08/03/2026: I ordered fondue (the restaurant's signature dish) for two, which wasn't bad in itself, but compared to four years ago, they "forgot" to bring me much of the dipping sauce. For €60, they served us a few thin slices of mocetta and a bowl of bread cubes... for two. When I asked for more, they brought me another bowl of bread, 20 minutes later with the fondue cold. The Bellevue (the owner) is an excellent 5-star hotel. This is my third year coming here, and I don't think the management of this restaurant is still up to par with its standard of service.

27/02/2026: The place is very cute and typical of the area. The food is very good and not expensive, but the cheeses are a bit pricey for the quantity. The polenta is also a bit pricey, but the other dishes are reasonably priced. Overall, however, we found the quality/price ratio to be more fair than the competition.

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed (ours even had a sauna), and the bedding is of exceptional quality. The restaurant is also outstanding, with refined cuisine prepared using local produce and ingredients from their own garden. The breakfast was incredible… In short, a gem! 16/05/2026: Intrigued by the exterior, I booked this restaurant in the center of Morgex for a romantic dinner. Excellent choice. A very welcoming and quaint place, with just a few well-spaced tables. The menu was excellent, balanced, delicate, and plentiful. The service was attentive, attentive but not intrusive. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back for another special occasion.

19/04/2026: We opted to be amazed by the Lascia fare a Filippo e Tommaso menu, and we were very satisfied with our choice. Each dish, from the welcome amuse bouche, was a balance of flavors, textures, and contrasts that made for a very interesting and enjoyable experience. A small note on the service, which was at times awkward and slow, certainly not up to par with the quality of the cuisine.

06/04/2026: A superb experience, a very fine balance of flavors in the dishes; each dish was exquisite and meticulously prepared. The sommelier was outstanding, offering excellent advice and a selection of superb wines, including some rare ones.

05/07/2026: One star. A decidedly disappointing experience. The polenta concia was characterless and tasteless. The pork ribs were covered in so much barbecue sauce that it completely obscured the flavor of the meat. This should have been specified on the menu, as it only lists potatoes and onions as a side dish. The biggest disappointment, however, was the trout. After being cleaned at the table, it was left out in the open for so long that it arrived cold. Once we started eating it, we realized it was actually raw inside. We reported the problem, and the dish was taken back to the kitchen and subsequently returned without the slightest attention, without an apology, and with an attitude that seemed annoyed. We didn't order dessert or coffee; we simply paid the bill and left. From such a well-known establishment, we expected much better food and service.

05/07/2026: I have to give the ambiance one star because we were welcomed into the outdoor area on a cold and windy evening, and despite our willingness to wait for a table to become available, we weren't granted one. The dish I chose was pork ribs with potatoes and caramelized onions. I thought they were excellent, but it was a shame they were completely covered in BBQ sauce, which I hate.

13/04/2026: Excellent dinner at Cadrane Solaire: a warm, welcoming atmosphere, professional yet fun service that adds a touch of lightness, and excellent food. We had Borretane onions with blue cheese ice cream, risotto with pea cream, a Valdostana (definitely worth sharing between at least two people), and delicious Auberge ice cream and a Montenapoleone meringue with Mont Blanc. Absolutely worth a try!

12/04/2026: Lunch in Courmayeur at Cadran Solaire. Hearty and well-balanced dishes: the "La Favo'" with short pasta, fava beans, sausage, crostini, and fondue was excellent, as was the restaurant's own fondue, both good quality and well-executed. The atmosphere was traditional and romantic, in keeping with the mountain setting.

03/07/2026: Perfect for children's birthday parties, my son has been invited to parties here several times and the dinner is always well-organized, with adults able to eat in peace thanks to the special space where the little ones can be locked away.

I would have liked to try more dishes, but the prices (though still reasonable for the location) didn't allow for it. The lard in the antipasto con moccetta was remarkable; it truly melted in the mouth. The pappardelle with wild boar ragù was very good, but would have looked better on a ceramic plate than in a pan, where it seemed sparse in quantity. The house mint-based digestif was excellent. There was nothing to complain about the quality of the service or the kindness of the waiters, absolutely worthy of the place.

06/04/2026: A wonderful experience; everything was perfect in this mountain chalet, set in a refined, warm, and welcoming environment. The staff was extremely kind and available for any information. Excellent shuttle service. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony. Excellent breakfast and a superb candlelit dinner. The spa and small but functional indoor/outdoor pool were included. The hotel is very close to the Skyway Monte Bianco, and I highly recommend this excursion.

24/02/2026: This hotel is full service. All you need to have a for a lovely ski holiday: ambience, quality food, good bartenders, jacuzzi and lovely interior decor. The hotel is located outskirts Cervinia town, but don’t worry - they have free shuttle to lifts or if you would like to go to town. Ludo, the owner take well care of you. We are back after 10 years ago - and he makes sure that his hotell still deliver the same nice experience. The restaurant delivers well tasty Italian food - and we even got the special Matterhorn cake - just made special for us. Breakfast is also very nice with a range of quality teas, Italian coffee, sweet, savory, eggs and bacon.
