25/09/2024: Esposa y yo hemos visitado La Caravella muchas veces a lo largo de los años, Dominic y su equipo siempre nos han cuidado mucho y nos trataron como familia. Durante esta visita pasamos cuatro días disfrutando del paisaje y almuerzos tranquilos. Las tumbonas de playa están muy bien espaciadas y tiene una sombrilla bien anclada para proporcionar sombra si se desea. Su equipo nos recogería en nuestro hotel Taormina y nos transportaría a la playa donde nos recibirían y nos mostrarían nuestros lugares para el día. Camine unos pasos hacia atrás hasta el restaurante cubierto donde el menú es bastante grande y variado, a un precio razonable y la comida siempre deliciosa. El servicio es siempre amable, eficiente y atento. Al final del día el transporte de Dominic nos lleva de vuelta a nuestro hotel. Gracias a Dominic y a todo el equipo por otra maravillosa visita de varios días!

13/09/2024: Gran experiencia en la playa. La Caracalla nos recogió con su lanzadera y nos llevó al club de playa. Incluido en nuestro precio era el servicio de transporte, 2 sillas y una sombrilla. La playa estaba limpia y el mar claro. Tuvimos un almuerzo fabuloso en el restaurante y el propietario nos organizó un viaje en barco por la zona. Muy recomendable.

25/01/2025: Excellent value for money! Excellent cuisine! The Scalopine with Lemon are tender, seasoned with a very fine sauce and served with fresh seasonal vegetables. The tagliatelle with rabbit ragù are also delicious! The seafood pasta is also excellent, very varied, with various mussels and tender calamari. Absolutely recommended restaurant! Very friendly host and service! Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Sehr enjoy the food! Die Scalopine al Lemon zart mit sehr finer Sosse, dazu frisches Gemüse der Saison. Tagliatelle with rabbit ragù auch sehr fine! Ausgezeichnet sind auch die Pasta a la seafood, sehr vielfältig mit verschiedenen Muscheln und zartem Tintenfisch. Sehr friendly Wirt und Service! Absolut empfehlenswertes Lokal!

26/02/2025: Excellent quality meat which goes very well with the price Everything I ate was good, starter, ribeye and side dishes, the house wine and desserts were also good.... If I can express one piece of advice/opinion it is that when eating meat of this type it would be nice to have much hotter plates so that the meat stays warmer and to eat normally and not in a hurry because it cools down. Anyway, I'll be back as soon as I'm over there

The only flaw... a water infiltration into the bathroom... it felt like being out in the rain... a real shame but above all unacceptable for such a structure...

18/03/2025: Questo posto è molto carino e accogliente, abbiamo assaggiato le polpettine fritte che sono piaciute molto al mio compagno. Abbiamo proseguito con i Ravioli al Brasato e il Risotto. Ho amato i ravioli al brasato erano davvero buoni. Il proprietario ha accennato al fatto che cambia il menu in base alla stagionalità il che lo rende davvero una continua scoperta. I prezzi sono nella media. Una porzione di poplpettine, due primi e un dolce e un acqua 50€ C'erano anche alcuni piatti adatti ai vegetariani Consigliato

06/01/2025: I discovered this restaurant on Google Maps while looking for a place to have dinner. I must say that the environment is very welcoming. We ordered drinks and food; the first cocktail for my boyfriend was unbalanced, with more water than anything else. However, the staff quickly noticed this and promptly replaced the drink. However the wine for me, very good.. However, I expected more from the dish I chose.

01/11/2024: We came to Vercelli by chance and by chance we found Vale and his chef. Being in Vercelli I wanted to eat risotto, but the two restaurants we went to were fully booked. By pure chance we arrived at Soul Kitchen and I'm so happy not to have found a place in the previous places. Vale is very nice and the food is of excellent quality. Congratulations you are special (like the 2013 Vale coffee 😁)

24/03/2025: Last week I was in Melfi and almost by chance I found myself in this restaurant. It was a real surprise! The place is very well-kept in details, the staff is kind and very professional, but the biggest surprise for those who are intolerant, they have a very varied gluten free menu. I really recommend it to people with intolerances and also to others. If I were to return to Melfi I will definitely return to this restaurant

22/03/2025: Il nome del ristorante farebbe pensare ad un locale giovane, invece è un giovanile di classe, quindi buono per tutte le fasce d'età. Riunisce sapienza gastronomica e stile soprattutto nel modo di coccolare il cliente. Sono stato per una serata in allegria, cercando di soddisfare il gusto e la vista. Diciamo che la brigata del buon Davide Trotta ha fatto le cose perbene, non sbagliando una virgola e deliziandoci con delle combinazioni mare/terra davvero gustose. Un piatto forte che consiglio è il risotto ai gamberetti, che nella sua semplicità dà vera soddisfazione al palato ed anche all'occhio. La presentazione dei piatti è un altro punto davvero a favore di questo ristorante. Do un bel 9...

12/04/2025: Tagliolini allo scoglio fabulous (be careful of splashes) with me wife children and nephew all largely satisfied with the pizza of the fry and the nephew devoured the cutlet with chips. Good service fast and attentive. Try it too it's worth it and enjoy your meal.

11/04/2025: Good evening, I'm sorry to write this negative review. Yesterday I went to your restaurant with a group of friends. I had a chicken cutlet but unfortunately when it was served to me it had an old smell. I kindly asked the waitress if she could make me a new cutlet but the outcome was the same. In the end I refused to eat it and my friends had pizza but it wasn't cooked at all. When we got to the house, I think the owner asked if everything was okay? I said absolutely not and instead of trying to fix it, she made me pay for an inedible dish. I'm sorry to have to write this negative review because it has always been a nice place. I hope this criticism can help improve the quality of the food.

23/03/2025: For the second time in the last year we wanted to eat pizza at botanike. After going on a Saturday for the first time, with poor results which we attributed to the crowds on Saturday evening, another unfortunate choice was the evening of San Giuseppe, with the place always full and therefore really slow service, and not exceptional pizzas. Furthermore, the price of most of the pizzas is really excessive compared to the quality of what is offered.
