Nice restaurant opposite the ticket office for the Frasassi Caves. Not an extensive menu, but more than enough choice and very well-prepared dishes, portions not too large, and friendly service. It was quiet at lunchtime today, but it will probably be very busy when there are many visitors to the caves.

An excellent experience at Taverna di Frasassi. This restaurant focuses on quality ingredients, which is clearly evident in every dish. The preparations are well-executed, meticulously prepared but not overdone, with a good balance between tradition and presentation. The service is attentive and friendly, always present without being intrusive. If I really had to find any areas for improvement: we waited a bit too long between appetizers and main courses, and the bathrooms—though spotless—could use a renovation. Overall, it's still a reliable place where you can eat well and leave satisfied.
