Perfect for breakfast. Lots of sweets and pastries of all kinds. And the prices are great. The service is very attentive and fast.

Always top-notch, something I haven't seen in Catania for at least 15 years. The quality of the products at this cafe and restaurant hasn't changed, in fact I'd say it's improved. Highly recommended.

A well-stocked bar offering breakfast, hot food, desserts, and more. Open 24/7. The bar is clean, the staff is friendly, but the prices are a bit high for the area and city. There are cheaper bars nearby that have earned 5 stars. A small cup of ice cream (two really small scoops, no cream, no anything) for €3.50 is a bit expensive and not in proportion to the product.

26/03/2026: We just had lunch here today and the food and service were excellent. We were hoping to dine outdoors but it was too breezy so sat in the closed in terrace looking seaward.We were given complimentary appetizers and a nice fruit cocktail for afters. We were warmly received and the atmosphere from the staff was professional and kind.As a Canadian couple we were impressed by their efforts! Our seafood was fresh and served with fresh pasta and simply delicious.We would recommend Mare Kambo as a very good place to dine for lunch or dinner.
