The only downside is the table layout: they're directly on the street, and traffic can be a bit distracting, detracting from the overall comfort of the experience. Overall, a solid venue for quality and service, although the table layout may not be ideal for those seeking a quieter atmosphere.

04/04/2026: A pleasant concept with significant challenges. To enter the venue, you must pay a €6 fee converted into the venue's currency, which translates to 3 SLYs that can be spent in the bar and "restaurant" areas. However, this ploy distracts the customer's attention from the receipt, which clearly isn't provided. After gaining entry, you quickly realize the second challenge: seating availability. The venue is spread across small areas, meaning there's very little seating and comfortable dining options. Having already paid the "tax" at the entrance, you're forced to stay, as the currency conversion isn't refunded if requested upon exit. The staff isn't very attentive to customers; even if you manage to get a seat, ordering is a real struggle. Even after calling back several times, no one bothers to serve you; it almost feels like the customer has to chase the staff. On top of this, if you're lucky enough to be heard, once you've finished your order, the staff will take everything from your table without asking, literally rushing by. The price factor certainly doesn't help; just consider that a Parisienne or a Coke costs 2 SLY, or €4, and the products listed in the bar area with a lower price (i.e., 1 SLY, for example, a coffee or cappuccino) aren't actually available. Furthermore, the room where the foosball and pool tables are located requires a fee; there's no "concession" even though you pay for access blind. This is constructive criticism; it's not intended to discredit the concept, but these are areas where we need to improve.

04/04/2026: Nice and welcoming, friendly staff... a really nice jam session evening, with music of all kinds. Cheerfulness and good humor.

13/05/2026: Tourists are being ripped off between the prices on the menu and the final bill. Last year it was €10, this year it was €12 (menu price), but I paid €29 at the till. They wouldn't listen to reason. Avoid this place! 😢

04/11/2025: Paying €3.20 (just) for an excellent coffee and an exceptional dessert would already be a great start to the day. Then my empathy for this city and its people increases when, paying after I've already consumed something, the automatic cashier gives me change for a €20 note, with about 100 20-cent and 10-cent coins. At that point, the very sweet old lady at the cashier calls the pastry chef, who gives me back the full €20 and tells me not to worry, you can pay me next time. I'm amazed, thank you for your trust, but I don't live here, and what's he surprised about? We're in Naples. Finally, after persevering, I managed to pay with my debit card. What a great start, and jurnat!

17/04/2026: This cafe is a gem! The food was delicious and fresh, but the service really stole the show. There was a very pleasant and positive gentleman who made us feel welcome immediately, and Salvatore was incredibly helpful and attentive. Such a great vibe and top-notch hospitality—highly recommended!

01/01/2026: As others have already written, you can't pay by card, especially for small amounts, despite it being a renowned and absolutely expensive bar!!! I'm honestly shocked, given that electronic payment is a customer right and a mandatory service for every business!!! The customer is always the one who decides how to pay!!! Furthermore, the prices are decidedly expensive, and it's the only bar in Castellammare, I believe, and among the few in Italy, that charges extra for the coffee stains!!! Furthermore, the staff isn't the friendliest you'll ever meet. What can I say? If you want, you can even avoid it!!

15/04/2026: We ordered lasagna, which wasn't heated evenly; it tasted okay but wasn't great. At €10 a portion, it was inexpensive. The staff were welcoming and the service was quick. The place was noisy due to passing cars.
