22/08/2025: We stopped for a break on our trip to Italy. The coffee here is one of the best around, and for the price. I highly recommend everything else as well. The staff is friendly and cheerful. Excellent value for money. I'd be happy to come back.

08/07/2025: Very nice hostess, delicious croissants, great coffee and even better atmosphere. The lady only speaks Italian but we managed to communicate. There is a toilet, but expect a typical Italian one.

29/08/2025: Let's start on the positive note because there will be a list of negatives later. I went with a friend and my dog. The location was nice and very quiet, but otherwise it was squalid. We asked if there was room for two and a dog. I should start by saying that I have an English pointer who doesn't even know what meanness is. He's been properly trained, and every time we eat, he sits close to my leg and doesn't move. They told us that they have two tables off to the side for dogs, away from the others, and that if they wanted to eat there, the dog had to stay still under the table. Being good and well-behaved, he sat there the whole time. Next to him, there was a rusty iron grate that protruded because it wasn't secured properly. Not to mention that there was a dog, but even a normal person could easily have touched it with their leg and hurt themselves. The food was edible, but it arrived cold and in meager portions. Two plates of pasta with sausage and a water cost €33. We'll never go back! I strongly advise against it, especially not at all polite and kind

26/08/2025: My family and I went to eat at this inn after visiting the fort and the village of Bard. Even though it was well past lunchtime, we were greeted and served very kindly. Typical dishes, gnocchi with wild boar ragù, carbonada with polenta and Valdostana cheese, house wine—all delicious. Fast service and excellent prices for the quality of the food. I recommend it.

25/08/2025: Honestly, for what I paid (a Spritz and two milkshakes), the minimum was the number of items to bring... and we're not complaining about going abroad or elsewhere. Responding to the owner's comment: Regarding the fries, in this case I didn't expect them to be free, but considering the price of 7 euros, I would have expected them to at least be served with the Spritz. Naturally, if I had asked for something else, it's obvious that a separate charge would have been added.

28/08/2025: Simply wonderful. Da Aurelio gets it right at every level. A beautiful location with great staff and fantastic food. It was full of locals today celebrating a variety of events. Luigi and his team are absolutely charming and friendly. The gnochetti were delicious and the fillet steak stunning. A really good wine list and plenty of grappa to try at the end made for a thoroughly memorable experience.

03/09/2025: We stumbled upon this gem on our last day in Rome and it really was a highlight! The carbonara was to die for, it was the best one we had in Rome! We also ordered mixed grilled seafood which was very fresh. The place was full of local Italians, no queue at all so skip the touristy places and come here for a fully authentic treat!

26/08/2025: During a short stop in Rome with my family, we had dinner at Memmo's. We had a great time; both the cacio e pepe and carbonara were excellent! Excellent value for money! Recommended.

03/08/2025: My son and his wife chose Casale Santa Lucia for their wedding dinner. They couldn't have made a better choice! Stunning location, beautiful rooms, fantastic food, and truly commendable organization! The menu (extensive and meticulously curated) was adapted to vegans and those with intolerances with great attention and respect for all needs. The service was precise and fast, truly impeccable! Everything went flawlessly, with professionalism and excellence. Highly recommended.

It's one of those rare places where you immediately feel at home, thanks to an authentic, warm, and relaxed atmosphere, where time seems to slow down. The real star, however, is the spaghetti allo scoglio. A dish that might seem unpredictable elsewhere, here is an absolute certainty: fragrant, balanced, rich in flavor and seafood. The pasta is always al dente, the sauce enveloping, with the freshest seafood that expresses all the generosity of the Mediterranean. It's the classic dish I order every time, and every time it reminds me why I keep coming back. The courtesy of the service is another reason why this osteria deserves all its stars. 17/08/2025: This is my second time eating here, and I've had a great experience. The table service and speed of delivery are a bit lacking, but the quality is good. Prices are average. One bonus is that you can eat indoors in the air conditioning, which is a plus on hot days, given that there are often no cool places in the area.

Every detail is taken care of, from cakes to fresh pastries and baked goods: everything is made with top-quality ingredients and meticulous craftsmanship. The coffee is also excellent, and the welcoming atmosphere invites you to stop by for a delicious treat. The staff is friendly and helpful. A must-visit for anyone who loves high-quality pastries.

20/08/2025: This pastry shop and café is truly a choco boutique. Elegant, yet in keeping with its mountain setting. It offers a wide and varied selection of chocolates and pralines, as well as pastries in general, which you can enjoy on-site, accompanied by coffee, cappuccino, or other delicious chocolates. The staff is very friendly. The prices are perhaps a little high, but certainly in line with the quality and attention to detail.

31/08/2025: Nothing special, the fish didn't have much flavor, so I assume most of it (if not all of it) was frozen. The wine prices are truly exorbitant; commercial wines found at the supermarket for €7-9 sell for exactly three times that; for example, the most commercial Madre Goccia Iuzzolini costs €25. The selection of appetizers, where you'd expect lots of good fish, ends with a salad of chickpeas, onion, tomato, and arugula... in short, disappointing. The raw fish appetizer, which I expected above all else but instead arrived halfway through the meal, features extremely salty smoked salmon. But the saltiest thing of all is the bill; that really leaves you speechless. I won't be returning.

31/08/2025: Lunch with friends: the place is welcoming, although it tends to be quite noisy when it reaches its maximum capacity. The staff was extremely kind and available to accommodate our requests. Good quality fish, the only reservation being the mixed seafood salad: compared to the other dishes, it was the least impressive. The seafood risotto was excellent, as was the linguine with clams.

26/08/2025: Want to be greeted with a smile? Go to the Bicio kiosk! Without this kiosk, my days wouldn't be the same. The coffee is superb, even the barley coffee (which is usually a disappointment) is good. It's perfect for a coffee or lunch break. The owners are lovely and kind, and the little corner away from the street is a little oasis of peace. For me, it's a YES!

09/08/2025: Some are good, others are bland. There may be a top chef behind it, but meatballs are only good two or three ways. They're fast, but the service occasionally falters (distracted, forgetful). In my opinion, neither praise nor blame.

05/08/2025: Everything was very good. Each dish had its own unique flavor. The idea of making each dish into a meatball is really cute and original. However, in my opinion, it's very expensive for what you get...and it's precisely because of the price that I personally won't be returning. However, I have nothing to complain about the quality of the food, the kindness of the staff, and the location...
