29/03/2025: A certainty as always! Fabulous tartare and top service, what more could you ask for?? Any excuse in Parabiago is good to go back!

27/03/2025: I've known the place for a long time, the idea is interesting but the distance between the tables and the location can be improved to my taste. Discreet raw material, the production is not always up to par with the prices which are not popular. Kind and attentive service.

28/03/2025: Not expensive and everything is great. Nice beer too. Large selection of heated sandwiches, pasta and other dishes such as Vitello Tonato. Friendly and fast service. Very good team.

16/03/2025: We stopped at midday and this time I didn't like the dry pizzoccheri with pieces of salt. In reality they are creamy with cheese, veal polenta and porcini mushrooms. The meat was excellent but little or no porcini mushrooms. Too bad, same thing with the deer. The porcini mushrooms weren't all tacky. Too bad. The cuisine of Valtellina is exquisite and we have eaten better on other occasions

21/03/2025: It has been a year now since we stayed at the Royal Victoria, and it was the best place of our entire stay in Italy. Lovely staff. Incredible room with a magnificent view. The town of Varenna is a gem. I much preferred it over other areas of Lake Como. It's less busy, but still has plenty to see and do. Plus, it's an easy ferry or train ride to other areas in Lake Como. One note: There is a Royal Victoria Hotel print in the lobby. Do you sell those? Would love to get one to hang in our house to remind us our trip.

If you're a fan of risotto or veal cutlet, I highly recommend giving them a try. However, be prepared for a slightly uneven culinary journey. It's a restaurant where the service will make you smile, and certain dishes will leave you wanting more. It seems like the kitchen has the ability to make truly great food, and when they do, it's wonderful. Is this restaurant worth the visit: if it is convenient for you.

14/03/2025: Elegant restaurant in Piazza della Repubblica, elegant and intimate atmosphere, attentive service. Dishes based on simple but high quality ingredients, combined in a refined and original way. Prices in line with the type of restaurant.

30/03/2025: Extremely poor Service ..staff are inattentive, slow, unpleasant, inefficient, rude..and those are their BEST qualities. The food is also LOUSY …greasy milanese, meatballs taste like they were made last year, mushy pasta. Even the coffee sucks. Go anywhere but here, you will be glad you did!!!!!

15/02/2025: Dinner as a couple in this restaurant with truly elegant and refined interiors (one of the two restaurants of the Grand hotel et de Milan). Friendly staff and always attentive to needs: overall I would say impeccable. As for the menu, chef Gennaro Esposito skilfully combines elements of Neapolitan cuisine (his land of origin) with the Milanese culinary tradition. The mixed pasta soup is surprising, the lemon-scented saffron risotto and the turbot are excellent; less appreciated was the 'mbuttunato (stuffed) squid, which has pepper as its predominant element, which however was not specified in the menu. Overall a highly recommended restaurant.

23/03/2025: Location carina e curata, cibo buono e sapori ben combinati anche se il risotto con tartufo gamberi e riduzione di alici mi è sembrato azzardato in quanto il sapore delle alici sovrastava. Nota negativa il personale: dopo l’ antipasto ci hanno pulito il tavolo e portato la carta dei dolci nonostante avessimo ordinato i primi. Ho atteso il parmigiano per oltre 15 minuti e dopo due solleciti mi è stato servito, quando ormai la portata è diventata fredda. Ho segnalato che faceva freschino nel locale (le signore al tavolo accanto al mio si sono messe delle sciarpe a modi scialle) e la cameriera mi ha risposto se volessi il cappotto !! Assurdo!! Una location così prestigiosa e ho dovuto cenare al freddo !! Ricordavo un servizio e un’attenzione migliore! Forse il personale “giovane” avrebbe dovuto essere istruito e seguito in maniera migliore per evitare disservizi!

06/04/2025: The combination of ingredients is very particular. With every tasting you can perceive the chef's skill in preparing each type of menu. In the restaurant menu there are a few well-prepared dishes, with attention to the smallest details, modern and very intriguing. We appreciated the cream puffs and the non-alcoholic welcome cocktail. Great customer service. The atmosphere is relaxing, pleasant music 🎶 I haven't taken much photography and plan to return soon.

29/03/2025: The restaurant is above all expectations! We with my wife were just passing by the view and bartender Mauro invited us to the restaurant for lunch. What a great Gentleman! They seated us on the balcony with an incredible view. The team gave us Frutti Rosé (I hope I spelled it right) and in the end Mauro gave my wife a liquor to try. Incredible service and food with unforgettable atmosphere. Thank you from happy guests from Kazakhstan!

06/03/2025: Il ristorante è posizionato in mezzo alle piste, di notte il percorso non è immediato ma si fa... Classica baita dall'ambiente piacevole. Ho preso un tagliere misto, tagliatelle sl tartufo e costine di cervo. L'antipasto era ok, niente di straordinario, nella media quantità e qualità degli affettati e formaggi (3 micro pezzetti). Il primo era buono ma un po' secco, parecchio tartufo ma non risultava amalgamato con la pasta. Le costine di cervo purtroppo da dimenticare, molto sottili e stracotte 4 su 5. Purtroppo quasi immangiabili. Personale cordiale e alla mano. Prezzo 65 euro
