09/08/2026: I bought four sfogliatelle, two ricce and two frolle, but they were returned because they were inedible and had gone bad. Absolutely avoid them. I remembered a quality pastry shop that was attentive to their customers.

12/08/2026: Terrible service, not everyone is treated equally, but they select who can or cannot sit at the front tables, saying that they are reserved simply based on social class or the likes and dislikes of the owner and waiters, high prices in line with Capri but the worst service on the island!

07/08/2026: Cafe Caso is one of the most beautiful spots on the island to enjoy an aperitif before dinner, meet friends, or have a morning coffee with the newspaper. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and attentive. Regarding the negative reviews here, I'd like to point out that anyone complaining about the price of coffee or beer at one of Italy's most beautiful and sought-after locations should probably save their ferry money in the future.

26/04/2026: Ordered two beers and one cola, got three IPAs, or in other words, annoying piles of alcohol. Chugged all three and went to the much nicer place next door. Dead-ass worst place in all of Naples, they call them the real pickpockets. It was €7 per beer, mind you. So it cost €21 in total, but the damage to my reputation was much worse. Don't walk, RUN to the neighbors. The worst thing that has happened to Italy since Mussolini. Ciao. And prego.

27/07/2026: Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place. During my stay in Naples, breakfast was included in the B&B voucher. After enjoying breakfast, as I did every morning, I ordered a few extras. When I received the bill, I was asked for a price that I felt was completely excessive for what I had ordered. When I asked for clarification, I was even made to understand that I would have to pay for a seat, even though I was already enjoying breakfast included in the voucher. The most absurd thing is that there isn't even real table service: you order at the counter and then sit at the tables near the entrance. Only after I pointed out the discrepancy in the bill did the staff try to rectify it by offering a discount, a sign that they had probably realized the excessive order. I'm a serious person and don't write negative reviews lightly, but this experience deeply disappointed me. My advice is to always pay attention to prices and check your bill before paying. Personally, I won't be returning.

27/07/2026: ⭐☆☆☆☆ During our two-week stay in Naples, we had breakfast every morning at Carbone, using vouchers from our B&B, and we always had a great time. On Saturday, however, we went to the location on Via Tribunali. Unfortunately, the experience was completely different. After handing in the vouchers, as we usually did, we ordered some extra drinks. I, like every morning, ordered two additional coffees on top of the one already included with breakfast, while my girlfriend ordered a cappuccino and a water. When it came time to get the bill, we were asked for a sum that we felt was excessive for the extra drinks. We were also told we would have to pay for a seat, even though we were already enjoying breakfast included in the voucher. When we asked for clarification, the response we received was unconvincing, and we felt treated with little courtesy. We felt that there was a lack of attention given to non-locals, which left us very disappointed. It's a real shame, because our experience at the other location was excellent. Unfortunately, after this experience, I wouldn't return to this place and I don't feel comfortable recommending it.

13/06/2026: I stopped at this bar for a quick coffee break and had a pleasant experience overall. The venue itself is quite modest, with simple furnishings and an atmosphere that could benefit from greater attention to cleanliness and maintenance. It certainly isn't the kind of place that impresses you with its appearance. However, what it may lack in presentation, it makes up for in substance. The coffee was excellent: rich, flavorful, and exactly what you would hope for when stopping at a traditional Italian bar. Sometimes, that's what matters most. The staff was also very kind and welcoming, serving customers with courtesy and a friendly attitude that made the visit enjoyable. Their professionalism and warmth left a much better impression than the physical appearance of the premises. If you're looking for a stylish venue, this may not be your first choice. But if you appreciate a truly good coffee and friendly service delivered with a smile, this bar is definitely worth a stop

22/07/2026: I write very few reviews. I only do them in two cases: when a place is truly Latina, or when it exceeds expectations and I feel like saying so. I swear to God, I'm a real customer. I say this because these days long reviews seem like they're written on purpose. I, on the other hand, almost never write them, so the one time I write one, it's because the legend says it's a little too much. I'll start with the sandwich: it's delicious. Without further ado. As I write this, at 4:13 in the morning, I'm eating it cold because it was delivered at midnight. 4 hours later, the meat, but also the phenomenal sandwich, is still super soft. I'll quickly explain. Last week, I appreciated the courtesy on the phone, the delivery driver was also kind, and obviously the sandwich was excellent, so I would have called again. This time, however, I had made another request, and I don't even want to specify what, because what they did shouldn't become an obligation for anyone. It was a gesture of great courtesy, one of those small touches that show someone knows how to pamper their customers. A clever move (cleverness isn't just a negative thing; in fact, used well, like now, it's done both for me and him). But be careful. I'm not buying Ann's services, and I'm writing a review for him. But I'm one of those who works with customers, just like him. Friendliness alone is worth little if the product isn't up to par. Congratulations Meat aint, me fatt. 😭✌️ Giuseppe De Stefano

25/08/2026: Two waitresses who couldn't be more unfriendly; they should find a job in a warehouse where nobody ever sees them. I've rarely felt so unwanted. If you don't enjoy your life and your job, you should consider a change of scenery. Never again! The ice cream tastes like it was bought from a wholesaler.

25/08/2026: The service deserves zero stars, but unfortunately, that's not an option. They should at least know how to say hello, please, thank you, and goodbye. The café was practically empty, and I got the feeling that even giving me two scoops of ice cream was too much trouble for the two unfriendly waitresses. (And they couldn't even manage that.) Instead of the two flavors I ordered, I got one large scoop. €3 for mediocre-tasting ice cream.

25/06/2026: Asked if they did soy or oat milk before sitting down and they said yes. We sat down, waited 10 mins, ordered 2 coffees, 10 mins later comes to say there’s no soy milk. So I didn’t drink in the end but my boyfriend just drank his. Not friendly either. Disappointed

12/06/2026: Tourists BEWARE !!! The guy tried to charge us 50 e for 2 sodas and 2 small gelatos. Shameful. No prices listed, no receipt given!

11/06/2026: We had 2 small gelato and 2 Coke Zero. Charged 36 euros. Only took cash since supposedly the credit card system didn’t work. This is such a scam business and would avoid it at all costs.

19/08/2026: Good place to stop before getting on a ferry. Only had two Red Bulls which didn’t seem badly priced or anything compared to other parts of Italy.

19/08/2026: Dear, the waiter only speaks Italian, instead of 2 sodas, it was 2 aperols and 1 soda... and we didn't even say aperol...
