08/05/2024: We had booked a table here to celebrate our anniversary with friends. They couldn't have done more for us - complimentary pre dinner drinks/nibbles on a table overlooking lake Garda. All four us enjoyed our meals - the seafood risotto was excellent!

04/05/2024: Good ambient. Good pizza, but pasta wasnt the best bologneze had too strong garlic and tomato taste, not typical. Pasta carbonara was good but not as creamy as it should be. Pizza was good, very good dough. Lignt in stomach.

19/12/2023: Siamo stati ospiti della struttura di Villa Cariola per celebrare il nostro matrimonio il 16/12/2023 a tema natalizio. Anche se si dice che la perfezione non è raggiungibile a nostro parare questo matrimonio l’ha addirittura superata. Grazie all’aiuto di Villa Cariola che fin dall’inizio, nella persona di Eleonora, ci ha seguito appieno nell’organizzazione di ogni dettaglio. Partendo dalla location, allestita a tutto punto per Natale, con luminarie ed addobbi. Gli spazi ben organizzati con tavoli splendidi ed il giusto spazio per l’accoglienza degli ospiti e la band. Passando al ristorante ed il servizio voto 10 e lode, perfetti, puntuali e simpatici, hanno gestito alla perfezione anche le richieste del momento sempre con la massima simpatia e cordialità. La qualità del cibo, assoluta. Punto che per noi era molto importante, inoltre anche i fornitori esterni si sono trovati benissimo a lavorare con Villa Cariola (aspetto importante per la riuscita dell’evento). Le camere perfette e splendide, le finiture di pregio e l’atmosfera presente in questa storica dimora hanno completato la nostra permanenza, ottima anche la colazione la mattina seguente. Cosa aggiungere, grazie Villa Cariola ed a tutti i professionisti di cui si avvale per aver realizzato il nostro sogno. Ettore e Fabiola

01/10/2023: Un grazie infinite a Villa Cariola e soprattutto ad Eleonora per aver realizzato il matrimonio dei nostri sogni! Sono veronese e residente a Londra ed ero un po' nervosa all’idea di organizzare tutto a distanza. Eleonora e’ stata fantastica, davvero meravigliosa. Mi ha subito rassicurata e negli ultimi 15 mesi e’ stata un aiuto incredibile nel realizzare il nostro matrimonio. Veramente bravissima, gentile, professionale e sempre sorridente. Le sono davvero grata per le innumerevoli chiamate, email e anche tanti incontri di persona (ha sempre offerto di incontrarci quando ero di passaggio in Italia, il che ha aiutato tantissimo). La sua attenzione al dettaglio, precisione, esperienza nel settore e la sua disponibilità sono state essenziali, non avrei potuto farcela ad organizzare senza di lei :) Grazie infinite per aver realizzato ogni piccolo dettaglio come sognavo, tra i tanti ad esempio le bellissime fontane fredde per il taglio della torta che e’ stato uno dei momenti preferiti e hanno meravigliato tutti, o quando abbiamo aggiunto il meraviglioso carretto dei gelati praticamente last minute. Villa Cariola è semplicemente la location dei sogni. Il matrimonio e’ stato una favola, al di la’ di ogni nostra aspettativa, sia per il servizio ricevuto che per la location fantastica. Ci hanno fatto tutti i complimenti e abbiamo fatto un figurone! Il nostro era un matrimonio misto con ospiti sia italiani che inglesi, e’ stato fantastico condividere questo grande giorno in un posto così bello. Tantissimi ci hanno detto che è stato il matrimonio più bello a cui sono andati. Il servizio è stato davvero impeccabile, ogni momento e’ stato curato nei minimi dettagli e abbiamo mangiato divinamente, ricevendo tantissimi complimenti sia per il pranzo che per il buffet di pizza serale. Avere anche delle bellissime camere lì per chi veniva dall’estero (inclusi noi!) e’ stato davvero speciale e confortevole. Non dimenticheremo mai le giornate trascorse a visitare la Villa e anche i momenti in cui abbiamo condiviso la piscina con le nostre famiglie prima e dopo il matrimonio.

02/04/2024: Excellent dinner, tasty pizza and crispy and not at all greasy frying. The menu presents dishes that satisfy everyone with some appreciable Asian "contamination". The view of Lake Garda was the setting for a pleasant evening. Very welcoming, kind, helpful staff.

04/05/2024: The food is disgusting. I ordered lasagne - the meat was poorly minced and I had to spit it out every now and then. I really wanted to eat something good, but I left hungry. I advise against it! Pizza + lasagna + 2 glasses of moskato = 50 euros

11/12/2023: Locale molto curato, la terrazza sul lago è d'impatto e da un valore aggiunto alla sala. Servizio freddo, distaccato. Ne risulta un contesto algido e distante con poca personalità. La nota dolente è stato il menu, due antipasti e due primi che devo definire purtroppo mediocri, non all'altezza della location e soprattutto del prezzo.

26/10/2023: Leider sehr sehr enttäuschend! Wir waren mehr als 10 Jahre Stammgäste in diesem Restaurant. Bei unserem letzten Besuch erlebten wir einen sehr kühlen, mechanischen Service, kein Lächeln, das Menü wurde runtergerattert und als wir irgendwann nach einem mäßigen Menu zum Dessert kamen, wurde uns ein tiefgekühltes Küchlein mit Apfel serviert, das weder Geschmack noch Konsistenz hatte. Wir waren überrascht, kamen wir doch gerade für das immer tolle Dessert, das hier gezaubert worden ist. Auf Nachfrage einer der bedienenden Schwestern der Familie sagten wir höflich und zurückgekommen, dass das Dessert leider gar nicht unseren Geschmack getroffen habe Es kam sofort eine Rechtfertigung der Bedienung, das sei dort immer so und es habe sich niemand beschwert. Kein Eingehen auf uns Gäste, kein Versuch uns etwas anders zu bringen, kein freundliches Wort für uns, die schon so oft dort waren. Auch die zweite Schwester befand beim Hinausgehen, man habe keinen Fehler gemacht, den hatten wir zu keiner Zeit unterstellt. Unser Fazit: Das Alla Fassa hat seine guten Zeiten hinter sich: Wir haben nicht mehr so gut gegessen wir viele Jahre zuvor, offensichtlich hat es in der Küche einen Wechsel gegeben, das Personal wirkte roboterhaft, keine freundliche Geste, stattdessen direkte Attacke auf eine auf Nachfrage sehr zurückhaltend vorgebrachte Kritik von uns. Das Szenario hat sich ebenfalls verändert: Es ist laute Discomusik durch das ganze Restaurant gespielt worden, das Licht ist grell und wenig atmosphärisch, die Stimmung ist daher nicht mehr angenehm. All das wäre aber zu verzeihen, wenn das Personal sich dafür interessieren würde, wie sich der Gast hier fühlt und mit freundlich vorgebrachter Kritik umgehen könnte. Schade für das Alla Fassa. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen und auch nicht den Gästen unseres Ferienhauses hier am Lago diese Restaurant- Empfehlung geben.

28/03/2024: Top, super friendly, clean, spacious and great location. We had to go to the hotel at short notice because our motorhome had a new starter installed. We received a very friendly welcome and had a great day in a great location. Lavish breakfast with a lake view, very good cappuccino. Many thanks to Graziella and team, we can only recommend.
