02/12/2025: At Scinuà, if you come in hungry, you leave hungry. Experience: for two, one orders macaroni with white pork ragù (hard macaroni, a meager amount), the other braised beef with vegetables (the waitress mentions chicory when ordering, and upon arrival, unannounced, there are sparse white cabbage florets, with three slices, max 100 grams, of meat... Want to save on meat? At least give me more cabbage)! The bread? Not soft! We proceed with profiteroles with cream, not dairy, for one, and panna cotta with fig vincotto that overpowers the flavor of the panna cotta for the other. A glass of wine, a bottle of water. The bill: €57 STOLEN! This is compounded by the rudeness of the lady who served us and prepared the bill. When we told her that this wasn't the restaurant for us given the type of service we'd seen at other tables (microscopic portions of everything), she replied that she hoped never to see us again.

07/11/2025: It's always packed, so you have to make a reservation. Don't miss the burrata and the tartare. Absolutely delicious. I love that they bring you the fish raw so you can choose which one to eat. The pasta is handmade and cooked al dente. And the risottos are creamy and perfectly cooked. The lamb is delicious. A bit pricey.

01/12/2025: It's a real experience! Donato truly knows how to inspire. Every time my wife and I go there, he's always ready to amaze. The homemade bread, the many interesting options, the work behind each dish...everything is top-notch! The sisters serving are also top-notch, especially Domenica! A must-try! PS: He pays close attention to intolerances and allergies, so highly recommended from that perspective too!

02/11/2025: Simply the #1 in Bari for the quality and variety of the raw materials offered (fish and more), it has now become a staple of my cultural and gastronomic visits to this city, as I am from Turin. The dining room staff is simply extraordinary, yet never invasive, with preparation and customer service. Not to mention the Chef, (in my "humble" opinion) an artistic genius. 08/12/2025: 5 stars are not enough! The dishes were meticulously prepared, as was the service, which was never intrusive. The ingredients were excellent. The waiters pampered us on the holiday (December 8th), and were able to advise us on the dishes (the cuttlefish tagliatelle was amazing). The children (including 10-month-old Daniele) ate immediately, even though the restaurant was full. Private parking is available a 1-minute walk from the restaurant. The atmosphere was elegantly and welcomingly decorated for Christmas. I can't wait to return. Thank you for treating us to a wonderful lunch.

01/12/2025: Phenomenal, in every way. The counter is exciting, the service is practical and reliable, and the table service is highly experienced, professional, and welcoming. The meat is excellent, from raw to stewed, and of course, right down to the stovetop. The raw zampina is exceptional. Even the desserts are top-notch. The space is well-organized across three floors. The price is very reasonable. We'll definitely return and recommend.

16/09/2025: We enjoyed an outstanding 7 course tasting menu of Puglian dishes at this Michelin one-star restaurant. We could feel the love of Puglian produce and dishes in every bite. We also enjoyed the wine pairing with regional Puglian wines. The restaurant is located on a beautiful property, Masseria Mancini. The drive there from Bari was lovely and I wished I could see more in daylight. The service and atmosphere were outstanding. It was a lovely, lovely meal. Highly recommend.

28/08/2025: Of all the fine dining experiences I've had to date, this is undoubtedly the best. At Pashà, I found not only delicious food, but also attentive service and friendly, approachable staff. The tasting menu is incredible: I tasted the flavors of Puglia, but underneath, greeting me from afar like a silent old friend, were also the flavors of my homeland, Sicily, which is also the birthplace of the brilliant chef. One Michelin star is truly too few: you deserve the second without batting an eyelid. Keep going, and thank you for everything ❤️

The food is authentic and full of flavor, from perfectly cooked pasta to wood-fired pizzas and delicious seafood. They also offer a great selection of wines that pair perfectly with every dish. The atmosphere is cozy and lively, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and truly passionate about what they do. Tips: – Make a reservation in advance — the restaurant is very popular, especially in the evenings. – If you want to try a traditional panzerotto, come on Tuesday — it’s the only day they make it, and it’s absolutely worth it! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience real Italian food like a local!

09/11/2025: If you're in Alberobello, don't miss this restaurant near the Trullo Sovrano. A minimalist, refined atmosphere, with plenty of modern and contemporary art prints on the walls (the chef's passion), and limited seating. The atmosphere is intimate and relaxed, yet quite elegant. The service was impeccable, very attentive and precise. We tried both the Classics and Vegetarian menus, and both impressed us, from the noteworthy finger foods to the dessert. Simple, traditional dishes with a twist, showcasing often overlooked ingredients (like carob beans or parsley root) to the fullest. We were also very impressed with the wine pairings, which we highly recommend. I recommend spending time with the chef and chatting with him to immerse yourself in his vision of cuisine and have a laugh together. I'll just leave a small note as a pointer: we would have liked to have had warm bread, and it would have been even better for the olive oil tasting. A truly positive experience, we'll see you again soon.
