12/04/2026: I had the wild boar, a standard dish, very dry, and a portion fit for a small bird. I don't think I'll go back.

31/03/2026: Visually, the place looked very authentic, but unfortunately, that's the only plus. Guests' preferences are irrelevant here. I asked for a Filetto al Brunello di Montalcino and specified that I wanted it well done. The waiter nodded and said it was perfect. But when the meat arrived, it was completely raw and rare inside, not even medium. I told the waiter that this wasn't the doneness I'd ordered, to which he responded with a "stunning" response: it was impossible to cook this steak well done. Why he hadn't told me this up front remains a mystery. He suggested I cut it into pieces and have it cooked that way. I agreed, happy that I'd finally get what I'd ordered, but disappointment awaited me here too. When they brought my dish again, the slices were cooked a bit more well done, right at medium. But still not well done. I didn't have the energy to argue anymore, and I was too hungry, so I ate them, but I'll be honest, I think this kind of service is disgusting. If a chef's morals, religion, or any other reason prevent him from preparing the meat the way a customer requests, they should at least warn them in advance (although I can't imagine why it's impossible to cook the meat properly; that's the bare minimum). I was angry, my impressions were completely negative, and I didn't enjoy the food at all.

22/05/2026: Great food. Loved the tuna trilogy and shrimp pasta. The calamari is not among the best though. It has a nice setting but some tables have quite limited sitting.

20/05/2026: It is a bit unusual that the reception is on the second floor, but overall the service is excellent. It is very pleasant to be served a glass of Presecco as a welcome drink when you are seated. The food is also quite tasty. However, the diffuser scent inside is a bit strong.

19/04/2026: I went with my family on Saturday evening at 7:30 PM. I must say the place was packed, and there were people waiting outside, but within 5-10 minutes they had us seated at a table. The girls are very quick, courteous, and friendly. The menu is well-stocked, and the prices are reasonable. The sandwiches are their strong point, excellent products and plentiful. In the heart of Franciacorta, a few kilometers from the lake. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

26/04/2026: I only knew this restaurant by name, and mostly for its seafood. Excellent food (fish, of course), generous portions, excellent customer service, and a more than reasonable price. The only downside, but this is where parents come into play, was the proximity of a child who had been screaming all evening. Otherwise, a well-deserved 5 stars.

03/05/2026: Our holiday house was just 600m away from this cozy restaurant. So we decided to walk, and after the first evening, it was clear we'd be back for more. The view is incredible. We ate so wonderfully. From the appetizers to the pasta and main courses, everything was absolutely delicious. The dessert was the icing on the cake. The wine recommendation was perfect. Father and son played a big part in making us feel so comfortable in the service. Cheers to the chef and "greetings to the chicken on Capri" (thanks Enrico for all the laughs). Anyone passing by Nastro D'Oro should definitely stop in and enjoy the excellent cuisine and warm hospitality.

The service was impeccable: elegant, professional, and endowed with a genuine warmth that makes you feel immediately at home. ​But the real star of the show was the cuisine, exquisite and of rare refinement. In particular, I must give immense praise to the cappellacci all'ossobuco: simply divine. I don't think I've ever tasted such a delicious, balanced, and flavorful dish; every bite was an explosion of flavors that literally enchanted me. ​A sensory experience that I highly recommend to anyone in Pitigliano. A must-try!

29/04/2026: The hummus doesn't taste bad, it has no taste (creamy, bland, without spices, and without peanut butter). The servers don't do their job badly, they don't do their job at all (they asked us what we wanted after a 20-minute wait). The cooks don't cook badly, they don't cook at all (40-minute wait for 3 slices of toast). The setting is great, which saves the day.

06/05/2026: When you discover you're lactose intolerant, you find yourself having to read the labels on everything you buy... the most annoying thing, however, is having to search for "tailor-made" products when you're out and about. How disappointing to discover that in restaurants or bars, the products "intended for us" are very few and (almost always) the same type: I'm talking about fruit ice cream, vegan croissants, and other things (personal tastes) that are profoundly sad. Like a bolt from the blue, I discover on Facebook that there's a lactose-free bakery: I'm almost thrilled to admire the variety of products offered, I can practically savor the display I see scrolling through the reels or photos. Some time after that fortuitous discovery, the right opportunity arrives! (Editor's note: I live in Terralba). One morning we set off for Senorbì... I was so excited! I was finally going to try something from Incognito! The excitement was almost comparable to that of a first date! As I browsed the menu, a doubt gripped me: I didn't know what to order! Since it was already mid-morning and I wouldn't be home until 4:00 PM, I opted for some mini pastries and a tray of takeout pastries (of course, I had the frozen food bag in my trunk, complete with popsicles for a packed lunch). My expectations were more than met! I was as happy as a little girl on a slide... I was able to try several different desserts, and they were all truly delicious, made with love. I think that's their secret ingredient... lactose-free love, of course ❤️ Thank you so much for your hard work and your delicious treats... I hope to have the opportunity to visit you again soon!
