New Tredes Caffe' e Bistrot In Milano

Fantastic place, products and staff, I will definitely be back!!!

Having just arrived in Milan, we wanted to get out and explore a bit prior to our Olympic event later that evening. Being mid-afternoon, many places were closed until evening, but we found this gem of a gin bar not far from Centrale. We had intended cocktails, but were told only gin and tonic. No worries. We described what we liked to the bartender, and she chose what we would drink. Our beverages arrived with a single large ice cube in a glass, a bottle of selected tonic, and a small decanter of gin - all set so you can decide your preferred ratios. Loved the presentation - wish this could be replicated in the US but people would steal the decanters. First G&T was so good we had another. Would have stayed longer, but didn't want to get drunk and miss the Olympics...another time, perhaps.

We entered almost by chance. I was photographing the gin bottles in the display case for my brother, who loves the Milo Manara collection, and the owner so kindly invited us in. We later discovered he knows Ferdinando and Rosso Vino, a detail that made the encounter even more pleasant and familiar. The atmosphere inside is pleasant, with soft lighting and shelves full of bottles of gin (and more) from all over the world. Osvaldo is truly an added value: knowledgeable, passionate, and always available to offer advice, he always manages to describe each gin as if it were a story. He doesn't simply offer a gin, but takes you on a true sensory journey filled with aromas, botanicals, and surprising nuances. I would say it's a place you enter by chance but leave wanting more.

A special gin experience. There are over 600 types. The owner Maxim recommends a gin that suits everyone's taste. Every type was excellent. We enjoyed it very much, we will come back again.

Excellent place. Osvaldo, the owner, is not just a bartender, but an intelligent and sensitive guide to the wonderful world of gin. I'm a regular, though more than a customer, I like to think of myself as an "evening companion." Tredes Bistrot is a place for those who want to sip a good gin while reading a book or surrounded by wonderful people who share their stories. A place for connoisseurs, or a "home" for those seeking a family atmosphere.

A truly fabulous place, the owner is a true gin expert, able to understand customers' tastes with a few simple questions, and the location is extremely well-kept, a place where the gin experience extends to that of conviviality. I can only say: congratulations 💯

Osvaldo is a patron of Gin Tonic, with every cocktail he takes you on a journey and to a different country... the atmosphere is well-kept and very welcoming for a nice evening in company.

We had an excellent time at Tredes! The owner/s were friendly and welcoming. We went for an aperitivo and such fantastic cocktails 🍸 a must try!
