10/05/2026: Nice place with a variety of choices even on Saturdays. The only problem is zero soundproofing.

26/04/2026: We arrived after a failed reservation at another restaurant. We called to see if they had availability, and they told us we had to wait 15 minutes. When we arrived, the table was ready after less than 10 minutes. Very nice place, fast service, and very friendly staff. We had a very tasty lunch; everything was delicious. Special mention goes to the owner, who was very attentive and kind. I highly recommend it.

14/10/2025: Excellent local cuisine. Very friendly service. Arrived for lunch at 3 pm. Fried food and pasta for my wife, followed by tiramisu, coffee, and water. Approximately €50. Excellent value for money. Generous portions. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

10/05/2026: A dinner of excellent raw fish as an appetizer and a seafood pacchero where the seafood was the star... The fried cod was also excellent and the gratin mussels are absolutely worth trying, mmmmmmh!!

09/10/2025: One of the best places for breakfast. We're on vacation with our three small children and found this place. The service was very friendly and quick. One lady even speaks German—a huge compliment! The food was exactly as described and truly delicious. The pancakes were outstanding, especially the one with yogurt and fruit. Not even that sweet, which we love. Thank you so much for the friendly service, the great Italian music, and the joy you radiate with your work. You can really feel that you run this café with love. I highly recommend coming here.

04/05/2026: UNPRECEDENTED DISORGANIZATION! We booked well in advance for 5 adults and 3 children for a Sunday lunch... we arrived (right on time), only to discover that our reservation wasn't there because it was cancelled after we supposedly made a confirmation call to the wrong number (which clearly no one answered). An unacceptable situation... they came from another town specifically, children who needed to eat, a bad impression on the friends we had booked for... in short, a DISASTER! No apologies and no attempt to make amends... so recommended only if you want to risk a complete dud... TERRIBLE!

05/05/2026: Pasta was very nice. Caprese was with 2-3 cherry tomatoes. They were out of salad at the beginning of the service. Food was tasty though.

29/04/2026: I visited this restaurant very close to the center of Ceglie Messapica on April 25th. I must say there were many tourists like me in the town, and naturally, this restaurant was no exception. There are also tables outside on the street, which isn't very wide, narrowing the lane where residents' cars and suppliers to the many businesses still pass, which is why we preferred to have lunch inside. Among the appetizers were seafood, which, being used to much else, I found to be poor, but still enjoyable. Then there was the peppered mussels, whose quality was above average in restaurants—and I'm referring to the brodetto used to flavor the black mussels. Finally, there was a grilled seafood platter and a mixed fried fish dish (which didn't have much of a fish dish other than anchovies... well, nothing but calamari and tiny shrimp), which was decidedly not appreciated. I was about to go to pay the bill when they brought us some traditional sweets and a limoncello on the house (very kind of them, at least).

24/11/2025: As always, everything was excellent quality, with the freshest fish and the option of meat dishes for those who don't eat fish. Excellent wines. The appetizers even included excellent sushi. The cake was exquisite. They even allowed our little furry friend to come in. The staff was impeccable, always available, courteous, and attentive to our every request. They fulfilled all my wishes and those of our fellow diners. The restaurant was perfectly air-conditioned, with spotless restrooms and plenty of space between tables. The tablecloths were pristine white and the dishes spotlessly clean. No need to worry about leaving; I'll be back many times because Donato and his staff NEVER disappoint. Amazing price!

09/12/2025: A small seafood restaurant in the heart of Gallipoli where you can indulge in delicious seafood dishes. Romeo and all the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, smiling, and polite. We dined as a couple and enjoyed a romantic and delicious dinner. Appetizer: peppered mussels and a shrimp, artichoke, and mint salad, delicious. First courses: spaghetti with cream of turnip greens and delicate mussels, ravioli with cacio pepe and shrimp, superb. All accompanied by Apulian white wine and Altamura bread. Excellent value for money. The bill is readily payable because it's so fair. Highly recommended!

24/10/2025: Tourist trap. The waiter offers you a fresh fish, without announcing the price. So, 42 euros for a small fish for 2 people!!!! An oppressive waiter, clear your cutlery, you've barely finished!!!

A splendid, well-maintained, and welcoming location, capable of making an already unforgettable day even more special. The food was truly excellent: exquisite dishes, beautifully presented, and appreciated by all our guests, young and old. But what really made the difference was the human touch: the friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism of the owners, waiters, and entire staff were exceptional. We felt welcomed with sincere kindness, cared for with attention, and pampered from start to finish. When a venue combines beauty, quality, and human warmth, the result can only be special. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Casale Santa Lucia for helping make our son's First Communion unforgettable. Highly recommended!

20/05/2026: Just back from my cousin's communion, we had a great time, we ate very well, the new and tasty dishes, the room was beautiful and bright with all its windows, even the desserts were very good.
