02/06/2025: Raramente mi è capitato di mangiare in un locale dove tutto è perfetto, all'oca bianca abbiamo trovato un servizio raffinato ed  elegante, materie prime di ottima qualità, piatti  molto originali e curatissimi disponibilità cortesia e altissima professionalità. Il locale è gestito da ragazzi giovani ma con una grandissima esperienza che sanno come prendersi cura del cliente  ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Sicuramente torneremo grazie per averci fatto passare una serata davvero speciale

26/05/2025: We went for dinner on a Saturday evening in this restaurant with a very varied land and fish menu; very kind and fast staff; very clean environment; not chaotic, quiet; excellent fresh fish dishes and very well cared for; light and refined cuisine without heavy sauces; right portions; both the appetizers and the first and second courses and the exquisite desserts .... we will return hopefully soon! Very spacious environment; we dined on the terrace, very beautiful .... I would really recommend this restaurant to everyone with an excellent quality / price ratio, and a stone's throw from the seafront!

01/06/2025: Ancora una volta abbiamo cenato in questo piacevolissimo ristorante, dove lo Chef Riccardo Ciarlo ci ha letteralmente " preso per la gola " con acciughe ripiene fritte e rombo al forno con verdure di stagione. Per finire gli sfiziosissimi dolci della Sig. Caterina, mamma dello Chef e abilissima pasticcera. Consigliatissimo.

06/06/2025: Due sere fa sono andato con la mia famiglia in questo ristorante, era da tempo che volevo fare, ma l’ultimo anno non è stato un periodo tranquillo ed ho sempre rimandato. Tutte le persone che ho conosciuto da quando ho casa a Sarzana mi indicavano Ottone I come il miglior ristorante del posto. Io non sono un cliente che fa sconti ai ristoratori, una cosa mi da particolarmente fastidio, della buona materia prima cucinata male. Da Ottone, questo non è successo, Letizia e Remo hanno un’estrema cura nella scelta degli ingredienti e nei loro piatti fanno risaltare la qualità. Per antipasto mi è stata servita una tagliata di tonno, con cipolle e una generosa spolverata di tartufo, a seguire ho ordinato crostacei su una julienne di verdure, mia moglie ha scelto il bianco di baccalà con cipolle ramate, a finire due dessert, ho apprezzato molto il babà con crema e fragole, non troppo inzuppato di rum, che avrebbe coperto i sapori. Non ho mancato di spiare nei piatti del tavolo vicino, che hanno optato per una spaghetto ai crostacei, non contaminato, come spesso capita, dal pomodoro per lasciare intatto il sapore del sughetto del pesce. In definitiva, soddisfatto dalla cucina e dai gestori.

31/05/2025: Great experience in this former brothel restaurant. The dishes are very selected and prepared with taste and skill. The staff is very kind. If I really have to find a flaw, it is that when it fills up with customers there is a bit too much confusion.

30/05/2025: I went to this cute little place for dinner and I was really impressed. An elegant but relaxed atmosphere, a real hidden gem. The dishes were really good and with quality ingredients. The service was impeccable: attentive, kind and never intrusive. It is one of those places that you would like to recommend to everyone, but at the same time keep only for yourself. I really hope that in the future there will be the right turnout, because they deserve it!

27/05/2025: A corner of Portugal in the heart of Genoa. In a very characteristic and suggestive setting you can taste many specialties, definitely try one of the variations of Baccalà! A kind and attentive service. Recommended for a lunch with friends 💖

22/05/2025: Casi siempre marcamos la opción "Vista Escénica" en los filtros TA, pero se nos permitió elegir durante nuestra visita a la ciudad costera de Camogli, Italia. A menudo nos preocupamos un poco por los restaurantes basados en hoteles que tememos que hayan terminado, con un precio que cubre sus gastos generales extensos, pero Il Doge valió la pena la pequeña prima. Los langostinos a la parrilla eran algunos de los mejores que habíamos probado - condimento encantador, cáscara principal cortésmente quitado, cocinado justo para estar tierno y jugoso. Tenía la pasta de mariscos que era delicioso. Una ventaja adicional era que su terraza tenía toldos y el clima pronosticaba algunas duchas que pasaban por allí. Así que pudimos sentarnos bajo su protección y disfrutar de nuestras vistas panorámicas a pesar de un toque de inclemencias del tiempo.

15/03/2025: Cena meravigliosa . Piatti di un livello altissimo ma con sapori della tradizione . Materia prima di qualità e gentilezza e professionalità anche in sala . Non parliamo della vista che si gode . Felici anche i nostri bambini di 8 e 10 anni che hanno apprezzato sia il menù dedicato a loro che i primi come gnocchi al burro e salvia e trofie al pesto del menù normale . Grazie ci siamo sentiti proprio coccolati .

10/06/2025: All good until the sauce accompanying the mixed fried food.. all night with the heaviness of garlic on my stomach. Good job the dining room staff for helping me, but I recommend writing on the menu so that the customer knows what's in the sauce or at least communicating it to the table.

07/06/2025: Polpo Mario is a historic place, full of charm and tradition. The authentic atmosphere is combined with excellent cuisine, where fresh fish is the absolute protagonist. Each dish is carefully prepared and delicious. The staff is always friendly and professional, making the experience impeccable. A must-see for those who love true Ligurian cuisine!

11/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo eccellente ristorante di pesce durante il ponte del primo Maggio. Che dire? Abbiamo mangiato così bene che siamo tornati una seconda volta. La qualità di ogni portata che abbiamo gustato è altissima, a partire dalla freschezza della materia prima. Menzione particolare al pane fatto in casa(peperoncino, curcuma e via dicendo). Una vera prelibatezza. L’ambiente è estremamente familiare. La spontaneità e la cordialità dei due titolari, Fausto e Violetta, rende l’intera esperienza ancora più bella. Siamo entrati così in sintonia, che ci è sembrato di conoscerli da tanto tempo. Speriamo di poter tornare presto in Liguria e tornare all’isola. Vivamente consigliato

02/06/2025: The most incredible food, service, interiors, chef, servers, taste, atmosphere, etc. I tried to practice my Italian and they responded back with a very respectful mix of Italian and English, which felt very kind and encouraging. We didn't even have to wait for a table, altogether an exceptional experience.

15/02/2025: Ogni anno (da ormai diverso tempo) quando sono in vacanza in queste zone, è ormai una tappa fissa la cena in questo ristorante. Mi sono sempre trovato 'molti bene' in rapporta alla qualità /'prezzo, piatti di pesce squisiti e molto abbondanti ma sopratutto anche di qualità. Personale premuroso e molto attento sopratutto 'gentile', consigliatissimo!!

04/05/2025: Vecchia casa cantoniera rimessa a nuovo come ristorante di altissimo livello. Ce lo ha consigliato una signora che frequenta Sestri da tantissimi anni altrimenti non lo avremmo mai scovato, e che bella sorpresa! posto WOW, cibo WOW, personale WOW, tutto WOW! Torneremo di certo quest'estate!

04/05/2025: Innanzi tutto ora si chiama LE CANTINE. ha cambiato menù rispetto alla precedente gestione. Carne top, menù eccellente, posto meraviglioso, cantina fornitissima, prezzi assolutamente adeguati al posto e al tipo di cucina ( a vista).....da ritornarci presto
