20/10/2025: I can say that of all the restaurants I've tried in Ferrara, this one stands out. The atmosphere is intimate, welcoming, and warm, perfect for romantic dinners or dinners with friends. The welcome is attentive, the staff is knowledgeable, formal, but not stuffy. The wine list (I'm a wine lover) is very interesting. The dishes are refined, perfectly crafted, and made with quality ingredients. And last but not least (except for the excellent desserts), the quality/price ratio is excellent. I'm always happy to return.

14/10/2025: An evening for two... Starters, first and second courses were all fish...I can say I didn't know what to choose, all dishes were top-notch...the only disappointing note was the dessert, revisited cannoli, too sweet for my taste. The wine list is definitely extensive and caters to all tastes and budgets. In short, the food, service, hospitality, and kindness were top-notch. Congratulations, I'll definitely be back. Oh, I forgot, the price was absolutely in line; in fact, I'd even say it was low, given the quality of the food and the restaurant. Reservations recommended.

22/10/2025: This place is a fantastic find! The views of Lake Iseo are unmatched, the hotel is historic and charming, and every staff member encountered was extraordinary. We had dinner one evening and they do an excellent job (very accommodating to my gluten allergy as well). Lovely breakfast area. We will be back! (We had a small group on a wine tour)

01/10/2025: Delicious and affordable breakfast! I was so happy to experience Italian life. The owner even speaks a little Chinese, which is amazing! I recommend the cappuccino and café latte. Even though I don't drink coffee in Taiwan, I still love the taste!

26/10/2025: Expectations were very high, and perhaps that's why they were disappointed. The first course, pioppini mushrooms and oxtail, didn't convince me. I proceeded with the egg yolk with truffle... too bad the truffle wasn't very fragrant and the dish arrived cold. Compliments to the service. Impeccable. I recommend cleaning up the dust buildup on the corrigati in the kitchen... it's not at all hygienic. I won't post the photo out of decency.

19/10/2025: Great restaurant with delicious and high-class cuisine; it’s fairly priced with a 4-courses meat menu @ €52 and fresh fish menu at €57 ; look out for the truffle specials when in season. Great staff too.

The old farmhouse parlor radiates warmth and comfort, and you immediately sense that heart and tradition are at the heart here. The food is simply outstanding: authentic Ladin cuisine, finely balanced with South Tyrolean hospitality. Every dish bears the hallmark of dedication and attention to detail. You can taste their connection to the region – honest, authentic, and of the highest quality. The friendliness of André and Jan, who welcome their guests with natural warmth, deserves special mention. It's also fascinating that they speak so many languages ​​perfectly, understand every guest, and make everyone feel welcome. This is where genuine hospitality, culinary authenticity, and an ambience steeped in history come together. Added to this is the family atmosphere: the mother herself is in the kitchen, conjuring up wonderful dishes, while the father tends the farm and feeds the animals. This authenticity and down-to-earth atmosphere make the visit even more special. In short: Plazores is not just an inn, but a place where we feel happy and richly blessed. Highly recommended!

09/10/2025: The food was all delicious, and the staff was so friendly, so I had a wonderful meal! I didn't realize it was break time, but they greeted me right before I arrived and were so kind that I felt like I interrupted their break. Thank you!

09/10/2025: I had seafood stew and squid ink pasta. The food was delicious! The squid was sweet and tender!! I changed the menu right after I placed my order, and they changed it without a trace. I was grateful that they greeted me with a big smile whenever we made eye contact.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the place is ideal for a quiet dinner with friends or family. The wooden details and decorations make the atmosphere warm and familiar.
