22/07/2024: Nous avons passé une belle soirée. Nous avons partagé deux entrées (une assiette de mortadelle très fournie et une assiette de bruschettas), très bon ! Mon compagnon a ensuite pris une tagliata di manzo avec du gorgonzola fondu, très savoureux ! Et moi les gambas grillés, très bon aussi ! Nous avons terminé par un tiramisu (attention, il est à la crème). Les vins au verre étaient très bien aussi.

23/07/2024: In Bologna kann man ja bekanntlich nicht schlecht essen, aber etwas besser geht‘s doch. Schon alleine die Tatsache, dass das Lokal an einem Samstag Abend nicht ausgebucht ist (in Bologna wohlgemerkt!), spricht für sich. Und Stammgäste habe ich auch keine gesehen … Vielleicht gab es einen Besitzerwechsel? Oder hat die Renovierung die Touristen angelockt??

19/04/2024: Most of the vegetables had no flavor. Some of the vegetables (chard?) were gray. The fennel was tough. The meat dish tasted mediocre. The coffee tasted like it used the cheapest beans from the supermarket. You have to load the menu using a QR code. Be careful, if you go through the entire process, the restaurant will have your phone number. You end up on WhatsApp. Under no circumstances request the menu there, but click on the link yourself so that the menu opens. Then delete the chat.

05/09/2024: I like the environment, the tranquility, the fact that you are treated courteously and without haste both when you go for a snack after a walk and when you have an evening out. No matter how much you spend, no one rushes you.

10/07/2024: We found this cafe as it was close to our hotel and open before noon. They had an incredible selection of different food. We ordered the focaccia and prosciutto melone, capirci and a pizza. All very good. Friendly staff. Mostly locals eating here.

13/08/2024: Good food and at an adequate price, everything else is missing. Environment: I have never suffered such suffocating heat all summer: rainy evening, very very cool (outside) and I find myself eating in a closed place, with no windows in my area, with absolutely inadequate air conditioning, I wanted to go out afterwards Then I resisted for 5 minutes, but I can't say I felt good. Ask the waiter: "we can't go on the veranda, it's hot here"; answer: "the veranda is closed, we only use it in winter". 🤔Brilliant🥵🤬. Also referred to the menus, we had to ask for them on purpose (and they are very normal paper placemats with the menu printed on one side) otherwise they wouldn't have them, we didn't have to install the restaurant App to be able to see the menu, an app which was also made also bad because you had to look at dishes one by one without being able to have an overall view like in a normal menu. In short, in the end, how can you ruin good food (burgers and salad for me) and a nice choice of beers with a side dish made of bad choices, POSTPONED PS: as usual, loud background music prevents us from chatting, another environmental error.

09/08/2024: Genuino, il primo aggettivo che mi viene in mente per questo bistrot. Genuino come l'oste, un ragazzo giovane e gentile che asseconda le richieste degli avventori più esigenti con naturalezza e cortesia, come uno spritz con la fetta di limone e poco ghiaccio. Genuini e di qualità gli stuzzichini di accompagnamento alle bevande: olive, tarallini, pizzette, patatine e non è scontato che le patatine siano tutte fragranti e saporite. I tavolini essenziali ma decorosi sotto il portico ospitano la clientela più svariata: gli ospiti fissi e quelli di passaggio, i turisti, gli amici dell'oste, i residenti nei dintorni che anche il 9 di agosto possono trovare refrigerio in un bicchiere di vino o in un cocktail fresco. Eh sì perché il "matto" chiude solo pochissimi giorni all'anno, forse il nome deriva proprio dalla sua dedizione al lavoro o forse da qualche frequentatore...comunque sia merita di essere scoperto.

30/07/2024: Posto scoperto per caso seppur vicino a casa e niente da allora si mangia la pizza solo lì tanto è buona e la mandi giù in scioltezza ( non rimane mai sullo stoma o indice di utilizzo di prodotti di qualità) Titolare e personale ( pizzaiolo compreso) super carini. Provare per credere.
