It's one of those places that, once discovered, becomes a regular fixture, so much so that it's probably the best bar in town without exaggerating. The atmosphere is refined, welcoming, and always clean, perfect for both a leisurely breakfast and a quick break during the day. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always smiling, making everyone feel instantly at ease, even at peak times. The real highlight, however, are the desserts: simply out of this world. The croissants, pastries, and baked goods are of the highest quality, fresh, and irresistible, with a clear focus on the finest ingredients. Every bite confirms the establishment's reputation and makes it difficult to choose what to order, because everything is so inviting. The coffee is also excellent, well-made and consistent, ideal for pairing with the sweet specialties. Bar Giusti is a must-try for those who live in Montefiascone and a must-see for anyone passing through. Highly recommended.

12/04/2026: We came this evening for a beer and initially had a great time—the place was nice and the beers were good. But then we moved on to drinks and ended up ordering four whiskey sours, all four of which were very bad due to the disproportionate amount of whiskey. One of them had way too much ice, overflowing the glass. When we mentioned this to one of the waiters, he simply replied that we didn't like the type of whiskey we'd chosen and that the only thing he could do was add something else. We were allowed to choose something from the menu, even though we hadn't been told it wasn't on the menu. Had we known, we would have ordered something else. They added a little more sour at our suggestion, but not enough to balance the truly strong flavor of the whiskey, so much so that two of us left without even managing to finish it. Unfortunately, as much as we liked the pub at first, we were disappointed by the lack of courtesy and professionalism.

07/03/2026: A pub reminiscent of the 80s but perfectly suited to the new generations and trends. Excellent food and a wide selection from appetizers to desserts. The beers and wine may not be from a super-stocked cellar, but there is everything you need to accompany the food. Highly recommended!!

Excellent selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a friendly chef who goes around the tables asking if everything is okay and explaining his dishes with great enthusiasm. You can tell he cares and is very friendly. Everything was good. Well done, we'll be back.

22/04/2026: Went here on my honeymoon. Delicious food and great service. We visited venice again years later and wanted to dine here again, as the first time was such a great experience. Although we had no reservation, and even though the restaurant was quite busy they accommodated my party of 5 and even provided a high chair for my 2 year old. The food was just as delicious as the first time we went. Highly recommend.

22/04/2026: We were delighted with the service and the delicious food at Taverna San Trovaso. The selection of wines, grappa, and other liqueurs is also highly recommended. The menu is somewhat meat and fish-heavy, but we vegetarians also enjoyed our meal.

23/02/2026: What a fantastic find at Albarosa! The panzerotti are simply delicious, generously filled, crispy on the outside and meltingly soft on the inside. The pizzas are just as excellent, with perfect dough and high-quality ingredients. The service is top-notch: welcoming, quick, and always with a smile. The dining area is small, which makes it cozy, but reservations are highly recommended. Alternatively, takeout is also available and definitely worth the trip. I recommend this place without hesitation!

08/03/2026: The interior has a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. It's obviously crowded, but you should go with the intention of relaxing. The food and setting are both good.

01/04/2026: Excellent food. Friendly and helpful staff. Location: I think it's much more profitable in the summer. In the winter, it loses ground due to the very noisy and unpleasant-smelling air heating. I'd invest in something more elegant (pellet stoves?). Also, the central area, not used for a buffet due to the season, feels a bit run-down.
