08/12/2025: We had lunch at Cantuccio on Sunday and had a wonderful time. The owner welcomed us with great kindness and offered an excellent wine for an aperitif. Everything was delicious: the locally produced cured meats, the egg with white truffle, the passatelli with porcini mushrooms, the mezzelune pasta stuffed with meat and truffle (the latter truly exceptional!), and the red wine chosen by the owner to accompany it. We appreciated every detail, even the background music. Excellent value for money! Highly recommended!

10/10/2025: A very refined and welcoming restaurant, furnished with a simple yet warm taste. The welcome was extremely courteous, making us immediately feel at home. We chose a carafe of red wine, which turned out to be surprisingly good, well above the average for what's usually offered at this restaurant. The first courses were a real surprise: the spaghetti alla chitarra with seafood and the potato and spinach gnocchi with a delicate cream, prosciutto, and chopped pistachios (off-menu, special of the day) were both excellent, with generous portions and precise cooking. The most memorable note were the tigelle: light dough, perfect air bubbles, evenly cooked. Truly among the best we've tried, true to the tradition of Pavullo nel Frignano. The accompanying cured meats were also excellent, clearly of high quality. The generous portions prevented us from continuing with other tastings, but this remains a more than compelling reason to return and explore the rest of the menu. Conclusion: a restaurant where cuisine, hospitality, and atmosphere coexist in harmony. Compliments to the dining room and kitchen staff. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

19/11/2025: Their meatballs are the best, both the chicken ones and the others. Their first courses are also good, both fish (risotto alla pescatora) and meat dishes. My partner's mother and grandparents always go there. The only thing I recommend making more often is the pasta with tomato sauce and pizza.

09/03/2026: Excellent experience at Boccon Divino in Chiavari. The complimentary appetizer and pre-dessert were very welcome. The raw fish was incredibly fresh and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the pasta with lobster, which was flavorful and well-balanced. Attentive service and a pleasant atmosphere.

12/04/2026: Food was good, service friendly. However, the "recommended" homemade lemonade turned out to be an expensive lesson: €27 for two glasses. Our mistake was not asking the price – but even so, it should be reasonable. For that price, we would have at least expected it to be served by Paul Bocuse himself. Conclusion: It's worth doing – but if it's recommended, definitely ask about the price beforehand.
