14/06/2025: We went to the restaurant for our anniversary. Clean tram, super friendly staff, very good food and wines. Although the experience was very nice, I recommend doing it in the not too hot months because the tram is without air conditioning.

Recommended by the nearby hotel where we stayed, my wife and I were welcomed very cordially by a group of young people, very competent, prepared and smiling, which is not a given. Menu con pizze con un tocco di originalità e con una scelta attenta di ingredienti di ottima qualità. Assolutamente da provare se non ci siete mai stati, da ritornare dopo la prima volta !

30/06/2025: Booked on Sunday evening asking explicitly if there was air conditioning, they told me yes, but it wasn't true since you couldn't even feel it, the food was too salty and mostly they had run out of water glasses, I don't recommend this place.

10/06/2025: serves really tasty pasta and pizza, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The service can be a bit slow at times, but the food is definitely worth the wait.

22/06/2025: I didn't use the rooms but the service was very efficient. I ate veal with tuna sauce and the meat was really tender and the sauce balanced: it is a theoretically easy dish but for this very reason it shows the attention to detail. The location is quiet, enhanced by the swimming pool with poolside cocktails for aperitifs and digestives....even if some ingredient is missing it is a bit of a flaw. Convenient and free parking. In general I ate well, the meat dishes, raw or cooked were the right mix of flavors, excellent flan with potatoes, Castelmagno and mushrooms

15/06/2025: Restaurant to avoid! Very expensive prices and not in line with location and food! Incorrect staff, asked us to cancel the reservation the fork and did not apply the discount. Did not provide details on the bill and did not want to bring us the bill to the table to avoid checks.

08/06/2025: Definitely not recommended. The place is very dark, with no open windows and not very healthy. The food is mediocre, not in line with the prices displayed on the menu, which are particularly high. A particularly negative mention about the service: the staff initially appeared polite but then changed direction once they understood that we only wanted to order one dish. No vegetarian option. The bill was significantly overcharged (at least €30, by calculation) and when we asked for more clarification we were told "we are not ripping you off" but we were not given any details of the bill. For completeness: 5 covers, 3 first courses, 1 second course, 1 appetizer, 2 glasses of wine and 2 waters: €144. You decide. Scammers To be avoided.

18/05/2025: I celebrated my thirtieth birthday here and I'm very happy I chose this place. The terrace is beautiful with a view of the hills, the staff is very kind and the prices are fair. It's strategic if you want to do an activity like go karting or laser game after having had an aperitif/dinner. Only flaw: on the aperitif board I would perhaps put a few pizzas, removing some of the cold cuts, for the rest excellent!!

12/04/2025: Peccato che abbiamo scoperto questo locale a fine stagione invernale. La struttura è calda ed accogliente, arredata con stile montagna. Il menù è diversificato e soprattutto ben cucinato. Ottimi gli gnocchi ai formaggi e la girella di plin. Buona la pizza, così come i dolci. Proprietari e staff estremamente gentili e sorridenti. Difficili riscontrare tanta qualità e gentilezza in alta montagna! La prossima stagione ci recheremo spesso. CONSIGLIATO

I have been a customer of the Primavera restaurant for over 36 years and I can say that I have recommended this place a thousand times to everyone who asked me for advice on how to eat good food in an elegant but family-run restaurant. A restaurant that remains anchored to tradition, but that knows how to keep up with modern times. The restaurant is family-run: the owners are Gianni and Cinzia, with their daughter Annagiulia who welcome you with a smile and kindness that... makes you hungry! Let's start with the fish: few places can boast such quality! The appetizers, whether refined or simple, offer the flavor of the sea, fresh as if we were on the beach and the fishermen had just delivered the catch of the day. The first courses are a triumph of flavor and the spaghetti al cartoccio delight the eyes when a swan of rolled up foil is delivered to the table. The second courses are my favorites, especially the sea bass or the baked sea bream with vegetables. But lingering over the menu for a few minutes offers the possibility of always finding some new and interesting dish. The mixed fried fish is an excellence of the restaurant, almost a business card... Meat: a must try! The typical traditional dishes are accompanied by more original recipes, my preference goes to the albese among the appetizers and the tagliata among the main courses: they never disappoint and have a softness that seems like a caress brought to the palate. The pizza is very light in the dough, thin and very digestible, I have always liked it and it is typical of this restaurant: I don't think I have found a similar preparation elsewhere. It is definitely an experience to do! Very sweet ending: for those who want to end with a little sugar, Cinzia, the owner, prepares every day a whole showcase of beautiful and captivating desserts that welcomes you at the entrance and from the very beginning your eyes are enraptured. You have just entered but you already know that you will not be able to finish dinner without having tried at least one and loving it to the last teaspoon, you will find peace of mind! Wines: a good selection, with some really special labels; if you are not sure ask Gianni for advice, even after so many years he knows how to surprise me with an unusual but elegant bottle, the result of his continuous search for excellence. In short: it is a place to return to as soon as possible!
