05/02/2026: Let's start with the positives: The ambiance is wonderful, the wine very carefully selected and perfectly paired with the food. Ultimately, however, we felt the value for money wasn't quite right. Unfortunately, the mussels weren't entirely fresh during our visit, and some of the dishes seemed rather bland and unimaginative. The portions aren't really designed for a large appetite. While the food is beautifully presented, overall I'd say it's more style than substance. Nevertheless, it was a lovely evening – with room for improvement.

17/03/2026: Honestly, I didn't have a particularly good experience. We had pizzas for dinner, which didn't mean much to me. The beer I ordered wasn't cold, and I found the tables very (too?) close together, which made it difficult for the staff to serve, as they couldn't move around easily. The gelato at the end was excellent. I don't think we'll be back.

14/03/2026: The atmosphere and setting were very intimate and pleasant. The service was super helpful and fast. We had three main courses, all of which looked beautiful, but were a bit more beautiful than tasty. Overall, a good experience. Ratings for the dishes are below the photos.

11/02/2026: I've known this place for 25 years. I used to come here for lunch many years ago and had fond memories of it. I returned today and thought it was gone, like so many other great places in Milan that have now disappeared. But it's still there! I had a stew with fresh porcini mushrooms and potatoes, an excellent tiramisu, and my husband had a delicious chocolate and pear cake. Very reasonable prices for the area...what can I say? Highly recommended!

31/01/2026: An excellent restaurant for a business lunch. The food is well-prepared, reasonably priced (we're in central Milan), and the service is excellent. And the service is prompt, ideal for those short on time for lunch.

09/03/2026: I went to this place on a Friday night with my friends, and it was a rather unpleasant experience for everyone. When we ordered, we were met by an inexperienced waiter who had to go back to the kitchen for every question. It was only 9:00 PM, and she informed us that some of the beers we'd ordered, as well as all the sandwiches and vegetables, were sold out. Unfortunately, I'm celiac and could only have the plated meat and vegetables (except for the potatoes, since they decide to gratinate them, making them inedible for us celiacs), and a friend of mine doesn't eat meat, so instead of the salmon sandwich and vegetables, they offered Asiago with scallops, which I won't even comment on here. The accompanying bread that my friends requested and didn't spontaneously bring was clearly defrosted (warm on the outside and cold on the inside). It's certainly not a good image to be without essential ingredients on a Friday night and at a common dinner time. I do not recommend the place, especially to those with dietary restrictions who have to rule out half the menu right away.

04/03/2026: Excellent burger. And there's also the option of gluten-free bread, which is essential for me.

07/01/2026: We had a lovely meal at Peck today, my minestrone was incredible and the eggplant parmigiana was really well made. My crème caramel was also exceptional. It was firm with a good consistency. And then after you went down to the Enoteca and purchased biscotti and nougat. Highly recommended.

07/01/2026: Unacceptable experience. On January 4th, around 1:30 PM, after paying for my purchases, the most expensive item — Parmigiano cheese — was missing from the bag. The package was wrapped and sealed with opaque paper, making it impossible to check the contents. Complete lack of transparency. I do not recommend this store.

11/03/2026: A good beer bar in the center of Gallarate. A wide selection of craft beers, good food but nothing exceptional. Small place with limited seating.

15/02/2026: A welcoming and authentic restaurant right in the city center, just steps from Piazza Sordello! Daniele, the owner, shares his passion for Mantua's culinary and winemaking traditions with tasty, hearty dishes and local wines. We had one of his delicious platters as an appetizer, followed by pumpkin tortelli and donkey stew. To finish, we ordered the classic sbrisolona with zabaglione cream. Since we were the last ones in, we had a pleasant chat with Daniele, who kindly offered us a taste of the traditional cream with chocolate cream and zabaglione! An excellent wine rounded out our experience. All at a fair price! We'll definitely be back to try Daniele's risotto alla pilota (reservations required).

14/02/2026: The place is very small, with limited seating. However, the food is very good. We stopped for lunch and sampled some of the traditional dishes. They were delicious, and the portions were generous. The staff was extremely courteous, professional, and quick with their service.

03/02/2026: A great experience at a restaurant dedicated to fish, but which also caters to vegans and meat lovers. Good value for money, generous portions, and a very decent wine list.

28/10/2025: Don’t hesitate to try the tasting menu, everything was delicious. I recommend to make a reservation, as even in October the restaurant was full.

28/09/2025: Discovered by chance, a fantastic place with an incredibly usable and comfortable outdoor space. The spritz was fabulous, and the platter for two was generous and met my vegetarian companion's requests. Prices were absolutely reasonable and in line with the service and appetizers. It's a shame the weather is changing, but we'll be back because it's worth it. A charming spot, what I've called "the wailing wall" (see photo).

31/07/2025: It's my favorite place. I always leave delighted. Everything is always delicious and very well prepared. The fruit sorbets are exceptional.

20/11/2025: I stop for a coffee every time I'm in Cabiate. The staff is incredibly friendly, the coffee is excellent, and the croissants are exceptional!

29/10/2025: Hands down, the best bar in Italy. Friendly staff, a welcoming atmosphere, and delicious pastries, all at a truly reasonable price. I'll definitely be back. The only flaw: they encourage gambling addiction, which I think is avoidable.
