20/08/2026: A surprising restaurant. Crowds of people arrive after 9:00 PM. Despite the sheer number of tables, the entire place was practically packed. That says something... Very professional service. Dishes: calamari from the starter menu: 10/10 (excellent!!!), sea bream with 3 peppercorns - 10/10, spaghetti with fresh catch - 8.5/10, sea bass - 9/10. An exclusive restaurant.

20/08/2026: The service is incredibly leisurely. One head waiter with a proud air takes your order. If it's evening, you can wait a very long time for your order to be taken. The wine is good, the food is also good, but the restaurant's specialty is serving raw seafood, octopus, langoustines, etc.; ask the waiter. Overall, it's good. They even have a children's menu, which is quite tasty. 👌 We lived nearby and ate there almost every day. There's another restaurant a 15-minute walk away. Another less pretentious restaurant, also on the beach, serves the same ingredients, and is half the price.

14/08/2026: I've been going to this pastry shop since I was little, and it's never disappointed me. The desserts are spectacular, as are the drinks, the restrooms are spotless and spotless, and the waiters are friendly and helpful. It's always crowded, and sometimes hard to find a seat, but you can still eat at the counter. Highly recommended.

17/05/2026: A historic bar in Polignano a Mare that retains its 1980s style, located on the town's main street. Here you can try the "special coffee," a true excellence. Everything is delicious, even the artisanal gelato.

31/07/2026: An elegant location with a truly charming internal garden. The fish is absolutely fresh: dishes are prepared to perfection. The service is impeccable, attentive, and very professional. The prices are medium-high, but entirely commensurate with the excellent quality of the ingredients and the attention to every detail. Highly recommended!

12/08/2026: I just had the opportunity to eat at this place yesterday. Everything was delicious, nothing to complain about, especially the ribs. Last but not least, the service we received was excellent, thanks to the help of Liviano and Samantha.

18/08/2026: The name evokes, or rather should evoke, a restaurant run by Dominican friars, with ancient recipes and ancient flavors, reminiscent of local traditions... None of this, let's go in order: Draft water (which I don't even drink at home) with no option to choose bottled water; A land and sea appetizer (seafood with four anchovies, two shrimp, and two flavorless stuffed mussels); Spaghetti with mussels (pasta stuck together) returned to sender; Mixed fried fish, bronze-colored, the oil was obviously dated; The only decent thing was the (bottled) wine, which they couldn't really interact with. What can I say, as a native of Puglia, stay away, I absolutely don't recommend it!

01/08/2026: Pizzeria Desiderium is a rare gem yet to be discovered, located near the center of Lecce. Parking is plentiful, especially on the adjacent Via De Castris. The staff immediately greets you with a warm and attentive smile, a sign of their deep dedication to their customers, who can relax and enjoy a pleasant evening of regal treatment. The restaurant was opened only a few months ago and already demonstrates expertise and tradition in preparing dishes from our beloved Salento region, with bold flavors that other establishments can't always match. Prices are very fair, and if properly supported, the pizzeria will ensure exceptional quality well into the future. Special praise goes to the owners, who are warm and passionate about using only the finest ingredients, especially their pizza dough, including an excellent 5-grain version. Bravo!

24/07/2026: I discovered this place through The Fork. I was particularly pleased with the welcome and service; the discount was easily applied. I'll definitely return, even without The Fork. Kudos to the staff.

17/08/2026: The review can only be positive. Excellent food, everything from appetizers to pizza, the choice of ingredients and the preparation of the dishes are refined. The politeness and helpfulness of the staff also deserve a positive note; the service was perfect. The location is well-maintained and there is air conditioning inside. The quality/price ratio is good. I recommend it.
