02/03/2025: Very good food, but confusing orders (they got the orders of both our table and the one next door wrong). The appetizers arrive immediately (probably frozen), but the dishes take a long time (a wrong dish, to make the fillet cooked rare, 35 minutes of waiting). Desserts that are clearly not "homemade" because they are all sold either frozen or from the refrigerated counter, already in convenient single portions. Very chaotic and too hot place, small table... meh. I hope to change my mind next time and change the review. Booked at 10pm, came in much later and ate at 11.30pm.

The master pastry chefs Vincenzo and Graziano, together with their team, blend tradition with innovation. The confirmation of all this is given by the many customers who, especially at the weekend, as per tradition, form very long queues in front of the pastry shop. Simply super. Congratulations guys, keep it up 👍👍👍

10/02/2025: Conoscevo già i buonissimi sospiri che fanno in varie pasticcerie di Bisceglie… Ma quelli che abbiamo preso al bar Cattedrale nel centro storico sono meravigliosi, insuperabili, indimenticabili 😅
