26/10/2025: A very tasty restaurant! I loved the tartare! I especially loved the meat! I ordered the T-bone. The steak was simply superb, juicy and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. It's not very crowded at lunchtime. The service is excellent! The desserts weren't particularly impressive, but then again, it's a meat restaurant.

11/10/2025: A lovely café in a fantastic location, with great prices (€1.70 for a cappuccino) and delicious food. We spontaneously stopped by for breakfast, persuaded by the good reviews, and were not disappointed! We'd go back anytime, and even went back in the afternoon for a warm drink.

31/10/2025: Located in a clifftop square in a small coastal town, the seafood was all excellent. The service and atmosphere were also excellent. It's worth a quick stop if you're heading to Lecce or Bari, or a dinner spot during a seaside holiday.

27/08/2025: Osteria di Chichibio is the best restaurant in Polignano. I went in different restaurants including Grotta Palaze who is famous in this city but I end up coming twice in this place. The food is just another level. Come to eat first and thank me later! It’s a must guys 🥂

06/10/2025: Recommend by our local tour guide. We tried it for lunch. Very tasty food and good prices. We arrived at 12:30 no one was there. Leaving at 2:00 the place is packed. Reservations seem to be needed. The ricotta cheese cake is a must have, fresh and soft but not too sweet.

03/10/2025: Excellent dishes. We tried the octopus as a starter, and the Linguine al pesce spada and squid nero as main courses. We loved it! The wine was also very good, and the service was professional. The waiters were attentive and friendly. Thank you very much.

05/10/2025: This restaurant is located in a place definitely worth visiting: the Caglieron Caves. If you can, combine your nature experience with a culinary one! The restaurant is well-maintained, spacious, and offers plenty of seating. The welcoming atmosphere is clear, and the service is top-notch. The wait staff is young but highly trained. We thoroughly enjoyed the traditional seafood menu, which offered a truly excellent value for money! The dishes served were high-quality, with generous portions, and everything was accompanied by homemade bread and breadsticks. The traditional menu included: smoked swordfish carpaccio, octopus salad with vegetables, steamed shrimp with olive oil ice cream, gratinated scallops, seafood risotto, and mixed grilled fish. A sorbet was also included. I can say I ate very well and that finding excellent seafood even in a mountainous area is possible with your restaurant! Congratulations! We'll definitely be back!

05/10/2025: Dear friends, the owners, Rosetta and Giorgio, pay obsessive attention to the quality of their ingredients, the cooking, and the presentation of their dishes. The quality/price ratio is very good: naturally, if you choose a fine wine (see photo), the price goes up, but the staff is ready to advise you! The wine cellar is well-stocked! The tables are spaced far enough apart to ensure relaxation, privacy, and conversation without having to worry about being overtaken. Be careful about parking: the restaurant is in the historic center (limited traffic zone). Leave your car in the surrounding parking lots: it's only a short distance away! Reservations are highly recommended. € well spent!

05/10/2025: I was disappointed. I knew it was expensive, but that's not the problem. I expected more quality beyond the presentation. Nothing memorable. Everything was more beautiful than it was good, including the Catalana. The dish was beautiful, but I've had much better elsewhere. The wine list is superb. A restaurant that's resting on its laurels. It was a pleasant evening, of course, but I expect more.

30/09/2025: Actually one star, it was a complete disaster! We wanted to eat pasta in a nice Italian restaurant. At first it seemed good. The waiter (who was also the chef) presented the dishes and was nice. When the food arrived we were shocked and couldn't contain ourselves any longer. It looked like vomited on the plate. In any case, the food came straight from Lidl and was defrosted in the microwave, which you could hear in the background and was operated by the only waiter. We tried to eat the food but it was difficult to get down. In the end we left half the food and left the shop with stomach aches. You might be able to have a cocktail there but the food was a complete disaster and not recommended under any circumstances.

23/09/2025: TRY IT WITH YOUR EYES CLOSED We simply sat down for a tiramisu, and the very warm welcome immediately put us at ease. The tiramisu has an excellent coffee flavor. Looking at the cocktail menu, the €6 Hugo Spritz is unbeatable!

24/07/2025: We stopped by Sa di Tappo somewhat by chance, as it's close to where I'm temporarily staying. What a wonderful and unexpected discovery! We ate and drank very well, and the owners treated us like friends. The place is also delicious! Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back!

06/07/2025: Unfortunately I can't know if it was good. I called to reserve two seats on Saturday evening, the lady who answered the phone with a laconic 'hello' (without even saying the name of the place) first told me no then called me back to tell me that there were two seats. happy I told him we were coming but when I said I had two dogs he suddenly told me he could only put me outside. I said yes but when I arrived, having never been there, I found myself on two high stools and a barrel as a table (nice if you didn't have two dogs that on the stool is not the best). on the sidewalk practically on the road (I thought there was a veranda). at that point my wife said we were leaving because we didn't want to eat in the middle of the smog, the answer was goodbye without even looking at us. (I would like to point out that there were three free tables inside and they didn't seem to be booked) 1 if he didn't want us he could have avoided making us get there (clearly he didn't want dogs, it was enough to say so on the phone) 2 I think that a person with such empathy perhaps shouldn't do this job. I'm sorry because making a criticism is never pleasant, the place seemed nice but this attitude is really ugly and senseless. of course we won't return and we don't recommend it.
