04/06/2025: My husband and I just spent the weekend at the Helvetia Hotel in Porretta Terme (31/05-01/06). The hotel is well-kept and elegant, as are the rooms, large and with attention to detail. Excellent cleaning. Friendly and helpful staff. The icing on the cake is the beautiful SPA, created from caves in an air raid shelter; a very suggestive environment, with soft lighting and background music, which makes everything romantic and relaxing.... open until 11:00 pm... the kit is available in the room, with: bathrobe, towel, slippers and cap. I can't wait to go back.... I RECOMMEND IT....

03/08/2025: Welcoming place, very kind and professional staff. Excellent food. We arrived at 10:00 PM and they welcomed us with a smile despite the late hour. Truly wonderful people. Great playlist.

13/08/2025: It was three relaxing days in an intimate location, meticulously curated down to the smallest detail. Matteo made us feel welcome, and at dinner (with breathtaking views and food) he showed us the wines in a simple and interesting way. The short tour of the winery was lovely, and the pool was a huge plus! Thanks Matteo!

27/07/2025: Che piacevole scoperta ritrovare la Cava aperta dopo anni di chiusura! Ricordi di cene piacevoli con antipasti e primi tradizionali, e come secondo della fantastica carne fatta cuocere sulla pietra ollare a disposizione di ogni tavolo. Il tutto a dei prezzi più che ragionevoli degustando una bella bottiglia della loro cantina. Ricordi, appunto... Ora non è più così. 45€ x un tris di assaggi di antipasti (2 freddi e 1 caldo; quando finisci i primi 2, anche il terzo diventa freddo), un primo (ravioli plin alle erbette, si sentiva solo la rucola) e 1 secondo (guanciotto di maiale, unica cosa veramente buona, ma 40g circa), dolce minimal. Vino a parte, 20€ x un vino di loro produzione venduto in cantina a 10€. Insomma, 110€ x un menù ristretto, dai sapori veramente discutibili e a tratti imbarazzanti, con un servizio gentile ma totalmente incompetente e impreparato. PS. Siete a San Damiano d Asti, non a Montecarlo. Mai più. Viva i ricordi

03/09/2025: Excellent lunch and impeccable service! I had lunch at Ristorante Gabbiano and was truly satisfied. The dishes were exquisite, prepared with the freshest and most flavorful ingredients. The staff was very friendly and professional. The quality/price ratio was also excellent. Perfect for those seeking refined cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere!

02/09/2025: Nice atmosphere, excellent value for money, always a sure bet for excellent seafood, friendly and professional staff. On the other hand, the experience in handling fish and...customers is not lacking, given the restaurant has been open for many years. The only drawback is parking; given its location on the seafront, parking is scarce among beach resorts, hotels, and apartments, and you have to plan for a walk to work up an appetite and digest.

31/08/2025: It's now like a second home. Always very fast despite the crowds at peak times, the staff is very friendly, and last but not least, Salvatore is so friendly. The quality of the products is excellent, the value is good, and you can try many specialties if you want, like the figliata. They're the best in the area. Edit: I don't know if it's because of COVID, but it's gotten worse in some ways. Nothing to complain about the quality of the products, but the service has gotten worse, with extremely long waits for both takeout and delivery, despite booking well in advance. P.S. In 2021, you can't expect customers to go to the bank to withdraw money because they don't accept card payments. Update 2025: I happened to go back after a few years, and it wasn't possible to pay by card. The answer was "there's a bank across the street to withdraw money," which is a shame.

19/08/2025: We went for pizza for the first time at Moon Valley Pizzeria, and everything was delicious. I had a pizza with porchetta and baked potatoes, and it was delicious. The fried foods and desserts were also excellent. The place is very welcoming, and the staff are very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

13/08/2025: I celebrated my birthday with my loved ones at this beautiful estate, where we enjoy returning from time to time and where, a few years ago, we hosted my daughter's wedding reception. Surrounded by greenery, with ample parking, and beautifully appointed rooms, each furnished differently depending on the occasion, and equipped with air conditioning, which is useful on these scorching August days. The staff was extremely kind and efficient, attentive to everyone's needs, even my grandchildren. Excellent food, everything fresh and tasty, generous portions, and desserts beyond description! A little pricey, but overall it's just fine. We had a great time.

04/09/2025: Highly recommended!! Great view, very friendly staff, amazing food... and freshly made!!! I found a bay leaf in my lasagna, a sign of freshly made sauce. Of course, we waited a bit for the food, but that's to be expected for freshness! Great value for money!!!! 50 meters away, everything costs between €3 and €6 more! Very good coffee from the local coffee roaster Latorre! Everything was great!!! I'd love to come back again and again!!!

03/09/2025: The pizza was fantastic, and the spaghetti with seafood was a dream. Absolutely fresh and very appetizingly presented. We'll be back.

18/08/2025: We went last week with our 5-year-old son. Excellent porcini mushroom risotto, homemade tagliatelle with ragù, and I recommend the charcoal-baked pizza with scampi and buffalo mozzarella, delicious. Friendly, fast service, modern, and very charming atmosphere.

24/07/2025: We spent three nights in Chiavenna and ate at this restaurant twice. The pizzas are truly excellent. But we were particularly impressed by the pasta dishes with mussels or fish. They also had a good wine selection. Fair value for money.

26/08/2025: Excellent cuisine! The prawns are so fresh they melt in your mouth. The pasta is a dream. As is customary in Italy, you should order primi and secondi piatti for dinner. You can't find truly fresh fish everywhere in Taormina, but here you can! The service is very attentive and open to any special requests. Great atmosphere in the middle of the alleys. A wonderful place!

24/08/2025: I love it! I'd been there a long time ago. I wanted, so to speak, to unlock a memory. We booked so as not to risk being left waiting. The staff were attentive, kind, and the service was impeccable. I had very good fish first courses at excellent prices despite the restaurant being in the center. I was very satisfied. Memories never disappoint! 😂😉

09/08/2025: The restaurant serves pretty good Italian cuisine, with fresh pasta and pleasant flavors. The atmosphere is friendly and the service is decent, if a little slow at times. On the other hand, the prices are really excessive for what's served: the portions are modest and the bill mounts up quickly. A decent experience overall, but the value for money leaves something to be desired.

08/09/2025: As a Ferrari enthusiast, I can only be satisfied and thrilled like a child to have been able to visit the Museum. I would have liked to see a few more historical pieces. In any case, I recommend a visit; it's worth it, even for those who aren't that passionate; it's like a museum of works of art.

12/06/2025: The owner was welcoming and friendly... A very fragrant risotto, with citrus notes, perfectly creamed with pears, parmesan cheese, balsamic vinegar and prawns shaded in brandy... An original and surprising combination for the palate! Very tender Milanese cutlet, enclosed in a crunchy and golden breading, with rocket and cherry tomatoes, tasty and delicate side dish of seasonal vegetables... The dessert (tiramisu) was excellent. Worth it. We will propose again as soon as possible...

16/08/2025: The ambiance was very nice. The food was so-so, with a fish platter featuring tough octopus and a lackluster salad, but prices comparable to those in a 10-star restaurant.
