03/2026: You're in the center of Noto, with all the amenities close at hand, a very fair price, and super-qualified and friendly staff. We'll definitely be back.
P.S.: You can ask where you can take boat, bike, or jeep tours; they'll be able to advise you.

Ridiculous check in procedure. Hopeless for people with physical issues.
Issues with plumbing.

27/05/2025: Stopped for a quick lunch. Cold arancini and tasteless bruschetta . Try ‘a putia’ around the corner for far superior bruschetta and much cheaper. Waitress forgot the coffee - it wasn’t added to the bill.
03/05/2025: Unfortunately, we didn't like it, neither the price for what we got nor the service. Furthermore, with the three aperitif cocktails we had, we weren't served anything to eat, and given the price (an average of €8 per drink), as well as the type of drink we ordered, we thought it was logical.

01/03/2026: If possible, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's no longer the Saint Moritz it once was. Now that it's under new management and is now called Café Moritz, it's changed for the worse. I went there to buy some mini pastries; I'd say a pastry shop in a remote Sicilian town has a wider selection, not to mention how expensive and tasteless it is. There are other, better, and less expensive pastry shops. One thing's for sure: they'll never see me again. I advise everyone to stay away from this place, which has now fallen into utter squalor. Not even a second-rate pastry shop offers such stale stuff.

25/09/2025: The ambiance was truly special! A fantastic view over Modica under the local trees. That was truly special!
The Negronis were superbly balanced and well worth the money. The aperitif platter was truly excellent in quality, with obvious local products and the feeling you want when ordering an Italian aperitif platter!

31/12/2025: Everything was fine at first. The surprise came when we paid; we were charged much more than the menu price. When we asked, they said it was for using the table, which we didn't want. But the server sent us there anyway. In my opinion, it's a tourist trap. Just stay away.

We've been traveling to Bella Italia for years.
At least the landlady gave us a discount.
