20/05/2025: One star because it is not possible to give less. An experience to forget. The staff's approach was, from the beginning, marked by a lack of professionalism: haughty answers, sufficient tone, as if our presence was a favor granted and not a paid service (and also more than the result). The proposed menu included a series of dishes including anchovies that, despite being presented as the same course, turned out to be of clearly different quality: some dark, excessively salty and inedible. When we asked to replace them we were answered with a firm refusal, without any attempt to remedy the situation. The situation worsened when we realized - to our amazement - that they had forgotten the time of the communion, set for 1 pm as confirmed by the reservation sheet. This led to an unjustifiable delay in the release of the first courses, followed by a hasty and approximate management of the rest of the lunch. To top it all off, we were told several times that the parking lot was “about to close,” with the clear intent of speeding up our exit. A lie revealed shortly after, speaking directly with the parking manager, who confirmed that it would close at midnight. A special day influenced by a disorganized, unprofessional, and uncustomer-oriented service.

20/04/2025: They recommended this place to me and we went there on Easter day, reservation for 1pm and we started at 3pm, menu with drinks included and they made us pay for water which according to them was also poor food, and inaccessible women's bathrooms, chips for children fried in fish oil, dirty and dry mussels, very poor second courses with soft and inedible prawns, I'm sorry but I don't recommend it for us it's a disappointment

22/12/2024: Tonight they were not up to par, not only two hours late citing reasons of confusion because it was Saturday but then inedible and cold pizza without any excuse! Work is done with love, gentlemen, regardless! There may be a delay but those who know how to be a trader always find a way to make it "forgiven"! Claudio Iacobelli

06/11/2024: Appena arrivati a Ragusa prima di cominciare la visita abbiamo preso due coni qui. Gelato niente male stracciatella il gusto che ci è piaciuto di più. Prezzi in linea con la zona

31/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante convinti di vivere una bella esperienza, ma purtroppo così non è stato, nonostante la buona qualità del cibo. Non ci è stato fornito alcun menù né cartaceo né digitale (il che per legge non è fattibile) né ci sono stati comunicati i prezzi al momento dell’ordine. Abbiamo ordinato in due: • 1 antipasto di pesce a testa • 1 primo piatto diviso in due • 2 bottiglie d’acqua • 1 Coca-Cola • 3 sorbetti Alla fine ci è stato presentato un conto di 160 euro in due, senza spiegazioni, Stranite Abbiamo chiamato successivamente per chiedere informazioni e ci è stato detto che “il menù” costa 60 euro a persona comprensivo di antipasto, primo, acqua, sorbetto e coperto per persona, ma noi non avevamo preso un menù completo a testa considerando che il primo lo abbiamo diviso. Una differenza di più di 40 euro che nessuno ha saputo giustificare. Siamo rimaste molto deluse e ci è sembrato un comportamento scorretto. In un locale serio, i prezzi vanno sempre comunicati prima, non inventati al momento del conto. Ps: la signora alla casa al momento del conto è andata in cucina dallo chef a chiedere il prezzo del primo.

01/05/2025: 1 May 2025, my husband and I suddenly decided to go to Cefalù for lunch. We stopped at the VECCHIA MARINA restaurant 🔝 I recommend it to everyone. We ate the pasta with lobster recommended by them, which was exceptional to say the least. Compliments . We recommend it to everyone 🔝, staff too nice

05/03/2025: Nice venue But female counter clerk on duty on 5 March 2025 (female) I don't know what role she has in the uncourteous activity, is she rude towards the customer, maybe she doesn't love her job? In my opinion, counterproductive for the owner! Sin!!!

27/05/2025: Stopped for a quick lunch. Cold arancini and tasteless bruschetta . Try ‘a putia’ around the corner for far superior bruschetta and much cheaper. Waitress forgot the coffee - it wasn’t added to the bill.

03/05/2025: Unfortunately we didn't like it, neither the price for what we got nor the service. Furthermore, with the three aperitif cocktails we had, we were not brought anything to eat and for the price spent (an average of €8 per drink), as well as for the type of drink taken, we thought it was logical to have. Patience!
