Here, the tasting menu is a must to truly experience the chef's vision and skill. We chose the 7-course 'Stile Libero' menu. From amuse-bouche to dessert, every dish followed a clear line of quality and creativity. The standout was the scallop “club sandwich” with grilled bone marrow and caviar: unforgettable. The wine list is extensive, as expected from a restaurant of this standard. Prices are fair for the setting and consistent with a fine dining experience. 09/09/2025: It's become a ritual for us to spend a couple of hours in this enchanting place!!! Where you can fully breathe in the history of Saluzzo, where you'll find attention to every detail, a menu and staff of the highest caliber. The wine cellar, what can I say... Devastating!!!! We always return whenever we can with great enthusiasm.

23/07/2025: This might have been one of my favorite Italian meals of all time. The photos don’t do it justice. First off, I had the mind blowing arugula salad. Never have I ever had cut arugula, for some reason this changed my life in more ways than one. For the pastas, the three of us shared three different pastas. I ordered the daily special which was a mushroom, and then we have the ravioli two different ways. To top it all off we had the tiramisu for dessert. The waiter was so nice and friendly, also super funny. He was entertaining all of the guests with his bravado voice and welcome speech. I thoroughly enjoyed his energy as a waiter. The pastas were so fresh, and SO GOOD. If I didn’t have food coma from the gluten I would have ordered a fourth one. Not to be missed !! Truly a gem and super authentic cooking.

31/08/2025: A little gem nestled in the Alps overlooking a lovely lake. The chalet is family-run, and you'll find a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Romina and Monica work tirelessly to ensure their guests are always happy. I've never seen so much attention and affection. Our room was small but had a truly beautiful terrace. There's no air conditioning, but despite the early August heat, it was incredibly cool. There are no mosquitoes, so sleeping with the balcony open and the curtains closed was enough. The cool breeze does the rest. The small lake is lovely, and the walk is truly pleasant. We decided to have dinner at the hotel, and we were right. Everything was delicious and freshly cooked by Monica! Romina is truly a force of nature, exuding joy and enthusiasm. Breakfast was also excellent, with several of Monica's homemade cakes and biscuits. We stayed here for two nights, albeit separately. It was the first stop on our trip to Great Britain and the last. We had a wonderful time and would be delighted to return again. Highly recommended!

17/08/2025: We're delighted to return to the Chalet. The staff is exceptional, like being part of the family. Everything is perfect: the rooms are welcoming and spotlessly clean, the food is excellent and caters to any dietary needs, and the surrounding area is fabulous! We'll be back as soon as we can. 14/08/2025: Best restaurant in Domodossola. We visited twice, enjoying the 6-course menu once and the à la carte menu once. The fish dishes are extremely good and perfectly balanced. The service is very attentive and friendly. Plus, you have a fantastic view of the city and the surrounding mountains from the terrace. My only minor criticism: I had a rack of lamb, which was unfortunately cooked thoroughly and not medium. For dessert, I had the "Chocolate Trilogy." I found the chocolate mousse too dense. Furthermore, the layering of dark, light, and white chocolate wasn't well thought out. I would have preferred the exact opposite, starting with white chocolate and then working toward the more bitter flavors at the end. But these minor criticisms don't justify a point deduction, so they still deserve full marks. And a tip for other guests: Stick to the chef's core competency, which is clearly fish!

10/04/2025: Ristorante su via Nizza, vicino a fermata Metro Marconi. Ha un gradevole dehors tutto vetri, aperto nelle stagioni più calde. Interno con tavoli spaziosi, bianche tovaglie, stile marinaro. Menù di pesce,anche crudo, sempre fresco. Ottime materie prime, pane di loro produzione con farina di Buratto, servito ancora caldo. Prezzi onesti per la qualità. Servizio rapido e cortese. Ottimo sconto con The Fork. Noi torniamo spesso.

05/09/2025: I heated the pasta in the microwave, and she served it herself, agitated, and a little grumpy. 20-euro dishes with 4 tortellini. I paid 50 euros for dinner, and I left because I was hungry. I went to the sandwich shop.

24/08/2025: We had dinner with friends. The staff were friendly and the place was quiet in the center of town. The tagliolini with truffles were delicious, paired with a nice bottle of Nebbiolo. Highly recommended!

12/05/2025: Abbiamo ordinato una torta di compleanno ed è stata un'esperienza sublime. Intanto un grazie alla ragazza che ci ha illustrato le torte perché è stata molto competente e gentile e ha saputo accontentare anche me che ho problemi di allergia alla frutta secca. La torta che hanno mangiato gli ospiti era squisita, delicata, perfetta. ...e la mia monoporzione salvia è limone buonissima. Peccato che non posso assaggiarle tutte ..spero in altre monoporzioni prive di frutta secca.

14/07/2025: Très très médiocre C’est le 1ere fois que je mange aussi mal en Italie Je ne le recommande pas du tout Ravili froids et durs Boulettes de viande bizarres qui trempent dans l’huile servies avec tellement peu de pommes de terre soi disant au four mais complètement froides qu’il a fallu en réclamer la polenta présentée comme une bouillie avec des saucisses qui n’ont pas de goût Tellement déçus que nous sommes partis sans prendre de dessert ni café

16/08/2025: We heard great things but this was tough. Beautiful location, beautiful restaurant, wonderful service, great pricing in theory. The food was conceptually great, but the execution left more than a lot to be desired. While there is a heat wave, it was brutally hot on the terrace with no airflow but summer is always hot. I guess you can pray for a breeze. 5 mosquito bites in 15 minutes until they lit citronella. Great bones, no meat.

15/08/2025: It was recommended to us by a local friend, and my friend and I had a truly wonderful time! 😊 The outdoor terrace is wonderful and has an enchanting panoramic view! A refined place with impeccable service; we ate and drank beautifully! Special mention goes to the small Piedmontese sweet and savory fried fish, truly exceptional! It was a dinner to remember! 😉👍🏻Thanks to all the staff!
