19/04/2026: We opted to be amazed by the Lascia fare a Filippo e Tommaso menu, and we were very satisfied with our choice. Each dish, from the welcome amuse bouche, was a balance of flavors, textures, and contrasts that made for a very interesting and enjoyable experience. A small note on the service, which was at times awkward and slow, certainly not up to par with the quality of the cuisine.

06/04/2026: A superb experience, a very fine balance of flavors in the dishes; each dish was exquisite and meticulously prepared. The sommelier was outstanding, offering excellent advice and a selection of superb wines, including some rare ones.

08/03/2026: I ordered fondue (the restaurant's signature dish) for two, which wasn't bad in itself, but compared to four years ago, they "forgot" to bring me much of the dipping sauce. For €60, they served us a few thin slices of mocetta and a bowl of bread cubes... for two. When I asked for more, they brought me another bowl of bread, 20 minutes later with the fondue cold. The Bellevue (the owner) is an excellent 5-star hotel. This is my third year coming here, and I don't think the management of this restaurant is still up to par with its standard of service.

27/02/2026: The place is very cute and typical of the area. The food is very good and not expensive, but the cheeses are a bit pricey for the quantity. The polenta is also a bit pricey, but the other dishes are reasonably priced. Overall, however, we found the quality/price ratio to be more fair than the competition.

27/02/2026: I had an exceptional stay! The rooms were impeccable and comfortable, with great attention to detail, like a small complimentary set of cookies and a free minibar. High-quality toiletries, a huge multifunctional shower... a dream location. 🌟 The service was attentive and friendly, making me feel at home. You couldn't ask for more. The breakfast was sublime, with great willingness to accommodate customer requests. The location is perfect for exploring both Courmayeur and La Thuile. 🏞️ I'll definitely be back! 👍

05/04/2026: Excellent and very intimate restaurant in the center of Cogne. For two, we only had the fondue chinoise and skipped the appetizers because the fondue is already quite generous. The meat, marinated with salt, rosemary, and lots of garlic, was excellent. Highly recommended.

30/03/2026: An intimate restaurant with meticulous attention to detail in a truly remarkable location. I would have liked to try more dishes, but the prices (though still reasonable for the location) didn't allow for it. The lard in the antipasto con moccetta was remarkable; it truly melted in the mouth. The pappardelle with wild boar ragù was very good, but would have looked better on a ceramic plate than in a pan, where it seemed sparse in quantity. The house mint-based digestif was excellent. There was nothing to complain about the quality of the service or the kindness of the waiters, absolutely worthy of the place.

08/03/2026: Beautiful restaurant with quite high prices and medium quality food. We literally paid 18€ for a dish of 2 raw carrots with mustard, wow. This place is just about the fancy of it.

22/03/2026: A restaurant connected to the pizzeria/restaurant below by a staircase, specializing in meat. Very good dishes, a wide selection, and prompt service. The usual Courmayeur prices are very high, and the gelato is especially disdainful: €10 for a large, 1/4-filled cup. The fries are soggy.

06/04/2026: A wonderful experience; everything was perfect in this mountain chalet, set in a refined, warm, and welcoming environment. The staff was extremely kind and available for any information. Excellent shuttle service. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony. Excellent breakfast and a superb candlelit dinner. The spa and small but functional indoor/outdoor pool were included. The hotel is very close to the Skyway Monte Bianco, and I highly recommend this excursion.

31/03/2026: My girlfriend and I dined as external guests at the Auberge's restaurant, and unfortunately, I find myself having to write a review that's different from all the others and from what I would have liked. I'm certain it was a truly unique occasion. The attention to detail, unfortunately, didn't live up to the service: the gueridon attached to our table, which was filled with other customers' dishes and used tableware, was inappropriate. Furthermore, it was moved back and forth from our table to others, causing considerable embarrassment (to be clear, the gueridon is appropriate, but I think it's best to move it away from other diners' tables unless it's permanently attached to the table in question). The wait times were extremely long, despite the number of diners appearing adequate for the number of waiters (waiting time at least 30 minutes). The delivery of the dishes was a mistake: we ordered a Piedmontese appetizer to share, but the main courses arrived first. Despite our suggestion to reverse the order, they preferred to take it away (thus requiring us to wait again for the main course). At the end of the meal, they asked if we'd like dessert, telling us they'd bring the menu, but we had to ask another waiter because it was clear they'd forgotten (a 10-minute wait). Having both worked in this profession, we noticed some imperfections in the service (for example, salt and pepper thrown into the bread basket to clear the table). The quality of the food was excellent (char, tagliata, and apple fritters). I'm sorry for the review, but I'm sure it was an isolated incident.

04/03/2026: I really don't understand the negative reviews for this little trattoria, where you're always treated well and both the owner and staff are kind and efficient. The food is high-quality (for example, the desserts are from a renowned local pastry shop) and the price is absolutely reasonable. Well done, keep up the good work!

05/04/2026: We had pizza. It was Saturday night, and we had to come back later because it was sold out. The place is very nice, and the girl who served us was helpful and kind. The pizza was good, thin and crispy, but I had a bit of a hard time digesting it; it probably needed a longer rising time. But that's a very subjective opinion. I still recommend going, but I recommend making a reservation.

24/02/2026: This hotel is full service. All you need to have a for a lovely ski holiday: ambience, quality food, good bartenders, jacuzzi and lovely interior decor. The hotel is located outskirts Cervinia town, but don’t worry - they have free shuttle to lifts or if you would like to go to town. Ludo, the owner take well care of you. We are back after 10 years ago - and he makes sure that his hotell still deliver the same nice experience. The restaurant delivers well tasty Italian food - and we even got the special Matterhorn cake - just made special for us. Breakfast is also very nice with a range of quality teas, Italian coffee, sweet, savory, eggs and bacon.
