Excellent food and impeccable service (a special recognition to Sara who assisted me, kind, prepared and very attentive) but the staff promoted everything with flying colours. Correct quality-price ratio. I will be back, highly recommended.

I fell in love with the “chiodini e safferano” dish, as well as the “under the snow” dessert. 01/11/2024: Magical place, magnificent landscape. The chalet is very well decorated, the view from the rooms is splendid with the lake in the picture. The restaurant with a view of the lake, the dishes are delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Excellent breakfast with varied and homemade products. No extra for the dog, only happiness.

20/08/2024: Excellent Piedmont cuisine and a good regional and national wine selection. Very rich breakfast by Italian standards. Functional hotel rooms, everything very clean and well maintained. Very nice location on the mountain with the namesake chapel.

21/12/2024: Sono stato al ristorante “Senza Scampo” e posso dire che è un’esperienza che vale davvero la pena! Il menù a base di pesce è vario e curato, con piatti freschissimi e saporiti. Ogni portata è un’esplosione di gusto, dall’antipasto al dolce. L’ambiente è accogliente e raffinato, perfetto per una serata in relax. Un grande elogio anche al personale: cortese, disponibile e sempre sorridente, che sa consigliare al meglio i piatti. Un ristorante che consiglio vivamente per chi ama la cucina di pesce e vuole essere coccolato in ogni dettaglio. Tornerò sicuramente!

17/12/2024: Great find! If you want to taste excellent dishes based on well-selected meat, this is the right place! Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, excellent service and a truly unique venue with a 1950s-style musical background, I think, very relaxing. If I really have to find a negative aspect I think it is the shift management, if you arrive to eat early, for 7.30pm you have the obligation to clear the table by 8.50pm. We were so happy that while chatting we didn't even notice the time and it was rightly pointed out to us. It is also made clear at the time of booking, so it is taken into account, the fact remains that you lose part of the relaxation and tranquility that you expect from a dinner out on a Saturday evening. The experience is recommended in any case!

22/12/2024: The reason for the missing star is represented in the photo: presented as off-menu, the risotto with Bra sausage (which we naively thought was raw) did indeed have Bra sausage, but cooked and divided into 5 pieces, as if they were meatballs, in which once you finished the five forkfuls of risotto with sausage you were left with a normal risotto. Apart from that, the service was excellent and very patient, we started eating at 10.30pm like true southerners, apart from some laughter from the waiters made loudly near our table which seemed out of place but you can ignore it . The rest of the food was excellent, especially the starters and main courses which exuded "Piedmonteseness" more than the royal residences. Good quality/price ratio, even if inflation continues to inflate prices. I would go back for a romantic dinner or with friends.

The menu suggests excellent dishes of local recipes, you are spoiled for choice. Dishes prepared with care and the right quantity. The medium-high prices are adequate for the quality. Good choice also for celiacs. Worth visiting.

26/10/2024: I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant with a friend in August. I had never been there. The venue is tastefully furnished, with attention to every detail, from the combination of pastel colors to the choice of cones of shadow and light. The cuisine is of a high standard. The wide range of dishes described in a refined way immediately raises the level of expectation. The experience on the palate goes further. The flavors blend in an explosion of pleasure. The wine list is up to par. The service is also adequate. I will definitely come back.

20/10/2024: The food and the place are not bad but the service is very cold and the owner with her fake smile is very clever because we split the bill and she thought it best to round it up in her favour, not to give the receipt and we paid in cash!! Terrible, shameful and unprofessional attitude!!!
