Excellent, high-quality food, superb cocktails, impeccable service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. A place to bring your loved ones and friends. What more can I say...a mix of qualities rarely found in a place like this. Thanks to the Bar Rose team for their hospitality and friendliness, we'll be back very soon...we promise!!!

The tartare and pastrami also deserve special mention: fresh ingredients, meticulously prepared, and truly above average. Pleasant atmosphere and impeccable service: courteous, attentive staff, always available without being intrusive. A place where you can truly eat well, ideal for those seeking uncompromising quality. Recommended.
26/04/2026: Everything was delicious! From appetizer to dessert, there wasn't a single thing that was "meh." Perfect pastrami. Calmorous tiramisu. Attentive but not intrusive service. Excellent dinner!

02/03/2026: Very tasty food. Full of flavour, it was way better than the other places we ate at during our stay in Rome. We had the chicken thigh and the seafood risotto.
