25/05/2025: Appena arrivate abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile sederci, nella maniera piú gentile possibile e la risposta ricevuta è stata “dipende, se vi sedete al tavolo pagate il tavolo, se ordinate dentro state all’impiedi” in maniera un po’ arrogante. Una volta sedute abbiamo ordinato 2 caffè e due cornetti, una banalissima colazione che normalmente verrebbe a costare 5€ e invece quando abbiamo visto 11,50€ siamo rimaste un pò stranite. Ma ok, senza contestare abbiamo dato al cameriere 12€ dove non è mai arrivato il resto, attenzione, non mi perdo per 0,50 centesimi, ma la buona educazione vuole che tu mi porti il resto e da li sta al cliente dire “no, tieni il resto”. Delle signore erano sedute al tavolo vicino al nostro, dove abbiamo potuto udire lo stesso cameriere dire “l’ordine scrivilo tu” lasciando una penna e un foglio, ovviamente la signora e le compagne sono andate vie, e certo spendere un sacco per una colazione e oltretutto fare un’ordinazione da se? Ma dai. L’unico motivo per la quale questo bar va avanti e mi dispiace dirlo, è solo la vicinanza con il santuario di Pompei. Se volete fare i furbi, fatelo almeno con i turisti (e neanche).

01/06/2025: Terrible service. We came for lunch, and as soon as we finished, the waiter asked us to go inside to pay so they could seat someone else. Once we went inside to pay, the waiter threw our credit card at us, only to have it returned to us. The food was not up to par with their lack of friendliness and politeness; I do not recommend this place. Plus, the coffee was disgusting.

01/06/2025: Fish of the day was turbot, which was prepared amazingly. We tried the melon with prosciutto and the mussel soup - also amazing. Service was great. Will come again.

08/06/2025: Simple but incredibly tasty panino! Fluffy and slightly crispy bread, fine prosciutto, ripe tomatoes and fresh arugula – just what I needed on a hot summer day. Gran Caffè San Marco knows how to turn something simple into a delicious experience. I highly recommend it!

28/05/2025: Not worth it i was asking for a coffee 15 min , even inside where i was told to wait even more at the table while the waitress/ girl was just standing on the counter waiting for 5 coffees, simply not worth the wait for this service, we were group of 7 and we just left

15/05/2025: Un Gran caffè ai massimi livelli con prodotti d'eccellenza e personale ai massimi livelli. Atmosfera unica e dettagli del locale da lasciare senza fiato. Anche il conto lascia senza fiato ma comunque in linea con l'offerta e la magia del luogo. Chi passa da Napoli deve comunque andarci, ne vale la pena!

15/05/2025: Jösses vilket stroppigt ställe. Servitörerna som hade koll inomhus i stora rummet var så sjukt otrevliga. Vi var ett stort sällskap på 9 personer varav 2 barn. Barnen ville såklart ha glass från glassdisken så vi reste på oss och gick och betalade och hämtade. Detta för att gelato inte fanns på menyn. När vi väl betalt och fått vår glass och skulle sätta oss med de andra som drack kaffe och åt dessert, blev vi avvisade trots att vi påpekade att vi tillhörde gänget där inne. Glassen fick ätas ute. Kul. Nej.

09/05/2025: Awful An armed robbery. Since there are no tables inside we sat at a mini table outside. They charged us two euros more for each thing we ordered. 25 & for three coffees and two curasanes and two shots of juice. We asked for explanations and they ignored us, saying that they did not understand us. a robbery

01/05/2025: Non ci ritornerò Locale molto carino anche se i tavoli sono molto vicini e questo limita molto lo spazio La qualità del cibo è calata di tantissimo rispetto alla prima volta che ci siamo andati, adoro il tamale ma quello del cosmopolitan è insapore, il burrito come tante alte portate aveva una consistenza farinosa e la carne era gommosa E la seconda e ultima volta che ci andaremo visto che la qualità è calata così tanto, ci sono posti migliori con prezzi molto più modici, qualità prezzo 0

13/04/2025: Sono anni che per me Cosmopolitan è una garanzia. I dolci sono squisiti. Il panino senza glutine è uno dei piu buoni mai assaggiati. Lo staff è sempre cortese e velocissimo. Ordino li da asporto quasi ogni domenica ed è sempre un piacere.

02/06/2025: If I had to indicate a place that contains rudeness, slowness, and a more than forgettable croissant, I would certainly indicate this one. Calise was once synonymous with excellence, today after the terrible experience, I would never set foot there again. Absolutely not recommended

01/06/2025: Penso che di domenica l’apertura del bar dovrebbe essere almeno alle 7 e invece aspetti aspetti e non ci sono neanche orari esposti ! Dopodiché il banco pasticcini è pressoché vuoto ! Sfogliatelle e cornetti ancora da sfornare ma sicuramente non come quelli che di solito gustiamo da Calise a Forio o a Ischia . Non credo proprio di tornare !
