La Rustica Contemporary Pizza with fior di latte, Black Angus sausage, caramelized onions, Monte Vecchio cheese, and Patenogra lard: EXCELLENT. I've never had a pizza with such a soft and light dough.
It meets the expectations of a pizza made as it should be.

A welcoming and appropriately informal atmosphere, excellent service, excellent pizzas with perfect ingredients, and the gluten-free and lactose-free options are also a plus.
Petra is a great host; reservations are recommended because it's always busy, even on weekdays.
One of the best pizzerias in the Verona area.

Let me start by saying that the pizza is delicious, which is why it was our favorite pizzeria until last year. Unfortunately, I'm forced to lower the stars due to the service. The last five times we ordered takeout (on my partner's behalf, on Sunday evenings), we received the wrong pizzas, the wrong bill on the receipt, and once we had guests over, one pizza less. When I noticed the mistake on the receipt, they refunded me the difference, but I had to call the next evening. On all the other occasions, not even a free drink or anything similar was offered, not even when they forgot a pizza and sent us back. This lack of politeness is absurd. The last time I went, I ordered a red pizza, with prosciutto and mushrooms, and knowing they often make mistakes, I repeated this over the phone several times just to be sure. When I got to the pizzeria, I checked personally before leaving, given the previous mistakes, and I noticed that the prosciutto was instead of prosciutto. Since I'd already paid, I politely asked if I could exchange the cold cuts or remove them so I wouldn't have to throw them away, but they told me that wasn't possible. I went home so annoyed that we haven't been back since. Furthermore, the prices are high and in line with the freshness of the products—if only the requested pizza would arrive. Sorry, I go to a pizzeria to relax, not to supervise. Too bad.
