24/08/2024: Frequentiamo questo locale da ormai 8 anni e ogni volta è una garanzia: ambiente accogliente, personale cortese e veloce, cucina di alta qualità e soprattutto, prezzi veramente bassi! I menù primo e braceria ti danno l'occasione di assaggiare vari piatti della loro cucina che, ripeto, sono veramente ottimi! In estate l'ambiente esterno è molto carino e spazioso. Il loro piatto di battaglia è cinghiale e funghi porcini. Assolutamente raccomandato!

17/08/2024: Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, dalle nostre parti mettono tutto il doppio. Porzioni abbondanti, cibo squisito, servizio veloce.

09/08/2024: We were 4 people, we took two portions of chips, with a tiny bowl of ketchup, took two sandwiches each as they were small and moreover "without salt", two beers per person complete with bitters and whiskey for a total of 163 euro. At the time of payment not only does he make us pay every last cent but when one of us jokingly asked to offer us a bitter, the owner came out with "let's avoid swearing during closing time", honestly after we had spent €40 per head, even given how small the portions were, I expect at least a little education, an experience made pleasant only by the live music. Avoid. [in response to comment] I only got the second sandwich because we were staying with tents and didn't feel like cooking, otherwise I would have happily done without it :)

04/08/2024: Sabatino Ristorante is a family-run restaurant that offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Although the service is quite slow, the staff is always very courteous. The starters of local cured meats and cheeses are delicious, while the first courses are excellent, particularly the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffles. The mixed meat is tender and full of flavour, truly exceptional. The skinny fries are the best I've ever tasted. The desserts are also fabulous, with the fig and walnut tart being particularly tempting. Recommended for those looking for authentic and tasty cuisine.

03/08/2024: Terrible experience...... An hour and a quarter of waiting for having nothing at the table except bread, wine and water.... After a long wait, (in the meantime it was 10.15pm) I got up and went to the entrance to the kitchen and only then did they take the shank I had ordered out of the fridge... very politely I asked to block everything and get the bill for what they had brought to the table. But nothing like that either. ABSURD...... In the end, given the time, we returned to the hotel without food. Dear Mr Sabatino, if you are not capable of serving the tables you have, halve the number, you will earn less but you will make us look better.

19/07/2024: It is one of those places that would be useful in every city in Italy. Staff always very kind and helpful from the owner to the last employee, clean place and excellent quality food! I advise!

21/07/2024: I went to the kiosk on Lake Sinizzo a few days ago during my solo motorbike weekend in Abruzzo. What can I say, beers of exceptional quality at an unbeatable price. Helped in the choice by Federico with whom I had the pleasure of having a chat, a kind person and very knowledgeable in his work. As I already told him, I hope that all the Anbra staff are like him. When I find myself passing through L'Aquila I won't miss a stop at your place.

25/08/2024: Tipico ristorante montano, piccolo ed accogliente con un ottimo menù, con presenza di prodotti tipici del territorio. Servizio veloce e personale preparato

22/08/2024: Ristorante storico ora a Roccaraso ma prima a Rocca Pia. Ottima la qualita’ del cibo cucinato egregiamente che ricordano pietanze di altri tempi Conto congruo rapportato alla ottima qualita’ Da ritornarci

05/08/2024: Devo Ammettere che si Mangia molto Bene in questo locale, ci siamo stati a fine luglio, eravamo in 5, abbiamo preso antipasto per tre, un primo, il resto carne, contorni, dolce caffe e amari. Tutto davvero buono, anche se i prezzi sono un po’ alti, ma comunque rispecchiano la media dei prezzi degli altri locali della zona.

04/08/2024: Servizio celere e portate ottime, usano pasta fresca che migliora molto la qualità della portata, pappardelle ai funghi porcini e tartufo…. Eccellente. Carni ottime e dolce squisito. Personale cortesemente ed attento nonostante il pienone del locale. Consigliato

18/08/2024: We have been coming to this restaurant for years and never had any problems. I booked for a public holiday, we were just over 10 minutes late due to problems with my son and upon arrival the owner, in front of the customers, made a scene about the delay saying that there were people in line waiting. Nothing could be further from the truth: many tables became free shortly after and have remained so. Biblical waiting times, normal food and, given the prices, there is certainly better around. Not recommended.

18/08/2024: We went for dinner and after 30 minutes, as soon as the children's dishes arrived, we had to leave, asked by the person at the cash register to leave the place because our children of about 2 years old, who were crying at that moment, were giving , according to him, bothered the rest of the room having had complaints from other customers. We therefore only paid for the two penne with sauce (initially €32 because he wanted to also charge us for other covers which then became €24 after asking for an explanation) for the children who had hardly consumed anything and had to leave. Disputing the little, I correct myself: "no" education and hospitality towards customers and the same cost for two plates of pasta with sauce we were told, in the following order: - return from the refugee camp we came from - that the restaurant was not the caritas - that before going out you need to learn how to educate your children (children of less than 2 years old). Another note: the high chairs, if you can call them that, are quite dated and without any safety measures (one of the two even lacked a railing), I'm sorry I wasn't able to take a photo. Greetings.
