13/03/2026: We had booked a table for two at 2:30 PM. When we arrived right on time, they told us we couldn't sit down and we'd have to wait half an hour. After an hour, our table was still unavailable, so we went home. Terrible service.

I can give my opinion: twice when I see mother and son talking, I realize that they are making fun of us because we asked for an extra packet of sugar and a bottle of wine on tap, which they don't have. So they are not at all professional but poor inside.
18/03/2026: 5 stars for everything. To understand, you have to go and experience it for yourself. Excellent food, run directly by the family. We've been coming here for years and have never been disappointed, not once.

at this restaurant with my 3-year-old son. The staff was very friendly and the pizza was impeccable.
19/04/2026: Anyone who gives more than one star, I wonder what they're used to eating at home?! I ordered a fish starter: chitarra allo scoglio, but the mussels smelled bad and were raw, and the rest was of poor quality, including the sour tomato sauce.
An overall negative experience, from appetizer to dessert.
That same evening, I had a severe stomach ache with unpleasant consequences.
Given the restaurant, one has high expectations but comes away
severely disappointed.
I wouldn't go back.

25/02/2026: I found this restaurant by chance while traveling to Fiuggi. The location is very nice and welcoming, and the fireplace with the embers where they cook the various meats is very nice... The lamb chops were very good and very tender... I recommend this restaurant if you're in the area.

This restaurant focuses on quality ingredients, which is clearly evident in every dish.
The preparations are well-executed, meticulously prepared but not overdone, with a good balance between tradition and presentation.
The service is attentive and friendly, always present without being intrusive.
If I really had to find any areas for improvement: we waited a bit too long between appetizers and main courses, and the bathrooms—though spotless—could use a renovation.
Overall, it's still a reliable place where you can eat well and leave satisfied.
05/04/2026: A great place to stop for lunch after visiting the caves. Excellent quality ingredients, carefully prepared dishes, and fast service. Reservations are recommended, especially during the holidays.

05/04/2026: This restaurant in the heart of Bolsena's historic center took me back to the '90s, with an authentic and welcoming atmosphere.
The staff was extremely courteous, and the owner was helpful and attentive, even recommending an excellent bottle of local wine at a truly fair price.
The two of us enjoyed four portions of fried artichokes, two lake-sourced pasta dishes, and two tagliata with arugula, parmesan, and cherry tomatoes: everything was simply delicious, with meat that melted in your mouth. To round out the meal, two amaro liqueurs and a bottle of water.
The final bill? More than fair for the quality and quantity. I highly recommend this place... I'd go back a thousand times over!

The dishes are carefully prepared and beautifully presented.
Try the "carbonpesce" pasta and the citrus-flavored whitefish fillet.
Right prices.

The beer was excellent, and I was surprised to see a lampredotto sandwich among the sandwiches. I'd been wanting to try one for years, so I jumped at the chance. It wasn't disappointing at all!

03/04/2026: At first, it seemed very loud, with the music so loud it almost prevented any conversation. Then, after about five glasses of wine, the music became strangely engaging, so much so that everyone at the table was singing along.
30/03/2026: A brilliant restaurant... the food is outstanding... I especially recommend the fried cod marinated in vinegar and the gnocchi... I've never eaten better ones in my life... Plus delicious house wine and great, witty service... There's only one problem - without a reservation, there's no way to get in... I RECOMMEND!!!

01/01/2026: The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, however, the prices seemed excessive for the quality: €4.50 for a cannolo with a soft crust and a rather dry filling, and €1.80 for a coffee.
I disagree with the decision to keep the pastry refrigerator open, because in my opinion it contributes to these problems: the desserts tend to dry out and lose their fragrance.
I don't doubt that the product was fresh that day, but the overall experience didn't justify the cost.
30/12/2025: A coffee just as it should be, and an aperitivo to match: quality takes precedence here. Compliments to Anna and her team.
