17/03/2026: A beautiful property that shows the owners' love for what they do. And what they make are special wines. I love Susumaniello rosé, so I recommend Antiero: fantastic!

05/03/2026: I haven't visited the entire winery, but I know some of their wines and really enjoyed them. I saw a wide selection of bottled and packaged wines, but you can also buy bulk wine at great prices.

16/05/2026: We chose this wonderful place in the heart of Bari to celebrate my father's important birthday. Georgia was incredibly helpful, supported us in creating the menu, and gave us the opportunity to spend some wonderful time with our family. The dishes were original and the menu was truly appreciated. We recommend it to everyone.

17/12/2025: Lunch here was a regular stop when we were in the area on weekdays (since on holidays you have to book well in advance). Unfortunately, yesterday it didn't go very well... (Did the chef change?) The appetizers were prepared who knows how long ago, even the seafood linguine was nothing like the ones we've had the other times, the grilled vegetables were burnt, the fish was the same story, only the calamari was okay, the shrimp contained sand, the swordfish (Oceanico) tasted old. The black truffle tasted only of ice. And a stomach ache... We were hungry and we gulped down the ceca, we were actually asked at the cashier how it had gone, but to avoid controversy, we paid and left because we didn't want to ruin our day. Obviously we won't be back again.

14/12/2025: The appetizers were okay, but the mussels...sorry, I know a lot about fish...and they were dirty, salty, inedible. The waiters were very unfriendly. The pasta with the lentils was okay, but very salty. In the end, the owner didn't charge for the mussels. But no thanks. There are much better places in Italy to eat fresh fish.

13/03/2026: I celebrated my birthday here a few days ago. I made a reservation for 9:30 PM, and they only seated us at 10 PM after insisting. The evening was nice; there was music and fun. The problem, however, was that my reservation had been booked outside. It was my first time here, so I didn't know if the outside seating was covered or not, but I assumed that since we booked outside, they'd be certain we'd be indoors in case of bad weather. That wasn't the case. The outside seating is completely uncovered, except for the grills for warming up. Obviously, I think the place should be careful to check the weather before booking outside, as there's no cover. As soon as we were seated, we ordered drinks and a few small bowls in the middle. We'd just had time to drink when it suddenly started pouring down: we were under the rain for a good fifteen minutes, until a waiter came to tell us we'd have to move inside. So, we left everything there—the bowls and drinks, the first half-filled—and went inside. The space was very small because people were standing dancing, but they sat us in the back room, with tables and chairs. In the rush and amidst so many people, I lost the candle I was holding in my hand while rushing to escape the rain, pushed by a waitress who was pushing her way through the crowd. I was very sorry for this inconvenience, because the place is truly worth it; it organizes interesting and fun evenings, the atmosphere is youthful, and the food and cocktails are good too. However, the management left a little to be desired. I must, however, thank the other waiters, who were kind and helpful.

15/02/2026: I went yesterday with my group "It's just us." The place was well-kept and clean, the staff were kind and professional; the evening with the karaoke was lovely; the food was good, highly recommended; and we'll definitely be back.

07/12/2025: I've only tried good panzerotti, but they weren't special, nor did they seem handmade. I can't give a higher rating because reheated, non-fried panzerotti don't earn a high rating in my opinion (in Bari, that is).

22/11/2025: We stopped "on our way" and returned to buy some delicious, hot, fresh focaccia. My son also enjoyed the arancini for riso.

21/05/2026: I didn't like the panzerotti because they're small and the dough is thin, but they're easy to digest because they're not greasy. The panzerotti's seasoning isn't noticeable because the cured meats (e.g., salami and mortadella) are diced (except for the panzerotto with capocollo). Prices are reasonable (a panzerotto averages €3-4), except for the panzerotto with capocollo and stracciatella. The latter, ONLY because it was filled cold and served open, costs €8 (basically the same as a pizza). Service is poor because you can't afford to pay a €3 cover charge for: 1) the table is so close to the others that you can't move (we were in the outdoor dining area); 2) paper placemats like the ones in the cafeteria and napkin holders like the ones at the bar downstairs; 3) A waiter (a very young man who perhaps didn't want to work) first asked us what we'd ordered (is that our business?), then took away our dirty plates and cutlery but didn't give us clean cutlery for the other courses. Generally, the waiters were helpful but unsmiling. I usually check reviews and prices before choosing a place, but unfortunately this time I mistakenly followed other people's advice.

03/06/2026: Good restaurant with very tasty semi-raw fish; we liked everything we ordered, especially the lobster and the semi-raw frutti di mare. However, the service is too distant and excessively serious. It's also very expensive compared to nearby competitors.

01/06/2026: The atmosphere was truly breathtaking; we were seated at a table very close to the sea and the view was beautiful. The service was good, but perhaps the price doesn't reflect the quality of the food. My linguine was wonderful, but my boyfriend's risotto wasn't quite as good.

09/05/2026: They were very helpful with special dietary requests and made something we asked for. They were all very helpful and kind, the coffee was good, as we the cakes.

29/04/2026: A lively spot where locals come to have their coffee at the bar. We went there for breakfast. Very pleasant welcome and quick service. The lemon cream croissant is excellent.

22/12/2025: This pastry shop is a real find! Everything is excellent! And the welcome is so warm and friendly, I love it! I highly recommend it!

31/05/2026: This is a historic bar in Torre a Mare. Famous for its ice cream and aperitifs. But being famous isn't enough if you don't combine professional table service with quality appetizers. We were served by a girl in her early eighteenth year who kept addressing us informally. She could have been our niece. We had to call her over to our table, where she showed up after about ten minutes, and the place was almost empty. We had two Spritzes complete with appetizers, which were few and mostly dry. WHAT A SHAME!!!! In Torre a Mare, there are bars that don't rely on their fame and offer kindness and quality. What a shame!
