06/03/2025: We ordered a vegan birthday cake, EXCEPTIONAL! Very quick in preparing it even though unfortunately we gave very little notice. We were welcomed very well in the pastry shop where we also got some prosecco and a sweet to eat there. Very friendly staff and the lady (we assume the owner) really friendly and kind. All delicious, it will certainly become our reference pastry shop. Thanks again, see you next time!

12/03/2025: One of the best places I have ever ended up in. The knowledge of the owners about spices and herbs is astonishing and it made me feel I was in good hands. The Golden Milk and Chai Latte are my favourite anywhere I go abroad, and finally someone makes it also in Trani. Well done guys!

18/03/2025: L'Underground è il nostro ristorante preferito a Castro Marina. Impossibile non lasciarsi tentare dai piatti gourmet che lo chef propone e che il personale, professionalmente illustra mentre li serve ai clienti. Prezzi nella norma, rapporto qualità/prezzo ottima.

09/03/2025: Very nice restaurant. Well-kept, clean, low music. If it were adult only it would be perfect and would raise the bar for customers. If we hadn't been constantly disturbed by tables with very young children we would have been better off, but this is a review for the place and not for those who go there. The food is excellent, fresh and not frozen fish. The difference can be felt on the palate. Very good and varied proposals on the menu.

Ogni piatto che abbiamo assaggiato era squisito, preparato con cura e con ingredienti di altissima qualità. Complimenti allo chef e al personale per l’attenzione ai dettagli, il servizio impeccabile e la gentilezza. L’ambiente è intimo, elegante e accogliente, perfetto per una cena speciale. Dopo aver scoperto questo ristorante, sarà sicuramente una tappa fissa ogni volta che passeremo per la bellissima Lecce. Consigliatissimo!

The owner is uniquely friendly, he drags you into a vortex of irony that makes you spend your refreshment time in the best possible way. Typical dishes of the area, recommended for dinners with friends, family lunches and work breaks.
