26/10/2025: It's always a pleasure to return to Olè and rediscover the warmth and kindness of the owners, Dacia and her mother, the heart and soul of the place. A slice of Spain, with a lake view and, in winter, a charming dining room replete with the scents, colors, and flavors of Spain. They're definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. The tapas are excellent, and if you order the paella, you won't be disappointed.

06/12/2025: I visited Sant Ambroeus with my family (my wife and my 4-month son), in a cold Winter day. Upon entering I noticed that the main room was basically empty, but the waitress surprisingly shared that no table was available at the moment, thing that basically revealed a very unpleasent selective environment with a quite quaint attitude. I also like stressing hat given my upbringing and my jobs I am a person who might judge people, but I naturally tend to avoid It as it`s a provincial mindset, but being excluded by a waitress who judges people from a jacked rather than a coat was definitely ourtagiously rediculous. I also remark that the place showed to be quite non-family friendly as well as pretty unelegant in terms of bahaviour. A classy place should exert elegance via a welcoming attitude along with a gentle professionalism, rather than via a very weird judging and disagreeable attitude. Strongly not reccomended !

06/12/2025: Welcoming and warm atmosphere, good and friendly service. Good ingredients, good fresh, quality fish. Homemade first and second courses often change with the seasons. I recommend it.

There's a family atmosphere. The cuisine is excellent, with generous and authentic dishes. It's also an ideal starting point for excursions.

20/10/2025: A welcoming and quaint restaurant nestled in the woods at an altitude of 1,500 meters, on the road to Preda Rossa. Excellent for lunch or dinner, with a wide selection of delicious local dishes, or even a quick stop for a simple coffee and a slice of their delicious cakes.
