09/07/2025: We had an excellent meal at da ovidio today. Reservations are recommended. We had an antipasti platter of cold and warm fish for starters, and a steak main course. Everything was of excellent quality, with the meat tender as butter. The service was very friendly, attentive, and very child-friendly.

The menu suitable for everyone offers snacks, sandwiches etc.... bottled beers and niche products explained with enthusiasm and scrupulously. It often organizes events. It is not very big but has space both inside with air conditioning and outside (with lamps for the winter) ... I like it a lot

13/06/2025: I have known this place since it was opened by the first manager. It has always been very popular, regular customers are the majority and stay there for a long time. It was once renowned for its homemade ice cream (I am not among regular customers for this product category so I cannot vouch for it). The staff is welcoming. The products are of good quality.

14/05/2025: Quality ice cream bar and pastry shop, welcoming, clean place with excellent sweet and savory breakfasts. I went for a buffet for my daughter's graduation outside the place which is heated in the winter and beautiful in the summer. Everything was perfect from the organization to the very kind staff offering the delicious ice cream cake

20/08/2025: A true gem in Frosolone. The Belle Époque atmosphere, with paintings adorning the walls, makes it a beautiful place to enjoy excellent coffee and refined pastries. I had the best apple strudel of my life here, even better than the ones I’ve tried in Austria. They also serve Hugo spritz and a selection of unique drinks from around the world. Despite being always very busy, the service is warm and attentive. I didn’t take many pictures. it’s a place to experience with your own senses.

23/06/2025: As always I am writing a very detailed review also because I really enjoyed this place. It was my birthday on 06.21.2025, and we went for lunch. We booked. We were greeted by the staff with great kindness and made to sit on the patio with a beautiful view of the sea, and lots of fresh air, the table was set very elegantly, as soon as the waiter arrived, very nice and kind, he took our order. I must say that everything arrived very quickly... we chose: spaghetti with clams, rating 8 with so many clams that the dish was huge, risotto with scampi cream, rating 9, seafood gnocchi, rating 8. Then we tried two different types of cod on the advice of the waiter, I must say both were excellent... I have never tasted cod in those two ways... served with elegance and beauty, because even the eye wants its part, rating for the two cod dishes 10!!!. My daughter preferred a nice plate of scampi... excellent rating 8. Then the final treat was the sorbet.... very special because GREEN APPLE SORBET.... EXQUISITE!!! NEVER TRIED BEFORE.. A GEMS OF THIS PLACE! and finally... we hadn't brought the cake... and the owner Stefania sent us a cake just for us with a dedication that I have to say was excellent, rating 9. In short, everything was perfect. Everything was excellent. I absolutely have to go back! You can't go wrong because you eat really well here. Thanks to all the staff!
