20/01/2026: A truly pleasant experience. The place is well-kept and welcoming. Ms. Antonella welcomed us warmly and attentively without being intrusive. We tried the appetizer of mortadella and focaccia, the braised pork, and finally the tiramisu (I've attached photos that will speak for themselves 🤤). I really appreciated the quality of the ingredients. Excellent balance of flavors and adequate portions. Ms. Antonella, while we waited for our dishes, delighted us with seeded bread and homemade taralli, truly delicious. A restaurant I recommend and will gladly return to.

02/12/2025: At Scinuà, if you come in hungry, you leave hungry. Experience: for two, one orders macaroni with white pork ragù (hard macaroni, a meager amount), the other braised beef with vegetables (the waitress mentions chicory when ordering, and upon arrival, unannounced, there are sparse white cabbage florets, with three slices, max 100 grams, of meat... Want to save on meat? At least give me more cabbage)! The bread? Not soft! We proceed with profiteroles with cream, not dairy, for one, and panna cotta with fig vincotto that overpowers the flavor of the panna cotta for the other. A glass of wine, a bottle of water. The bill: €57 STOLEN! This is compounded by the rudeness of the lady who served us and prepared the bill. When we told her that this wasn't the restaurant for us given the type of service we'd seen at other tables (microscopic portions of everything), she replied that she hoped never to see us again.

12/01/2026: This inn is located in the historic center of Polignano. The atmosphere is very refined and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The dishes are very tasty, and the prices are average for the area. The fish dishes are excellent. They serve a minimum of two dishes per person. Parking is available on the streets or in the municipal parking lot a 10-minute walk from the inn. I definitely recommend it.

02/11/2025: Simply the #1 in Bari for the quality and variety of the raw materials offered (fish and more), it has now become a staple of my cultural and gastronomic visits to this city, as I am from Turin. The dining room staff is simply extraordinary, yet never invasive, with preparation and customer service. Not to mention the Chef, (in my "humble" opinion) an artistic genius. 20/01/2026: The ambience, food, and service are all top-notch. Truly a place of unusual comfort and quality. The menu isn't strictly regional, but rather the expression of a broader (and highly valuable) exploration. It does, however, feature some core references, including vegetables, meats, cheeses, and pasta, but these are alternated or paired in innovative ways with other flavors or with each other, with great attention to the ingredients. A very extensive wine cellar is available. Parking is easy.

10/01/2026: Disappointing ending!! A couple. We were warmly welcomed, the restaurant was quiet, well-maintained, the staff were friendly, and our expectations were high. We chose two appetizers to share: a tender salmon (the only dish we liked) and an artichoke (the flavor was too strong, unbalanced, and we didn't like it). We followed with a first course that wasn't worthy of note, and then the dish that disappointed us most: the entrecote with green pepper. Terrible. We left it there on the plate; the choice of meat was too stingy, inedible, and not suited to the restaurant's intended audience. We expected that, if we complained, they would at least take the dish off our bill or do us a favor! Instead, none of this happened; we paid handsomely for everything! The dessert was nothing special. We won't be returning. A shame, expectations were dashed.

15/01/2026: I'd like to express my immense gratitude to La Tradizione - Fornello Pugliese. We came from Warsaw to meet our Italian family, and although we've visited many places, this one will forever remain in our hearts! The quality of the meat is incredible! Nothing in the truffle tartare covered the authentic flavor of the raw material. The steaks were served exactly as we requested. The portions are incredibly generous... When they brought us the veal strips with arugula, I was amazed by the size of the plate... Lemon was the only thing I wanted to add to that work of art, and it was already there on the plate! Honestly, when the truffle meatballs arrived, I was already on edge... but of course I had to try that masterpiece. Like everything else: phenomenal! Excellent beer and quality white and rosé wines. We ended the evening with dessert. I don't even remember what we ordered exactly, but I'm sure any of their desserts are 10/10! A special thanks goes to the staff. The waiters and the guys at the meat counter were incredibly kind. They treated us like old friends! Thank you so much. When I'm back in the area, I'll definitely come visit you! This is more than a restaurant, it's pure emotion. Thank you! P.S. I apologize for not attaching photos, but I didn't want to take my phone out in such a beautiful atmosphere. 01/02/2026: Well-kept place, amazing pizza, I haven't eaten a pizza like this in a long time, even the desserts are of excellent quality and beautifully presented. Highly recommended, a little more expensive than average but that's okay, quality has to be paid for.

07/02/2026: A very beautiful and elegant restaurant, with attentive and punctual service and a convenient location in the town. The dishes are all excellent, and the quality of the ingredients is clearly evident. Prices are absolutely in line with the quality offered.

06/02/2026: Good food, overly sophisticated appetizers with risky combinations. The appetizer was mostly seafood with some off-key notes: a flavored roast beef, and pucce with pulled pork, which, in my opinion, just didn't fit together. Too many strong condiments that obscured the flavor of the fish. What a shame!

27/12/2025: Excellent quality, not the usual pub with the usual things, I recommend it, welcoming place, Francesca was able to advise me well on what to try and I was surprised, the pinsa and schiacciata were delicious

22/12/2025: I stopped by here by chance, as I'm not from Bari. The food is excellent, especially the quiche and pinsa. There's a good selection of beers, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

14/12/2025: I've been to this pizzeria and had a truly wonderful time. The food was all very good and tasty, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. I'd like to give a special compliment to Abi, the waitress who served us: kind, polite, and always smiling. She made us feel welcomed from start to finish with great professionalism and attention. The service was truly impeccable and made the experience even more enjoyable. I'll gladly return!

09/11/2025: If you're in Alberobello, don't miss this restaurant near the Trullo Sovrano. A minimalist, refined atmosphere, with plenty of modern and contemporary art prints on the walls (the chef's passion), and limited seating. The atmosphere is intimate and relaxed, yet quite elegant. The service was impeccable, very attentive and precise. We tried both the Classics and Vegetarian menus, and both impressed us, from the noteworthy finger foods to the dessert. Simple, traditional dishes with a twist, showcasing often overlooked ingredients (like carob beans or parsley root) to the fullest. We were also very impressed with the wine pairings, which we highly recommend. I recommend spending time with the chef and chatting with him to immerse yourself in his vision of cuisine and have a laugh together. I'll just leave a small note as a pointer: we would have liked to have had warm bread, and it would have been even better for the olive oil tasting. A truly positive experience, we'll see you again soon.

19/10/2025: Everything was excellent, but the girl who looked after us the most was the one who served us. Refined food with simple flavors. Intimate and comfortable atmosphere.

04/02/2026: A disappointing experience. Unfortunately, the dish was a series of mistakes: overcooked gratin mussels, unidentifiable tuna served with a pre-dressed and visibly stale salad. The only positives were the grilled eggplant and zucchini, which were the only thing actually edible. It's a shame, because the foundation for a good experience was there.

24/01/2026: A guarantee... Having frequented it on several occasions, it has consistently maintained a high standard of quality. The food offering is well-structured, with balanced dishes, quality ingredients, and precision-crafted cuisine. The dining room service is one of its strengths: the staff is knowledgeable, attentive but never intrusive, always friendly, and attentive to the customer's needs. The kitchen's willingness to accommodate variations, personalized requests, and specials (today's rice with scorpionfish) is a sign of organization and expertise. A reliable restaurant, meticulously maintained, where the quality of cuisine and service are equally matched.
