04/07/2026: I had a great experience at the deli counter at the COOP Galleria San Federico, thanks to Elisa: kind, professional, and always meticulous in preparing dishes. A real asset to the store!

15/08/2026: We went to the place with a group of 10 people, and all the beers we drank tasted like water; the service was terrible; even though it's a regular beer, they still manage to serve it poorly. We spoke to the waiters, but they didn't listen to us and wouldn't replace the beer. We won't be back.

25/07/2026: I went to an aperitif with colleagues/friends from work. It's a lovely place in a very pleasant square in Turin. They set us up in the very spacious outdoor area. The buffet food is varied and quite good, with starters, fish, vegetables, and desserts. The price is €19, which includes one drink and €7 for another. Parking isn't easy, but the square has a convenient underground parking lot.

17/03/2026: I decided to have aperitivo at this place for my birthday with two friends. While the atmosphere was elegant and sophisticated, and the cocktails were around €20-35, the rudeness and lack of manners of the hosts were not quite as high. It completely ruined the atmosphere and made me and my friends feel very uncomfortable. First, they told us to sit at a table without specifying exactly which one, and then made us move. We started taking photos with a tripod, and they told us, "When the others arrive, you move and you take that one back." The place was completely empty. How could it bother the other guests that I, on my birthday, wanted to take souvenir photos of myself with my friends? Truly inconceivable. Because we weren't pointing the camera at the staff, but at ourselves, with the aim of taking photos of the event. Having said that, shortly after us, a couple arrived at another table. The classic old man with the young foreigner and the LV bag. Needless to say, they were treated completely differently, even though they were actually quite rude, while we were treated with no attention or respect whatsoever. They asked the other table if they wanted a chair to put their bags on, while they stared at us half the time. Truly annoying behavior that makes no one feel comfortable. Needless to say, when it came time to pay, not only did I not leave a tip, but I wasn't even asked for feedback. This was most likely due to the obvious fault of feeling that the service was not only terrible, but also rude and unwilling to improve. That said, the place is very beautiful, clean, and decorated, and the dishes are quite good and adequate, although in my opinion the prices don't reflect the food, the service, or the beauty of the place. €16 for a bottle of water isn't even worth paying in St. Mark's Square in Venice or in Lourdes. I won't be returning and I strongly advise against the place because, as nice as it is, I'd rather not give my money to people who shouldn't have learned good manners and manners in elementary school.

11/05/2026: I had to treat my parents to a Michelin-starred lunch... I was literally treated like dirt! No "good morning/good evening," no arrogant/pretentious responses, and when I pointed this out to Mr. Umberto, he even got touchy. Politeness is definitely something else...

01/05/2026: Quiet and spacious atmosphere The staff were friendly but a bit "unripe" in their customer service. The pizzas were beautifully plated, with an easy-to-digest dough and quality ingredients...but The burrata and sausage had too much oil in the tomato sauce and was too acidic and "dry." The mortadella and burrata had too much oil...the result was greasy. Both pizzas were lukewarm...and lukewarm pizza isn't the best. What stands out is the €6.50 for a medium blonde pizza...and €5 for a bottle of Coke...no...that's not right...perhaps it's to offset the The F o r K discount?
