08/06/2025: Truly awesome, note that this location is only the roasting lab but the owner Rafael graciously showed us his lab and and brewed us a wonderful shot of espresso. I bought a bag of his Ethiopian coffee. Highly recommend for third wave coffee enthusiasts. Thanks Rafael

02/06/2025: An incredible experience. Rafael treated us incredibly well and invited us to his beautiful roasting place where he shared his passion and love for coffee. I went with two friends, and we had the best coffee in the area. Don't hesitate to stop by.

04/06/2025: il caffè è nella media, c'è da dire che i camerieri/e non hanno cappelli, cosa indispensabile sotto il profilo igienico, alcuni di loro poi abbastanza sgarbati e con una faccia a peste, altri invece dipende dalle giornate, ho notato che alle volte ti guardano come se dicessero "ecco è entrato un altro scocciatore" bah, è un bel bar, il personale è un pò da rivedere

UPDATE I returned in the late afternoon on July 21st and 22nd, 2025, and I confirm my positive impressions. Every "lived-in" bar has a specific social space. I enjoyed the afternoon and evening ones. Let's do a little bar anthropology à la Marc Augé. In the afternoon, the bar is frequented by students, local residents, workers, and tourists. There's an air of cordiality and familiarity. In the afternoon, I noticed a friendly owner and a very young woman serving tables with a smile and disarming kindness. I will return to Naples and to this bar soon. I'm the one with the beard, drinking a beer in the afternoon.

27/06/2025: First time at Ambrosino and unfortunately also the last. The experience was decidedly disappointing. The baked goods, which should be the strong point, were mediocre: the bread was rubbery, the pizzas greasy and tasteless, and the rotisserie left much to be desired, with flat flavors and ingredients that seemed anything but fresh. The staff seemed hasty and not very courteous, as if the customer was more of a nuisance than a resource. The environment was chaotic, not very well-kept, and with a cleanliness that leaves one perplexed. For those who are truly looking for quality, courtesy and excellent products, I strongly recommend going to Ditta Boccia: there you can really feel the difference. In short: a great disappointment. I do not recommend it at all and I will not return.

12/05/2025: Ordered dinner for New Year's Eve for 3 people, we left everything, indescribable at a shocking price! Never again!

31/05/2025: The staff don't speak English, which is bad for tourism itself. I got the feeling they were rushing us, because as soon as we sat down, the waitress was drooling, hand on hip, asking what we wanted to eat, and we hadn't even seen the menu. The bathroom was in terrible condition, and there wasn't even water in the sink. Other than that, the food was good and fresh.

20/07/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale ieri (Sabato 19 Luglio 2025) e che dire? Tutto assolutamente perfetto. Locale bello, personale attento,educato e professionale, il cibo era talmente buono 🤤🤤🤤 che ho dimenticato di fare qualche foto. Sinceramente, non capisco le recensioni negative.Non vedo l'ora di ritornare e lo Consiglio ASSOLUTAMENTE!

Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per cena, arrivati all'orario previsto, abbiamo trovato il locale strapieno, ci siamo rivolti ad un cameriere che in evidente imbarazzo ci ha indirizzati al gestore, il quale in modo molto sbrigativo ci ha chiesto di aspettare che ci avrebbe dato il tavolo appena se ne fosse liberato uno... ?? Ma che modi sono? Se pensi di non poter assicurare un tavolo non accetti prenotazioni. Se il cliente pensa di avere un tavolo riservato è evidente che non deve poi trovarsi fuori dal locale in piedi ad aspettare, altrimenti che senso ha prenotare? Nessun rispetto per il cliente Siamo andati a mangiare nel locale vicino, abbiamo mangiato bene e siamo stati serviti subito
