02/01/2026: We had lunch at Ansitz Steinbock today. The service was attentive, the wine list was lovely with some great selections (also available by the glass), the atmosphere was wonderful, and the tagliolini with white truffle was outstanding. We'd love to come back. ❤️

02/01/2026: We went to Ansitz Steinbock for fine dining. Definitely worth a visit. Very cozy atmosphere, friendly service. And most importantly, the food was truly exceptional. Here you can definitely discover new taste sensations, including the "wow factor" that, in my opinion, fine dining should have. Both the wine and non-alcoholic beverage pairings were well-chosen and of high quality. And all this at an absolutely fair price-performance ratio, especially compared to other restaurants.

08/02/2026: It was perfect stay in hotel La Bitta - starting from the all amazing girls on the reception, perfect cleanliness of the overall hotel area, beautiful pool with the best view and fantastic personnels in the bar and hotel restaurant too. Beautiful location just by the sea. If you love calm place,where you will have dream vacation,this is definitely great choice. And its so nice that the hotel is Adult only. We went in the end of September. It was a perfect stay in hotel La Bitta - from the amazing girls at the reception, through the perfect cleanliness of the whole area, to the beautiful pool with the best view and fantastic personnel in the bar and hotel restaurant. > Beautiful location right by the sea. If you love calm places, where you will have dream vacation,this is definitely a great choice. Moreover, it is very nice that it is an Adults Only hotel.

15/12/2025: We spent our honeymoon here and couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place! The staff was incredibly lovely and genuinely accommodating. Our room was immaculate—beautifully maintained, comfortable, and a joy to come back to each day. The food at the restaurant was delicious. Cannot say enough wonderful things. We will always cherish our time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay in Sardinia.

27/01/2026: We went to eat at the Old George on Saturday night. Let me start by saying that the staff was incredibly kind, smiling, fast, and so much more! Unfortunately, the fried food—or rather, the fried foods—were a little subpar. The burger wasn't bad, worthy of a 4-star rating. The tiramisu, if I may say so, was a little dry, and could have used a little more cream. The atmosphere was pleasant and clean!

13/03/2026: I've been coming to this restaurant for years, and every time it's always a pleasant discovery, especially now that they've added new pizzas. I absolutely love the 'Leggera', which isn't that light. My boyfriend had the Romagnola with prosciutto, squacquerone, and rocket. These are truly top-quality products. I highly recommend it!

02/03/2026: The atmosphere is pleasantly unconventional, in keeping with the adjacent hotel (they are managed separately, but complement each other). The cuisine is largely Roman, lightened and presented with an international flair, expertly executed. Excellent service.

24/10/2025: A very warm welcome with a clear desire to share their cuisine. Squash flan and mini cabbage stew to start, then an assortment of meats and desserts, all very tasty, including a revisited Tiramisu to discover.

I really liked the research that goes into every dish and ingredient, all selected according to a very specific criterion: customer satisfaction. Fillet arrosticini, usually hard to find in a restaurant, are available here. The Godot appetizer was thrilling, two courses that vary according to the seasonality of the products, but which are a sublime explosion of flavors. One of these was the pumpkin tart on a cheese fondue and balsamic reduction, with a crunchy note provided by the puffed Venere rice, a flavor explosion. The wine cellar was also interesting, well-stocked for interesting pairings with the dishes. The meat was also exceptional and cooked to perfection. A very positive experience.

The typical Brazilian dishes are prepared with care and flavor, as are the drinks, all excellently crafted.
