20/05/2026: Finally, the first good restaurant I found in the region. There are so many restaurants but many are very touristic and food is mediocre. The food here was delicious and tasted fresh and flavorful. Service was warm. A place I would come back to if I lived in the area. It can become a long meal if you order many courses as it’s run by a small team. We had nowhere else to be though and enjoyed the experience. Try to make a reservation to avoid disappointment! Or come early at opening and hope for a last minute table.

18/05/2026: The lady who welcomed us was very kind and welcoming. The octopus with zucchini alla poverella was truly delicious. 🔝 Excellent experience.

09/06/2026: The restaurant is located in the historic center of Putignano, the food is very good, and the service is perfect. Only the price is a little steep.

15/07/2026: This restaurant is just steps from Alberobello's historic center. We decided to try the €70 seafood and mountain tasting menu. All the dishes lived up to expectations, and the staff was courteous and helpful. If I had to nitpick, it might be the ambiance is a bit too retro (for my personal taste). Five stars, however, well deserved.

14/07/2026: The best orecchiette I've ever eaten in Puglia! Dishes prepared with quality ingredients and authentic, traditional flavors. Each course was truly exquisite, meticulously prepared, and bursting with flavor. The welcome was impeccable: the staff were friendly, smiling, and always attentive to their guests' needs, making us feel right at home. An excellent experience in every way. If you're looking for authentic Apulian cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit. We'll definitely be back! Kudos to the entire staff!

27/06/2026: My son celebrated his 18th birthday. Everything was perfect. The food was excellent, the service was polite and helpful. The atmosphere was comfortable, with air conditioning and a private room. We are truly satisfied, thank you!!!

25/06/2026: Overall, it's good. One thing I hate... I hate restaurants with no tablecloths and plastic or paper placemats. It's just too much for me.

28/06/2026: A Sunday lunch, an 8-course surprise tasting menu...and what a pleasant surprise! All the dishes are exquisitely crafted and playfully presented. From the various appetizers to the oils, the pre-desserts and desserts, a journey into a revisited tradition and technique. Kudos to Debora, who manages the tables with elegance and skill.

06/07/2026: Very nice place, great welcome, and excellent service. I didn't particularly like the pizza, which was thin and had few toppings. The first courses, however, were good, along with delicious desserts and a wide selection of wines to suit all budgets, even the most "heavy" ones. Fabulous location. The entire menu was a bit pricey overall. The service was courteous, fast, and punctual.

15/06/2026: The combination of EXCELLENT food, the perfect atmosphere, subtle background music, wonderful hospitality, and pampering with hot chocolate and an elixir at the end of the meal is something you rarely find. Here at the Tre Archi in Altamura, it was just like that. Truly. I'll definitely be back, and soon.

I return often with great pleasure and greatly appreciate the friendly waiters, the orderly ordering, and especially the quality of the meat. One thing not to be underestimated is the quality/price ratio of the meat; for my personal taste and that of those who share these places with me, it's quite good.

28/06/2026: This place is in a beautiful setting in the middle of nowhere, but conveniently just a few minutes drive from the hotel where we were staying. We had the seven course tasting menu, which was exquisite: delicious appetisers, al dente pasta, fish cooked to perfection, a meat course (skirt steak) and a little dessert to finish off. Food allergies were properly taken into account. They have an extensive list of local and international wines. Highly recommended if you are into fine dining.

08/06/2026: Beautiful historic building in the center of Polignano. The restaurant offers parking for guests, very convenient given the summer heat. We dined on Saturday; the appetizer was good, but the pizza was superior. Impeccable service; we thank Tomas for his patience and his ever-present smile. Recommended.

14/07/2026: Reunion with fellow sommeliers, excellent location overlooking the sea, a setting suitable for any occasion. Excellent appetizers, raw seafood, and first courses. Excellent selection of still and sparkling wines, beautifully presented and explained by Vito. We overdid it with a 3.5kg grouper, half with mezzé paccheri and the other half roasted, truly delicious. We overdid it with the sparkling wine, but in the end, we are... sommeliers. 🤷🏽‍♂️

The staff is always friendly and professional, and makes you feel immediately at ease. A special thanks to the chef, a truly humble, helpful, and exceptionally kind person. You can tell he's passionate about what he does, and the results show in the dishes. It's always a confirmation: excellent food, a beautiful atmosphere, and impeccable service. Highly recommended!

10/05/2026: A decidedly disappointing experience. Extremely slow service and unprofessional staff, with organization that left much to be desired. It's unthinkable that in a Michelin-starred restaurant, orders are taken on simple post-it notes, giving the impression of total disarray and lack of customer service. The quality of the desserts was also unacceptable: we ordered tiramisu, and it arrived practically warm and completely melted. Such a detail is truly unfortunate for a restaurant that demands high standards. Furthermore, the atmosphere was completely absent: no music the entire evening. We arrived at 10:00 PM, and the music wasn't turned on until 1:00 AM, making the atmosphere cold and unwelcoming. The prices were exorbitantly high for the quality of service and the overall experience. Absolutely not up to the reputation it claims to have. We definitely won't be returning.
