Every town should have a place like this, I would say a full 5 star, for the welcoming atmosphere, rich aperitifs accompanied by a vast choice of top wines and last but not least the owner is delightful.

28/12/2025: Crna with typical Abruzzo dishes: excellent cordoni with potatoes and ricotta. Fair prices for the quality of the products. Fast service and friendly staff.

03/05/2026: Small shop with typical products Busy staff because there were so many customers Wonderful bread with porchetta and ricotta
19/03/2026: We went today because the cable car to Gran Sasso was closed due to bad weather. Santo Stefano di Sessanio was one of the places we wanted to visit, and this wonderful "grotto" with tastings of typical products really made up for the cable car disappointment. It was a delightful and delicious discovery! Thank you so much for creating a piece of paradise within paradise! 🩷
