18/08/2024: A pleasant discovery, whether for work or holiday, it is worth trying, the kindness of Stefania and all the staff will leave you speechless, welcoming kindness and a lot of availability are the strong points. Large and clean rooms, excellent internal or external restaurant , with a wide choice of wines and carefully prepared dishes. Truly a great place.

12/08/2024: We ate very well with an excellent welcome, there is only room to improve on the local wines which are excellent and which unfortunately they don't have, I mean wines from the town, not from other neighboring towns, still very good

20/08/2024: Very pleasant surprise! Very good dishes: we ordered the new potatoes with pulled pork (I didn't take a photo because I was stuck with it 😂😂), the beef ribs (in the photo) with the meat that melted in the mouth and the pork ribs with barbecue sauce (also in the photo), which were tougher but still good. My personal advice is to order a little at a time, because these meats are fatty and will fill you up very easily!!! I absolutely recommend you go there and I will definitely return 😋

21/08/2024: Visited this Pub for the evening dedicated to Pino Daniele. Extremely positive feedback from the food, service and location. Sublimely spoiled for choice among the sandwiches presented on the menu. The service is impeccable in describing in detail the list of dishes, as well as the list of wines and beers. Recommended, we will return. Well Done!

16/07/2024: Returning after some time with our granddaughter and her parents, we rediscovered the uniqueness of the place (an old tavern on the port), the kindness of the staff starting from the owners Cristiano and Giulia, and we verified a further leap up in quality of catering both in the raw materials and in the preparation of the dishes. Each of the five of us tasted a different first course, tasting each other and then the three of us "plunged" into an exquisite and abundant fried fish while my son and I tasted an excellent roasted sea bass. All accompanied by a tasty Susumaniello rosé. Truly excellent lunch in an almost familiar atmosphere with a nice final chat with Giulia about catering in today's times.

16/08/2024: Our best dining experience in Otranto. Excellent food and sophisticated menu. Waiting times of 30-40 minutes between order and start of dinner. The fish dishes we chose were excellent. Very helpful and direct staff.

03/07/2024: Returning to a place of memories can be a bittersweet experience. This ice cream shop, once an unmissable destination for its excellent ice cream and cakes, unfortunately has not maintained the standards I remembered. The quality of the ice cream significantly deteriorated: the grainy texture and the presence of ice crystals compromised the experience. The real sore point, however, was the extremely small portion, almost symbolic when compared to the generosity typical of other Apulian ice cream shops. It seems that the increase in tourism has had a negative impact, as often happens. The search for quick profit seems to have replaced the passion for quality and authenticity that once seemed to characterize this place. I hope that this feedback can serve as a stimulus for a return to the roots and quality of the past. It would be a shame to lose such a beloved local institution due to increased tourism.

25/08/2024: Renovated place with a spatial view of the sea, super friendly staff who do everything possible to please everyone! The drinks are delicious (the version of the one with watermelon and the one with mango are definitely worth trying!) I took a pinsa with yellow datterini tomatoes, capocollo and taleggio (if I'm not mistaken the "Martinese"): spectacular, a mix of flavors and priceless quality! What can I say... highly recommended!
