11/09/2025: Albarosa Pizzeria Gastronomia has become a go-to place for me. I often get takeout pizzas, even by the meter, and they never disappoint. The dough is light and flavorful, the toppings always generous and well-balanced. The quality is evident in every bite. And I say this as a Neapolitan: the pizza here is truly delicious! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy excellent pizza made the right way.

02/10/2025: I was at this osteria in August. The food was very good. I thought it was a real gem and returned in September with friends. Unfortunately, the gem turned out to be a poor imitation. It's a real shame and a huge disappointment because the place is very nice and has its own unique atmosphere. The dishes I ordered were simply not good, and I'm wondering if this was a fluke or a rule. Nevertheless, I don't recommend this place because it might disappoint, as it did for me.

02/11/2025: I’d always found it very crowded when I passed by before; this time, since it at least looked quieter from the outside, I decided to have my breakfast there.
A ginseng coffee and a brioche for €3.10 — an astronomical price! After I paid at the register (the staff all seemed to be of a… “mature” age, which is unusual, at least in Bari), as I was leaving the bar the woman behind the counter snapped at me, “Don’t ever come back!” I still don’t know why.

I hope they'll increase the availability of pre-made vegan cakes over time... for those who, like me, always remember things until the last minute.
20/08/2025: Victory is a must-visit when we come to Puglia to enjoy that magnificent coastline. Owner Chiara is an extraordinary woman who does her job with professionalism and dedication. Her panzerotti, pucce rustici, pasticciotti, and many other gluten-free Puglian delicacies are unrivaled. So gorging on sweet and savory treats until you drop is a must.
