17/08/2024: Personale gentile ma disorganizzato. Dopo il rinvio del Palio del 16 agosto, il mio gruppo di amici ed io ci mettiamo alla ricerca di una trattoria in cui cenare. Premetto che non avevamo prenotazione, e che il personale è stato gentilissimo ad accoglierci dopo le 21.15, ci siamo poi seduti alle 21.45, oltre l’orario di chiusura, ma non ci avevamo informati del fatto che la cucina stesse chiudendo. Dopo esserci seduti ci segnalano che, dei piatti sul menu, erano solo più disponibili pochissime opzioni. Finiti i pici, il sugo d’anatra, le patate, i galletti, l’ossobuco, lo sformatino di verdure. Alcune mancanze sono state segnalate dopo che avevamo già ordinato. Anche il servizio è stato disorganizzato, non ci sono stati portati i bicchieri subito e non c’erano quelli del vino (finiti), abbiamo dovuto chiedere le posate perché il cibo era già arrivato in tavola, così come il pane. Qualità del cibo mediocre, buonissimi i cappelli del prete con il tartufo, mentre il resto senza infamia e senza lode. Conto relativamente alto per quanto mangiato e per la sua qualità e per cosa bevuto. Nota positiva: i sorrisi dei camerieri, invece, non finiscono mai!

08/08/2024: We returned again this year '24 to this excellent restaurant and I confirm the kind words about the quality of the cuisine and service of this restaurant, described below, adding more photos of the good dishes tasted 😋😋👍 We have been other times in the past summers and many more in the last 15 years, where I have worked in the area, without ever leaving a well-deserved review. I would like to point out that I don't live in the area and that coming to the Marche is always a pleasure for me, both for pleasure and for work, for the good food, the friendliness of the people, the beautiful climate, the sea and the Cantinetta del Conero reflects many of these beautiful features. Starting with the food, here you can find good fresh fish cooked in all ways, raw, grilled, baked as appetizers, first courses, second courses, etc., with traditional local recipes, but also revisited, this is also found in the dishes of meat, in the dozens of vegetables ready at the appetizer counter and also with the wood-fired pizzas. In the attached photos I have highlighted some of my favorite dishes, the calamari with vegetables sautéed on the grill, the plate of shellfish au gratin typical of the area, the Marche-style grilled fish, the FRESH fried potatoes, the lemon and coffee sorbet and the with tastings of desserts, all paired with a good glass of Passerina white wine, both still and sparkling. Medium/high prices, but adequate for the quality of the cuisine and the guaranteed freshness of the fish. The restaurant is located on the provincial road that crosses the industrial area of ​​Osimo/Ancona, near the AN Sud motorway exit, it has large, well-furnished internal rooms and a large external area for hot spring and summer days. with tables set with fabric tablecloths, plates, cutlery and quality glass, the service is provided by expert, fast and kind waiters and is ALWAYS open every day of the year, without the classic weekly closing. I also advise you to book a table in advance, as it is always very popular.

11/08/2024: We have been frequenting Pisciotta for several years and from time to time we have eaten at this restaurant. in the past we have never been enthusiastic and were rather surprised by the reputation of the high rating compared to the experiences we have had. This year, for the first time, we finally had the opportunity to confirm the fame of this restaurant. We ate really well, so much so that we returned four times in the space of 15 days. The fish always very well cooked and fresh. The flavors are good, traditional and strong. For example, even grilled fish which normally in other restaurants is extremely expensive and very often not very tasty, in this case is truly noteworthy. So much so that we ate it 2 nights in a row. The only advice we would like to give is to avoid busy moments to avoid small delays from the kitchen. The service is very kind with many young people animated by great availability. The manager, Mr. Mario, is an exquisite person to deal with during the evening. Finally, the price, very reasonable and also very competitive in relation to the quality of the offer. It's really worth it.

28/08/2024: The bar and the staff are not used to a large clientele. My family and I came to have a simple breakfast, and the really annoyed staff complained about the confusion created by them, blaming us. A bar must be ready for any eventuality. The staff are rude and always comment with disgusted faces. In the end the food in the bar is very good but the atmosphere is very negative. If there are many of you coming, don't come to this bar.

12/08/2024: We were there by chance last night, we were astonished: the place is very nice, well-kept and clean, the service was very friendly, quick and efficient, but not hasty and sloppy (which bothers us a lot), the food was extraordinary to say the least, refined in the combinations, but elegant, not the usual food passed off as refined, but which in reality is just a mere jumble of many, too many ingredients together... then abundant... we should have only ordered the sandwich! Excellent product at a modest cost. Really very satisfied. We chose it as our favorite place when we want a good burger, but the other dishes seen at the other tables also seemed equally excellent.

27/07/2024: La settimana scorsa sono stata in questo locale e mi è piaciuto molto, sia per l’accoglienza ma soprattutto per il cibo, sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. Ci ritornerei molto volentieri.

24/06/2024: We chose this venue for our daughter's baptism reception, with welcome aperitif and dinner. Menu previously agreed with the owner, all delicious and plentiful, efficient and precise service, with friendliness and professionalism. Special mention goes to the crazy panoramic view and the splendid cake created by Flavia, pastry chef and cake designer, daughter of the owner.

29/05/2024: Fabulous location obviously, but it's the owner and food that make this worth the trip. Just good traditional food cooked exceptionally well and the steak was fantastic. Added entertainment of the paragliders! A jovial host made the night and we will be back.
