21/09/2025: High prices but not enough fish. I tried this restaurant alternating it with a day at the beach. There's not much fish on the menu if you opt for the tasting menu; the dishes aren't bad, but they're not as excellent as you might expect from a gourmet restaurant. The portions are definitely adequate, so you won't leave feeling hungry. The service was good, the wait was short, and the waitress was professional. The value for money wasn't great.

11/10/2025: This was an odd experience. Most importantly, the food is delicious, wonderful in fact. Exactly what I wanted - a taste of Lecce. We started with the fiori di zucca fritti and a sample of olive oil toasts. I had the Sagne Nnannulate with the tomato sauce with horse meat, lovely balance of richness and savory tomato flavor. My wife enjoyed the Ciceri e tria pasta, also wonderful. We paired it with a nice rose wine. Where I felt bothered was how we were treated. This is my 10th trip to Italy, so I know the customs and embrace them fully. I am not fluent but speak Italian decently for a tourist. We were dressed as well as anyone who showed up. We arrived shortly after the restaurant opened at 8pm. There was a large tour group eating inside. However we were told we could only eat outside. OK, I understand it's Saturday night maybe there were many reservations so we took seats outside. But it was evident that we were not welcome for whatever reason. We could tell from the conversations as people rang the bell to enter, half of the people who arrived afterwards didn't have reservations. I speak well enough to understand the language of the restaurant. YET NO ONE ELSE WAS MADE TO SIT OUTSIDE. Each time the door opened, we hear people inside enjoying themselves and we were alone outside. While food service was OK, in my many visits to Italy this was the first time I was made to feel like a stranger. Made more apparent every time the front door closed. To reiterate, the food is wonderful. The inside atmosphere and decor, from what we could see through the windows like beggars, is charming. We just didn't feel welcome. We skipped dessert downed a coffee, paid and left. We felt welcome in Bari for 3 nights but Lecce was not welcoming this night. Dumb luck I guess.

04/10/2025: Beautiful place, excellent quality meat and cured meat and cheese platter. Welcoming and friendly staff.

04/09/2025: A place surrounded by nature. You can choose your favorite cured meats from the platter... EXCELLENT, in fact, EXCEPTIONAL!!! You can also choose the meat you want grilled. During dinner, you're often approached by cats who keep you company throughout the meal... if you don't like cats, it's best to avoid dining here. For those who love nature and animals, this is the perfect place, but especially for those who really love meat.

11/07/2025: Spectacular pub, both for its atmosphere and the quality of the food and drinks. The staff is incredibly friendly and has created a beautiful space that exudes rock and roll vibes. The octopus burger is a must-try.

24/10/2025: Tourist trap. The waiter offers you a fresh fish, without announcing the price. So, 42 euros for a small fish for 2 people!!!! An oppressive waiter, clear your cutlery, you've barely finished!!!

17/10/2025: We had the most spectacular fresh fish, apulian style, on the recommendation of our chef from our hotel, Tenuta Negroamano. Loved this place, would love to come back!

01/10/2025: Love the Tremiti Islands! An absolute paradise. Take a small boat tour around the island with heaps of swimming opportunities.

28/09/2025: My paradise. Pristine nature, coves with fantastic water. The only flaw is a bit of neglect here and there. There are things that could be improved.

29/09/2025: We made it our mission to try as many gelateria shops in Ostuni as we could, and while they started to taste the same, this shop was an exception. Staff were super friendly, and the taste and texture of their gelato was excellent! Highly recommend, worth the walk up the steps to the top of Ostuni to enjoy their many sweet treats while enjoying the beautiful view!

19/09/2025: Good ice cream, but the waiter couldn't be more unpleasant! The ice cream menu was on a QR code, and as soon as we sat down, the unfriendly waiter said, "La Carta," and left with his arms in the air. He came back a few minutes later, wordlessly throwing the napkin box with a tiny QR code on it onto the table. In short, very good, but change the waiter!!!
