24/07/2025: I came in on the morning of July 23, 2023, after a twenty-year absence. I had a full breakfast. I found a simple atmosphere and fresh pastries. The cured meats are unusual and not my cup of tea. I assume the manager speaks English. Tables are outside.

04/05/2026: This is the place to eat fish in Bologna. Not fancy, not cheap, but just as it should be done. A perfect carpaccio of fresh fish from the market. The fish of the day was a really good grilled Dorade, with grilled onions, tomatoes and patatoes. A perfect deal.

11/04/2026: A friendly atmosphere, even for children. Friendly service, including the chef and cooks, and the entire staff. I recommend it for a pleasant evening.

10/04/2026: Fantastic place for those who love live music. I was there on Thursday and had a great time. I felt at home with the warmth transmitted between customers and musicians. Jam sessions of all levels. My world. Plus, once a week there's board game night. One of my favorite places. And kudos to the people who work there because it's one of the best atmospheres I've ever seen in a club. Recommended to everyone.

24/03/2026: Truly an institution in Bologna; I've been going there for 50 years! One of the very few places left where you can grab a bite to eat without getting robbed. I had the pizza bianca with broccoli rabe, which was excellent, and a properly cold Coke. The salad from last time was also good. The staff is young and friendly, but they need to learn how to avoid constantly walking with their eyes fixed on the ground, otherwise getting attention to order becomes difficult.

09/03/2026: €9.60 for a small bottle of water and four disgusting frozen chicken nuggets, which were delivered after 45 minutes. Nothing more to add.

03/04/2026: Definitely a bad pizza; the dough was gooey and stringy, the tomatoes were okay. Each ingredient was on a separate slice, so sometimes you're just eating eggplant, sometimes just cold cuts. The seafood was great. The service was average, except for a pleasant blond waiter with a mustache and excellent English. The rest clearly don't tolerate tourists.

18/12/2025: 12/25 we had a relaxing and fun evening. The place is very large and they reserved a table for 12. The menu included appetizers of small crescentine dishes and various cured meats, as well as pickles and pesto, all homemade. For the first course, we had tortellini in chicken broth, so exceptional that we even ordered a trio. For the second course, we had a delicate sliced ​​beef and baked potatoes. We also enjoyed white and red wine, water, coffee, and dessert. We were all very satisfied and will definitely be back. I recommend it.

21/04/2026: I needed the restroom and grabbed a coffee, which I took to the table. There's little room between the tables, so you have to put your legs in your pockets. The restroom has been occupied since I entered, and since I had an appointment nearby, I left. I won't be returning. The baristas pretended nothing was happening. No comment.

19/04/2026: I'm coming here for breakfast with a friend. I get a pistachio croissant and he gets a cream swirl. Then we add a mini cream swirl, another mini rice cake, then another small ricotta and pine nut one, and finally a chocolate cream puff, a cappuccino, and a juice. So, as for the desserts, there's not a lot of choice, mostly things with cream, and in fact I don't know why they even consider themselves a pastry shop. Then there's the pistachio croissant with a little cream, really not much, and then the usual spreadable cream. The mini rice cake and the mini cream swirl were good but nothing special. The small ricotta dessert, on the other hand, was very good. As for the swirl, it was good, but the cream puff had a chocolate cream that wasn't the best. The total price is a bit high for what they offer, and at this price, I already know I won't be returning.
