The brigade and the dining room staff demonstrate impeccable professionalism. Every detail is meticulously attended to, the service is precise, discreet, and perfectly orchestrated. A special thanks to the dining room manager for her expertise and high level of professionalism. The cuisine lives up to the expectations of a great gourmet restaurant: refined dishes, excellent quality ingredients, meticulous presentation, and harmonious flavors that enhance each course. I truly enjoyed the food from start to finish. Everything was excellent: excellent dishes, friendly and knowledgeable staff, a welcoming atmosphere, and a wonderful view. We had the most amazing experience eating at this restaurant. We got to experience the lunch time menu and it lived up to all expectations. The food was delicious and interesting using the best ingredients from the Liguria region, the setting was amazing with a stunning view over the town of Noli and the sea, and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming.
