You can choose from an "aperitivo" platter with many small portions, a mini sandwich with cured meats, various cold cuts, a small plate of ravioli, eggplant in oil, or a mini salad with salmon and orange. You can also choose from a variety of delicacies, such as a delicious, generously filled fried calzone, or other specialties. Good coffee and creamy coffee. You can also order a brioche with gelato. 14/09/2025: Quality, kindness, and courtesy are three rare traits found in a venue, but at Bar Castrum in Castrignano del Capo, they're a hallmark. We arrived late for aperitivo, which was just closing time, yet the staff greeted us with a sincere smile and great professionalism. They patiently waited for us to finish, never making us feel rushed. An experience worth repeating: we'll definitely be back, and this time on time ;-)

16/09/2025: We had a lovely dinner at Underground. We ordered the white ragu and the tuna, which was a nice change of pace. After all the carbs in Italy, am I right, guys? Fellow travellers, am I right? Staff were lovely, but just a 4 in the atmosphere because a group of Americans wanted to catch of the day. The rose was also yummy yummy.

08/10/2025: A very beautiful location. With breathtaking views of the sea during the day. A menu featuring various fish dishes. There are also children's dishes without fish. Fresh fish from the daily catch is also available. Very attentive and friendly staff. Completely satisfactory.

16/09/2025: Terrible. Spending two hours sitting at a table caused severe back and buttock pain! The benches should be covered with padded cushions! Terrible service. The grilled pieces of meat and salad were placed on the plates with a bare hand, as only one glove was used. Minimal portions and extremely high prices. A disabled person is not allowed in the restaurant, much less the bathroom, which, moreover, has very high steps that are dangerous even for able-bodied people.

05/10/2025: A restaurant offering a higher level of service in the historic center. Very welcoming service, extraordinary dinner. If the weather is nice, you should get a seat on the pavement because the atmosphere is impressive. Thanks to the owner and staff!

30/09/2025: The pistachio cornetto is delicious – a thick cream with a noticeable hint of flavored oils. We've had much tastier ones while traveling through Puglia, so it's worth seeking out and trying local specialties 🤤

27/08/2025: Osteria di Chichibio is the best restaurant in Polignano. I went in different restaurants including Grotta Palaze who is famous in this city but I end up coming twice in this place. The food is just another level. Come to eat first and thank me later! It’s a must guys 🥂

26/08/2025: Clothes don't make the man. I've traveled half the world, I love going to restaurants, both high-end and average, and writing reviews... the important thing is to eat well, but I've never had my wife and I looked up and down by the hostess, asked if there was a table available, and received a response... "Come back in two and a half hours." I noticed many empty tables without reservations written on the table... I noticed all the diners very well dressed; we were dressed normally in jeans and T-shirts, but with full wallets... I hope I'm wrong, but the feeling was that we weren't welcome.

11/10/2025: I'm sorry to leave a negative review. The place is really well-maintained and the staff very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, we found the quality of the ingredients to be very poor. The fish didn't seem very fresh, and we had to send back a seafood dish, and the chicory side dish was clearly frozen. The waiter and manager were, to be honest, really kind throughout the dinner. Unfortunately, we all had stomach aches that night. I hope this helps us improve.

11/10/2025: Service was great, very nice atmosphere. Highly recommend the pasta, very good! But I would not recommend the beef tagliata.
