Friendly staff, excellent cappuccino and good desserts.

There was no one there when I went there.

27/11/2023: Went to this cafe just to try the caffeto, an espresso coffee with the confetti cream mixture made by this cafe. And we were not disappointed, it was great and I would recommend if you are in this area to see the confetti museum or just passing thru, that you find this cafe and try this coffee.

13/01/2024: Antipasto molto buono a buffet, come primo dei ravioloni al sugo con un buon ripieno ma un po’ crudi all esterno, contorni buoni ma nulla di eccezionale, ed infine i dolci: tiramisù troppo mollo e sapeva di poco mentre la torta con i confetti e il cioccolato bianco buona
07/01/2024: Siamo stati in questo locale ieri sera, in occasione del nostro soggiorno a Sulmona. Abbiamo provato varie pietanze, io in particolare ho preso gli straccetti di vitello con rucola, davvero ottimi. I miei compagni di viaggio hanno apprezzato tutto ciò che avevano ordinato, dai vari primi ai secondi. Abbiamo concluso con un’ottima cheesecake. Camerieri e servizio super preciso e attento, la ragazza che prendeva le ordinazioni è riuscita a ricordare i nostri ordini completamente a memoria senza sbagliare nulla. Consiglio davvero piacevolmente di venire a provare i loro piatti!

02/04/2024: Good food, particular environment but respects the medieval style. Service... We need to work on it. No empathy with the customer, a little grumpy and every time there was something missing to bring.
23/03/2024: We came on a Saturday evening at 1845 hrs in late March. No reservation is needed. This place opens earlier than others nearby. Menu has English subtitles. One of the two servers spoke English. We felt the food was of very high quality, with generous portion size. We enjoyed the bean soup, the Caprese salad, a pasta dish, and the chicken dish. Everything was delicious and well presented. We chose the house wine at 4 euros per glass and it was quite nice. Beautiful music was playing, which complimented the historic and interesting decor. I am sure we will be back this week!

31/03/2024: Going to Sulmona and not stopping for breakfast at Di Marzio is truly a big mistake, a singular Art Nouveau style place, which has remained unchanged over time, a tea room with three tables, an intimate setting, excellent pastries, both the owner and the staff are kind.

08/01/2024: Ci siamo fermati in questo locale per caffè e te. Il caffè viene servito solo al banco ed è pure scadente dato che arriva tiepido. Il servizio al tavolo è lento. Il prezzo è in linea con altri locali del genere, ma alto per la qualità servita. Ottima la location.
05/09/2023: Ci siamo seduti dopo aver letto il menù esposto. La cameriera ci ha chiesto se volevamo un menù e abbiamo accettato pensando potesse esserci anche altro.
Abbiamo scelto un piatto Palle Ova e Cacio e un'insalata con patate mela cipolla e insalatina. Dopo 5 minuti la cameriera torna dicendo che non ci sono le mele e non hanno quell'insalata. Cambio insalata e aggiungo un tramezzino con Tonno cavolo cappuccio Mayo e pomodori (come da menù).
Torna e mi dice che non hanno il tonno e che non lo fanno. Cambiamo chiedendo però ci dicano cosa hanno.
Aspettiamo 40 minuti e portano la mia insalata (senza nocciole come da menù perché non avevano più manco quelle) senza condimento (li ho chiesti io), dopo 10 minuti portano le palle Ova e Cacio e dopo altri 10 minuti questo tramezzino che si aggiudica il podio per il tramezzino più cattivo mai mangiato. Pane secco e tutti gli ingredienti non amalgamati tra loro.
Abbastanza imbarazzante il tutto.
