20/08/2024: Superlative restaurant. Very refined cuisine, almost exclusively based on fish, but with some interesting proposals, capable of satisfying even lovers of meat dishes. Great hospitality and attention to the customer. The swimming pool for B&B guests is very welcome. The service is of high quality and goes very well with the location, which is remarkable in the Valdossola Alps. Great attention to detail and attention to the customer. The wine list is very extensive, with highly prestigious labels. The prices may be a little high, but they are well justified by the substance and quality you benefit from. Must try again!

06/07/2024: Sarà anche buono ma se passo di persona e con il locale vuoto chiedo se posso mangiare,mi viene detto che il locale è tutto prenotato, nonostante non ci sia nessuno e due minuti dopo chiamo per prenotare un tavolo per due e mi prenotano... buono ma poco corretto

19/08/2024: Typical Turin tavern much appreciated by the locals. Honestly, I wasn't enchanted by either the atmosphere or the food, which seemed a little too simple and not always well executed. I had the opportunity to try several courses and apart from the vitello tonnato which I found tasty even if a little expensive for the quantity offered, nothing else left me enthusiastic. In Turin I found far more interesting places.

20/08/2024: Excellent Piedmont cuisine and a good regional and national wine selection. Very rich breakfast by Italian standards. Functional hotel rooms, everything very clean and well maintained. Very nice location on the mountain with the namesake chapel.

24/07/2024: Group lunch with excellent dishes, I particularly liked the starters, the agnolotti with plin on the napkin and the nettle gnocchi. I advise.

19/08/2024: Very nice restaurant. Magnificent decoration. We ate outside and apart from the mosquitoes everything was very good. Small + the card can be in Italian, French, or English. The pasta was delicious and the pizza was top notch. Very good dessert too. Very fast and smiling service. THANKS

19/08/2024: We happened upon it by chance today for lunch, we were pleasantly surprised from the outside, beautiful environment, open kitchen, super cleanliness. Professional and elegant staff, excellent pizza. We will gladly return

11/08/2024: We were in this restaurant for the first time, but the desire to return was immediate! The staff is very professional and kind, especially Mrs. Matilde! The food was excellent, from the starter to the main course... the lamb and the suckling pig were simply fantastic. The meat is soft and tasty at the right point. The dessert is also good... there is a varied and original dessert menu. To conclude, the place appears to be quiet and very welcoming.

20/08/2024: A place that alone is worth a trip to the Langhe!

15/08/2024: Lunch with friends on August 15th with November weather like it hasn't happened in years. In the rain the inn welcomes us with its sober structure and we sit on one of the most beautiful terraces in all of the Langhe with a view that stretches as far as the eye can see over the vineyards that have made Barolo Cannubi famous throughout the world. The impeccable service, the food that lives up to its fame and the priceless view make us forget the gray sky and the rain. At the end of lunch, together with the coffee, the sun also returns to crown a beautiful day. The price absolutely in line with the overall quality of the experience: extremely recommended.

Dishes explained in detail and, in the presence of food allergies, they are very careful to satisfy the customer without making them run the slightest risk. Excellent quality of raw materials. Fair value for money for the service offered.

01/07/2024: bellissimo casale perfettamente restaurato sulla cima della collina . vista aerea sulle valli e sui vigneti . stupefacente la visione sia dalla veranda che dalle vetrate al primo piano del ristorante . menu' tipico del territorio .ottimi e ben presentati i preantipasti. buoni i tagliolini anche se avrei preferito un poì di piu' di carattere . servizio attento e disponibile . bagno spazioso e pulito . da tornare

28/05/2024: La mia recensione riguarda il ristorante, abbiamo mangiato benissimo, siamo stati bene e coccolati dal personale di sala, che tra l’altro molto preparato. Abbiamo preso il caffè fuori nel dehors che hanno, per godersi la bella vista e la bella giornata. Non posso dire niente di negativo; potrei solo suggerire, siccome avevo visto un reel su Instagram di alcuni piatti di cui( la lasagnetta) sarebbe meglio tenerla nel menù mi sarebbe piaciuto provarla . Per il resto tutto perfetto . Ci torneremo.

18/08/2024: Tutto perfetto dal cibo al servizio e alla cortesia ,bravi! Solo un pensiero : magari io sono all' antica ma le tovaglie mi piacciono ancora, mangiare senza ,direttamente sul tavolo insomma...ora va di moda e sicuramente impegna molto meno però un bel tovagliato...

22/07/2024: Il mio ragazzo ed io siamo stati per la prima allo Chalet per festeggiare il nostro primo anniversario. Che dire, siamo stati accolti in maniera calorosa dalla dolcissima Romina, che, con tanta pazienza, ci ha presentato il posto e i magnifici percorsi da poter svolgere durante il nostro soggiorno. Per non parlare poi della sorella Monica, nonché grandissima chef dell'hotel, che ci ha riservato un menù tipico piemontese con ghiottonerie a non finire. La stanza che avevamo prenotato, vista lago, era piccolina ma graziosa, con tutte le accortezze necessarie che solo Romina poteva riservarci. Sono stati tutti super gentili e disponibili e ci hanno trattati proprio come membri della famiglia. Torneremo sicuramente a far loro visita, perché siamo appena tornati a casa e già ci mancano tutti. Claudia e Francesco

12/08/2024: Maximum score thanks to the restaurant, where we tasted the "Five creations" menu with a pairing of three glasses. All the dishes (including the small initial tastings and those accompanying the dessert) were truly surprising in terms of freshness, taste and plating. The view from the terrace room is splendid and the staff are excellent. Prices are high, but in line with other starred restaurants. The "Casalora" residence, however, seemed to us, overall, to be a little less well looked after than the restaurant. The rooms and services provided are very basic, the breakfast so-so.
