Pizzeria in the center of Caprile. The pizza is excellent (I recommend the wholemeal pasta), there are also some cold dishes and the usual snacks (fries etc.). Rustic atmosphere, fast and friendly service.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the pizza. The pizza did not rise well during baking. The toppings may be okay, but the pizza has a tasteless crust. Pizza from an electric oven, not a real coal-fired oven. The menu includes pizza with pineapple and Nutella, typically for tourists. This alone should give you food for thought. Minimal decor, no atmosphere, no music, and few guests.

Do you want an excellent pizza in the mountains? Here you can find it with normal or wholemeal dough. The choice is vast and for all tastes. Very kind and patient staff even with customers like me who have the pizza customized every time... the bill is also excellent. Absolutely to choose from in these fantastic places.

Very good pizza. Very digestible dough. I'm not crazy about the crunchy impact but it was good.
