08/08/2024: I went here for lunch on my birthday. Excellent food of very good quality. The strong point are the packages with lobster or lobster. The tuna tartare is also excellent. Very relaxing environment. The owner very kind and professional. Advised!

29/07/2024: Very fresh fish. Expertly cooked dishes. Compliments to the chef. In fact, it's the second time we've been back. Generous portions. Finally more tradition than innovation. The owner is a delight. Highly recommended. We will see each other soon!!

04/08/2024: Great food, every dish was delicious, full of interesting flavours. Great service, lovely setting on the terrace. Good value and a nice wine list. Only complaint is the rubbish covers on the playlist 😂

21/07/2024: The restaurant is located just off the beaten track on the other side of the Etsch. But you can be in the old town in 10 minutes. The restaurant has a beautiful outdoor area. The service is very friendly, attentive and speaks English very well. There is an English menu. The food is of very good quality, creative and sufficiently portioned. The tiramisu was particularly delicious. With a bottle of Pinot Grigio and starter we came to 120 Eur for 2 people, absolutely reasonable. There wasn't much going on for a Saturday evening. Nevertheless, you should make a reservation. Overall a great restaurant without pizza.

12/07/2024: This has been the highlight of our trip. Lara and Andrea are so nice and they really make you feel special! I would give them 10 stars if possible. Book this class now! The food is delicious, the ambiance calming and the view is spectacular. Lara and Andrea are 2 gems in Lake Garda!!!

03/09/2024: good pizzeria not far from the Arena. We stopped by in the evening to have a snack because we rented an apartment very close. two good pizzas (fior di latte and pizza with prosciutto), a glass of Valpolicella and lager - for only 28 euros, including coperto. The place is full of people in the evenings.

18/08/2024: We stopped at this restaurant for lunch. Nice welcome from the staff, very very nice environment. We decided to get two pizzas. Just look at the photos! I would have eaten another one they were so good! Excellent dough! Congratulations to the pizza chef! I recommend it! If we were to return to these areas we have already decided that we will eat all our meals here!

17/08/2024: Fair prices with mediocre cuisine, a tourist restaurant that wants to be something more, not easy when you have customers who eat spaghetti with garlic and oil and put in a good grilled beef fillet... Maybe in another place it would be better... .

25/06/2024: Excellent restaurant. Probably one of the juiciest and softest beef stake I had in a while. Simple salad was also very tasty. Simple, humble, but very elevated. How do they make that possible? It’s just cut vegetables lol. Speechless. The waiter was also nice. This place is a must go if you are in Negrar. I’d personally give them a Michelin Bib Gourmand.

02/08/2024: Very nice location right on the harbor with lots of restaurants within walking distance, but still relatively quiet by Lake Garda standards! Very friendly service with e.g. T. German-speaking staff! Great start to the day with breakfast on the balcony over the harbor!

11/08/2024: All very good but I would only improve on the waiting times between one risotto and another, my partner and I found ourselves at a certain point with a risotto that we were consuming and in the meantime the waiter immediately arrived with the other risotto and we had to rush to finish the other one otherwise the one that had just arrived would get cold. Naturally, eating risotto very quickly means that you then get full and don't eat it again. I hope you accept constructive criticism!

29/07/2024: We got to know the risotteria thanks to the other location in San Giovanni Lupatoto which left us pleasantly impressed. So we decided to participate in the "Indian" evening. By booking in advance we secured a place and ate an appetizer followed by three courses of 🍚 with oriental spices. Finally we concluded with a dessert made with carrots, milk, pistachio and peanuts. Too bad about the Indian coffee, which although it was listed in the tasting menu, was not included in the price. I highly recommend this place for risotto evenings. A MUST for enthusiasts!

11/08/2024: Very large restaurant on the outskirts of Verona. A place that over the years has always demonstrated high quality, excellent organization and seriousness. Very fast service and very helpful staff. Honest prices. The choice of menu is very complete with various types of dishes. The pizza is very good and very rich, you don't go hungry like in other places. A place that never disappoints, I certainly recommend it.

19/12/2023: Siamo stati ospiti della struttura di Villa Cariola per celebrare il nostro matrimonio il 16/12/2023 a tema natalizio. Anche se si dice che la perfezione non è raggiungibile a nostro parare questo matrimonio l’ha addirittura superata. Grazie all’aiuto di Villa Cariola che fin dall’inizio, nella persona di Eleonora, ci ha seguito appieno nell’organizzazione di ogni dettaglio. Partendo dalla location, allestita a tutto punto per Natale, con luminarie ed addobbi. Gli spazi ben organizzati con tavoli splendidi ed il giusto spazio per l’accoglienza degli ospiti e la band. Passando al ristorante ed il servizio voto 10 e lode, perfetti, puntuali e simpatici, hanno gestito alla perfezione anche le richieste del momento sempre con la massima simpatia e cordialità. La qualità del cibo, assoluta. Punto che per noi era molto importante, inoltre anche i fornitori esterni si sono trovati benissimo a lavorare con Villa Cariola (aspetto importante per la riuscita dell’evento). Le camere perfette e splendide, le finiture di pregio e l’atmosfera presente in questa storica dimora hanno completato la nostra permanenza, ottima anche la colazione la mattina seguente. 01/10/2023: Un grazie infinite a Villa Cariola e soprattutto ad Eleonora per aver realizzato il matrimonio dei nostri sogni! Sono veronese e residente a Londra ed ero un po' nervosa all’idea di organizzare tutto a distanza. Eleonora e’ stata fantastica, davvero meravigliosa. Mi ha subito rassicurata e negli ultimi 15 mesi e’ stata un aiuto incredibile nel realizzare il nostro matrimonio. Veramente bravissima, gentile, professionale e sempre sorridente. Le sono davvero grata per le innumerevoli chiamate, email e anche tanti incontri di persona (ha sempre offerto di incontrarci quando ero di passaggio in Italia, il che ha aiutato tantissimo). La sua attenzione al dettaglio, precisione, esperienza nel settore e la sua disponibilità sono state essenziali, non avrei potuto farcela ad organizzare senza di lei :) Grazie infinite per aver realizzato ogni piccolo dettaglio come sognavo, tra i tanti ad esempio le bellissime fontane fredde per il taglio della torta che e’ stato uno dei momenti preferiti e hanno meravigliato tutti, o quando abbiamo aggiunto il meraviglioso carretto dei gelati praticamente last minute. Villa Cariola è semplicemente la location dei sogni. Il matrimonio e’ stato una favola, al di la’ di ogni nostra aspettativa, sia per il servizio ricevuto che per la location fantastica. Ci hanno fatto tutti i complimenti e abbiamo fatto un figurone! Il nostro era un matrimonio misto con ospiti sia italiani che inglesi, e’ stato fantastico condividere questo grande giorno in un posto così bello. Tantissimi ci hanno detto che è stato il matrimonio più bello a cui sono andati. Il servizio è stato davvero impeccabile, ogni momento e’ stato curato nei minimi dettagli e abbiamo mangiato divinamente, ricevendo tantissimi complimenti sia per il pranzo che per il buffet di pizza serale. Avere anche delle bellissime camere lì per chi veniva dall’estero (inclusi noi!) e’ stato davvero speciale e confortevole. Non dimenticheremo mai le giornate trascorse a visitare la Villa e anche i momenti in cui abbiamo condiviso la piscina con le nostre famiglie prima e dopo il matrimonio.
