06/09/2025: Very nice restaurant, don't be fooled by the front, the owners (husband and wife) are extremely kind and take the time to explain all the dishes and chat with you. The dishes are cooked with love and are excellent!! You can go there with your eyes closed!!! I recommend

All in an exclusive environment and with great attention to detail. Parking nearby is also very easy. Two important details: the mini vegetable garden from which the chefs pick aromatic herbs and early produce and the open kitchen with the staff working and having fun while preparing the dishes. 17/08/2025: A truly positive experience, excellent food: we ordered an appetizer featuring typical Piedmontese dishes and were served a platter with four "single portions" (a meat tartare with caramelized onions, cod, veal with tuna sauce, and a flan covered in bagna càuda). Everything was delicious, as were the first course I ordered, tajetin with a typical local ragù, and the second course my partner chose, a cube of Fassona sirloin with potatoes and green beans. We finished with the amazing millefeuille with Chantilly cream and berries—we split it in two because by that point, we were so full, given the generous portions! Besides the delicious food, the staff was attentive, friendly, and professional. The interior is intimate and charming, thanks to all the paintings decorating it!

16/08/2025: Very nice place, and the staff were all incredibly kind. The food was good, but if I may make a personal comment, the cheek with Barolo was I'm not mistaken, but it had a flavor that was too strong (for my taste) and overshadowed the actual flavor of the meat, so I was disappointed. The veal with tuna sauce was spectacular and truly delicious. The meat, on the other hand, was a slice of meat served on a sizzling hot griddle, beautiful to look at and delicious too. I think the tiramisu was one of the best I've had recently. In any case, a highly recommended place. We'll definitely be back, and maybe I'll even try a first course.

13/08/2025: The pizzas are excellent, generous, and very affordable! The service is efficient, fast, and friendly. We had a great time. The place is a little noisy, but that's a sign of its popularity because all the tables were occupied.

09/08/2025: The staff was very friendly and patient, as we didn't quite understand the Italian menu. The waitress was very attentive to our needs. The pizzas were delicious and very fresh. The white wine was also delicious and inexpensive. I would recommend the tiramisu to everyone!

10/09/2025: We had dinner there twice. Went the first time and got seated imideately. The outdoor seating is basically on the square and the live music made for a romantic setting. The staff spoke great english and was super friendly. The second time we went we had to wait for about 25 mins but compared to other places, it was a short wait time. Honestly, the setting is great, the food is delicious, the staff is friendly and the prices are great all things considered.

06/08/2025: I tried the pasta with sausage and tomato, which was truly excellent, as was the rest. The bill was negligible for the quality of the dishes, at least in my single, but satisfying, experience.

05/08/2025: A simple trattoria/bar with classic decor, impeccable service, and good food. Classic cuisine with a limited but quality selection. Excellent prices considering the quality of the ingredients. We ordered a practically complete menu (appetizer, first course, and second course), staying within €20-25 per person. But we were rolling 😅 The appetizers are definitely not to be missed, as you'll see from the photos. If you want a simple dinner with good ingredients at truly fair prices, this is definitely a good trattoria. The entrance through the bar isn't particularly elegant, but you can't expect too much. Kudos to the efficient and helpful service.

We have celebrated all the most significant events in our lives there, and for our wedding we could only rely on them for the catering. They were able to tell our story also through flavours, making our moment even more special. It is not just cooking, it is emotion. The dishes enchanted us and all the guests, who still compliment us today. It is rare to find so much care and passion in everything. But the wonderful thing is that it is not just about events: every evening, thanks to their gastronomy service, we can take home a little piece of their cuisine. Delicious, genuine ready-made dishes that smell of home and make you feel pampered even on a simple weekday evening. Those who are lucky enough to discover them once, never leave them again. Because here we eat with our hearts, and we always come back for love.

30/08/2025: We had lunch on Saturday, having booked 15 minutes in advance while we were wandering downtown. The place is cute, with a renovated porch, friendly and welcoming staff, excellent and generous portions, and tables for two are a bit cramped. Recommended.

The Al Castello restaurant in Moncalieri is a true gem: a historic venue, expertly renovated, combining the charm of the past with a modern and welcoming atmosphere. The highlight is undoubtedly the new terrace, with an unparalleled view of the magnificent castle: the perfect spot for a charming dinner, especially on summer evenings. The menu is varied and well-curated, with carefully prepared meat and fish dishes, and a light, thin-crust pizza topped with quality ingredients—both local and international. The wine list is extensive and select, perfect to accompany every course. Special mention goes to the desserts, all homemade and truly unmissable! Another plus: the restaurant is open every evening, which is by no means a given. I highly recommend it for those seeking good food, a welcoming atmosphere, and an unforgettable view.

14/08/2025: I went to dinner at this restaurant for the first time to check out the great reviews I'd read. I admit I was surprised: the staff was polite and courteous, the menu was niche, with a wide selection and, above all, ingenuity in the preparation of the dishes. There was a vast and excellent selection of wines. The atmosphere was clean and well-kept, with a beautiful view of the city of Turin and the Moncalieri castle. I'll definitely be back. 👍

20/08/2025: We ordered meatballs with mashed potatoes and cheek with mashed potatoes. The meatballs were very tasty, and the cheek melted in our mouths, very delicate. The staff was young and very friendly. Highly recommended!

16/08/2025: Excellent place offering high-quality ingredients, a perfect combination of a typical American breakfast and lunch. Highly recommended for brunch! A friend of mine opted for an Italian-style first course: that was also excellent!! Prices in line with the amount consumed.
