21/06/2024: Very friendly staff, excellent aperitif food made to perfection

18/06/2024: I was there last Friday with a friend for l'apericena. They were very nice and kind, and the girls especially paid a lot of attention to making sure everything was fine. There are quite a few dishes to try, both hot and cold, and I was surprised to discover that there was arancini, which I had wanted to try for a long time and had never had the opportunity. For those who like sweets, there are also a lot of croissants with cream, chocolates, jam... we put our boots on!!

17/08/2024: We spent an evening with the family to celebrate our nephew's birthday, the place is beautiful in the center of Turin, quiet, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and give excellent advice, the dishes are attractive and very good.

31/07/2024: Cena di lavoro, prenotato per 30 persone, arriviamo e il titolare aveva fatto preparare due tavoli divisi da 15 persone ciascuno….ovviamente obiettiamo dal momento che si voleva mangiare tutti insieme. Il titolare, pensando forse che fossimo dementi, sosteneva che non ci saremmo stati in 30 in un unico tavolo. Quindi abbiamo dovuto fargli vedere come si spostano due tavoli e in due minuti abbiamo potuto cenare insieme. Senza aria condizionata (32 gradi la temperatura esterna, percepita nel locale 40), nobiettiamo anche su questo quindi ci propone di mangiare all’esterno peccato che piovesse. Il salone buio, abbiamo dovuto chiedere alla cameriera di accendere la luce per leggere il menu. La cosa peggiore è stata la maleducazione di questo distinto signore. La qualità del cibo meglio non descriverla, un disastro in tutto e per tutto. Sicuramente non ci torneremo. Mi domando come facciano ancora ad essere aperti.

I have been a customer of the Primavera restaurant for over 32 years and I can say that I have recommended this place a thousand times to all those who asked me for advice on eating good food in an elegant but familiar place. A trattoria that remains anchored to traditions, but that knows how to keep up with modern times. The restaurant is family-run: the owners are Gianni and Cinzia, with their daughter Annagiulia who welcome you with a smile and kindness that... gives you an appetite! Let's start with the fish: few places can boast similar quality! The appetizers, whether refined or simple, offer the flavor of the sea, as fresh as if we were on the beach and the fishermen had just delivered the catch of the day. The first courses are a riot of taste and the spaghetti baked in foil delights the eyes when a swan made of rolled foil is delivered to the table. The second courses are my favourites, especially the sea bass or sea bream baked with vegetables. But lingering on the menu for a few minutes offers the possibility of always finding some new and interesting dish. The mixed fried fish is an excellence of the restaurant, almost a business card... Meat: must try! Typical traditional dishes are accompanied by more original recipes, my preference goes to Albese among the starters and to tagliatelle among the second courses: they never disappoint and have a softness that seems like a caress brought to the palate. The pizza has a very light dough, thin and very digestible, I have always liked it and it is typical of this restaurant: I don't think I have found a similar preparation elsewhere. It's definitely an experience worth having! Very sweet ending: for those who want to finish with a little sugar, Cinzia, the owner, prepares an entire display of beautiful and captivating desserts every day that welcomes you at the entrance and your eyes are immediately captivated. You've just entered but you already know that you won't be able to finish dinner without trying at least one and loving it to the last teaspoon, you will find peace of mind! Wines: a good selection, with some very particular labels; if you are not sure ask Gianni for advice, even after many years he knows how to amaze me with an unusual but elegant bottle that is the result of his continuous search for excellence. In short: it's a place to return to as soon as possible!

The fresh ingredients and the refined menu make the difference. I entered as a customer and immediately felt part of a familiar and welcoming environment. An experience to try and confirm. A heartfelt thank you to the owners and all the staff for their hospitality and dedication. Absolutely recommended!

13/05/2024: We stayed 3 plus small child for one night. The triple room was large, clean and organised, including a satisfactory cot. A double bed and a sofa bed. The location is truly special, with a small internal courtyard full of greenery and peace. Super friendly and helpful service. We also had dinner with a fixed menu €30, first course, second course, sweet water. The breakfast buffet is also plentiful and tasty. I recommend it without a doubt

18/02/2024: Un esperienza sublime …dall’accoglienza, alla presenza del tavolo, per poi passare alla presentazione dei piatti, preparati da una chef eccezionale, qualità eccellente ! Il padrone di casa nonché marito della chef ci ha presentato il menù come una bellissima favola.. amplia e azzeccata scelta dei vini …che dire …bisogna tornarci! Complimenti ancora!

01/09/2024: I was joyfully awaiting the reopening of this restaurant in a fascinating place in the city! A dinner with friends, an elegant and refined place in every detail combined with a friendly and impeccable service that is evident from the beginning of the experience, a varied menu, we chose different dishes, all very good and well presented! What else can I say, we will definitely be back!

06/07/2024: Personale simpatico e preparato. Locale molto pulito incluso i bagni e le cucine a vista. Arredi di qualità con alcuni tavolini legno di cedro del libano . Porzioni abbondanti e prezzi corretti . Qualità molto alta delle materie prime e dei piatti in genere. Risotti con porzione normale molto abbondante e per chi vuole esagerare c'è anche la versione " arrogante" 😉 Oggi abbiamo provato solo vini bianchi di buona qualità. Non appena torneremo a Torino sarà buon must tornare in questo ottimo ristorante a due passi dal centro e dalla stazione. Parlano anche inglese! Non da ultimo hanno pannelli fonoassorbenti alle pareti mascherati da belle stampe per cui si può parlare anche con il locale pieno senza avere problemi di comprensione e senza.dover urlare: un grande plus!!
