Forget franchises and tourist traps; this is the true taste of provincial Italy. Unbeatable value and a friendly service that makes you feel at home. You'll want to come back until they run out of flour.
15/02/2026: Truly a gem. A small but welcoming place. It's cold outside, you walk in, and a 1970s stove welcomes you into a sweet warmth. The owner, a friendly and approachable guy, immediately puts you at ease. The bread, I discover, is baked fresh. The dough is made in-house with local flours. Exceptional. Various high-quality side dishes paired perfectly... I had the capocollo with Tuscan pecorino and sun-dried tomatoes, which tasted magical. Craft beers on tap. Prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality of the food. Truly a place to remember.

04/01/2026: A high-end restaurant, featuring top-quality ingredients prepared with attention to detail and professionalism. The risotto with creamed scampi is a sublime dish, an almost mystical experience. Kudos to the entire staff, who are professional and very friendly. Highly recommended for anyone in the area.

At first glance, it might seem like a place that makes you feel uncomfortable, but in reality, the pampering and kind attention truly makes you feel at home. As a celiac, this is worth its weight in gold; the discomfort of having to eat out has completely vanished. Everything was perfect.

08/03/2026: We stopped for a break during our visit to this beautiful village. The experience was more than pleasant. A well-kept and elegant location in a historic building. The staff were knowledgeable and very professional, the food was excellent and beautifully presented. Special attention was paid to specific needs: I found good and tasty gluten-free options. Must-trys: poached egg in potato sauce with truffle shavings and the wild pig with stracchino and gin salad. Finally, I'd like to point out the good quality/price ratio. I don't have photos so as not to spoil the surprise.

A welcoming restaurant, excellent service, and food where the quality of the ingredients truly shines. Without overcomplicating things, they achieve a beautiful presentation, pleasing to both the palate and the eye. The combination of quantity and quality is perfect. We tried the charcuterie board and two very tender and juicy cuts of meat—I can't even take a picture because everything was so delicious I forgot to.
This is a restaurant I'd put in every town in the world so I could return to it wherever I went. My congratulations to the owner and staff!
