30/03/2024: A very characteristic place, very well-trained and welcoming staff, the dishes ordered are truly excellent, the cheese trolley comparable to SANTA BABILONIA, the wine list excellent. I recommend trying the chef's dish of the day. COMPLIMENTS!!!!

09/03/2024: Beautiful characteristic place in Cogne. Super attentive and kind service, we received a welcome appetizer with an excellent spiced wine! Then we were advised not to order too much in order to properly enjoy the dish we had chosen to share: fondue! Really spacey, excellent and plentiful! It's a shame we weren't able to taste the desserts, with the coffee they also bring a homemade hazelnut biscuit... in short, everything is spectacular including the location and the bread!!! Also highly recommended for the quality-price ratio!

17/02/2024: My husband and I decided to book a room here at the last minute as we wanted to stay somewhere in the mountains with our baby girl. We’re so happy we did! The hotel were able to accommodate us arriving on a Friday evening. They warmly welcomed us and were prompt in checking us in and getting our bags delivered to our room so we were able to use the spa before it closed for the night. They also made our baby some fresh vegetable purée as we needed, and booked us a dinner reservation. The staff were all around incredible especially with our baby, and really make this place feel like a home. The details all over are also so intimate and feel like a family member’s alpine chalet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The spa was nice although very small, especially the outdoor pool but decent enough. The sauna and steam room were nice. The food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was very good. We will definitely return.

06/04/2024: Dining at this Michelin-starred restaurant was an absolute delight! The food was amazing, and the service was impeccable. I had the most delicious pasta of my life right here. 🍝 Also, the dessert was spectacular, super fresh and energizing.

31/03/2024: What a pleasant surprise. For the first time, after the reopening with the new management, we find an excellent welcome, in a location that is always up to par. Excellent service, a very well assorted wine list, with prices for all palates. The dishes are presented very well and even better when you taste them. Quality and care in the cuisine, they offer a truly assorted and delicious menu. Well done…! From appetizers to desserts, everything is worth trying. We will definitely be back. Price appropriate to the quality, position and location, without exaggerating.

19/02/2024: Ciao. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, i miei gnocchi al sugo erano squisiti e anche i piatti che avete portato a mamma e papà. Dolci meravigliosi. I camerieri sono stati molto gentili e simpatici con me. Sicuramente ci torneremo. Grazie Lollo (6anni)

16/02/2024: Ormai sono 3 anni che ogni volta che siamo a Zermatt cerchiamo di venire a pranzo a Cervinia alla Bricole. Non dico che sia una passeggiata visto che spesso non ci riesce di prenotare per telefono quindi ci passiamo di persona, però ne vale veramente la pena. I ravioli all’astice e i pate sono i migliori delle Alpi. Poi se ci passi la mattina, fatti fare un cappuccino, che per trovarne uno a questo livello ti tocca sciare fino a Roma 😜

23/03/2024: Do you like to eat well, local food and also not leave the restaurant still hungry? Here you really have everything. Very, very good food and generous portions. Menu with several local dishes. Try 4 courses, all spectacular. Pampered by the staff who serve you in local clothes. Cozy and clean. As I am very demanding, I didn't find anything that wasn't right. If you pass through Cogne it would be really foolish not to stop here.

29/03/2024: Excellent restaurant among many self-proclaimed "typical" proposals of very variable quality. I found some truly exceptional first courses, second courses perhaps of a more traditional nature but always executed with perfect technique and top raw materials. Excellent wine selection, friendly and quick service even when the place is full. Correct price for the quality (60-100€ per person on average).

05/03/2024: 📝 Very good food in this restaurant in Courmayeur despite a service slightly below expectations for being on the Michelin guide. 🍴 I tried a plate of winter vegetables as a starter: good and well presented. The tagliatelle with meat sauce were excellent. The larded beef fillet was also very good. The portions were right in my opinion. The dessert was also excellent. 📍 The restaurant is located in the center of Courmayeur and the furnishings are elegant and pleasant.

28/03/2024: I felt very good here. Every time I ate here I feel fully satisfied. Thank You. Some opinions I read feels to me like people wish to be treaded like fussy princesses. It is nice and cosy premises, with friendly approach to customer. I don't know if food is up to some super high standards of 3 star Michelin stars. To me food was always very good or delicious. Thank You to all staff and management :)

11/03/2024: The steak was very overcooked and average. The waitress was smoking an iqos in the kitchen in front of everyone and had a very bad attitude, the staff were inattentive. Overall this was a below average experience for how expensive it was.

10/02/2024: Ideally located between the Great Saint Bernard tunnel and Aosta, the White Cross has not changed over the years. I have enjoyed stopping there for over 30 years. The menu is varied and everyone will undoubtedly find something to please them. And I’m not talking about the wine list which presents a very nice selection of local and Italian wines. The staff is very friendly and professional. For our part, we had great pleasure tasting the selection of cheeses from the Aosta Valley as a starter accompanied by Bosse raw ham (a marvel!), followed by a magnificent Chateaubriand. We will undoubtedly stop there during our next visit to Aosta! Many thanks to Alexis for her excellent service!

28/01/2024: We stayed for two nights with a 1 year old child, we were welcomed by the owners of the property in a kind, welcoming and helpful way, meeting our needs and those of the child. Excellent location 5 minutes walk from the center of La Thuile, excellent breakfast and rooms equipped with every comfort.
