14/04/2026: I spent Easter lunch at Singola and it was a truly impeccable experience. I particularly enjoyed the appetizer and the wine pairing, which was truly spot-on.
What really made the difference was the kindness of the service: you could sense passion, attention, and a genuine smile. I will definitely be back.

We ordered a grilled meat for two, and even though we were two, we didn't finish it... I highly recommend it for people who want to eat and be completely satisfied.

02/05/2026: My spouse and I visited and ordered one appetizer, one pizza and one pasta dish, and one tiramisu for dessert. Everything was delicious and the portions were generous, leaving us both completely full. The music was just right, so we weren't bothered by the conversations of those around us, and the waiter (M) was very friendly, which made it a great experience.

Not just your typical vegan croissant, but they have a huge selection!
They pay close attention to cross-contamination, and the service is provided by very friendly staff.
I absolutely recommend it; parking is always available.
Last but not least, Illy coffee is always my first choice and my go-to.

It's always wonderful to see businesses offering so many plant-based products, and even better when they're delicious. I've tried their breakfast pastries, mini pastries, and cakes (all vegan, of course), and I can say I've always been blown away!

The variety of coffees is truly remarkable: blends for all tastes, selected with care and attention. But what made the visit special were the owners: kind, helpful, and above all, passionate. With genuine enthusiasm, they explained the characteristics of each blend to us, almost as if they were sharing a family secret. The pastries are also a must-try: excellent, fresh, and high-quality. You can tell the work here is done with love and skill. Well done guys, I'll definitely be back! ☕
28/03/2026: If you are looking for great specialty and regular coffee, look no further. The owners love what they do and can really talk coffee. Great selection and very good pastries too. Right in the historic center. Highly recommended, WE will be back. Thank you again to the 2 owners!
