Caffe Sicilia In Noto

If you're looking for a sweet break in Noto, this is the place. I couldn't help but try their granita with brioche. So delicious. I agree with every single positive review. I highly recommend the fig and chili pepper, a surprising flavor.

Excellent place, the service and the quality of the pastries are amazing. I'm Argentinian and I discovered the café through a Netflix show six years ago... I promised myself I'd visit it someday, and I did, and it was worth it. The flavors are incredible and the coffee is perfectly brewed at the right temperature... Trying something at Caffè Sicilia is truly exciting 🥹 Thank you for what you do. I hope to return soon ❤️

The granita here is exceptiona, especially paired with their fresh brioche. The gelato selection is impressive with rich, authentic flavors that don’t disappoint. Whether you’re stopping by for breakfast or an afternoon treat, this is the gelateria to visit in Noto. Highly recommended.

A place with a long tradition, but unfortunately it feels a little neglected and could use more care and attention. The staff were very friendly, though, and the coffee was delicious. Overall, a nice place with potential, but it would benefit from some improvements.

We had breakfast, specifically we had the brioche with almond granita and a croissant filled with fresh ricotta. We liked both a lot. We really enjoyed the food, however we found it to be a bit expensive.

A magical place! Where the simplicity and excellence of their products are simply indescribable. Magical combinations of saffron, almonds, oranges, and pistachios. Without a doubt, the best almond granita I've ever had! I would go back every day!

Drove all the way here from Taormina just for the granita. Granita is of course available all over Sicily, and often homemade. But the granita at Caffè Sicilia is truly the very best I have ever tasted! The scent of fresh lemon juice, but especially the zest, is so delicious! This was completely worth the drive. Oh, and don't forget the fantastic brioche! Do it, taste it, and then go again!!!

This elegant and popular place was my first stop in Noto. Since it was my first time in the Baroque Capital, I was looking for a granita with a different flavor than usual, so I chose, and ate at the counter, the "fig and chili" one. It has a puree-like consistency and a pleasantly sweet flavor, with a spicy aftertaste, well-balanced and never overpowering. The bar doesn't offer hot food, but in addition to pastries and breakfast items, it also offers inviting bread. The staff was professional and prompt despite the large crowds at the time of my visit. The prices are higher than average, but completely understandable given the location on the main street, the large staff, and the attention to detail in the place and the products served. I came here out of devotion. I had high expectations, and everything exceeded them. The bread, oil, and everything else was the perfect start; the almond butter was exceptional, and the tomato was out of this world. The gold-flavored gelato is in my personal top three of the best gelatos I've ever tasted; its unique, vibrant flavor. The almond granita was exceptional, and the cannoli to finish rounded out an experience that will remain among my all-time favorites. I hope to return as soon as possible.
