I would like to note; for the restaurant and bar, if you have the luck of being served by Pietro you might learn how to appreciate dishes and drinks in a different and meaningful way. A deep thanks to him, his knowledge, and his dedication to service.
Unfortunately, this place is just a backdrop. After several weddings, I can say that the food quality remains below par. What remains is the natural beauty of the setting and the consistently efficient service from the wait staff.
We had an aperitivo on the terrace, and the place was unique. Stunning views from the promontory overlooking the sea, the pier, and the Ligurian coast. The sun's colors reflected in the sea were breathtaking. The drinks and food were both sophisticated and of excellent quality. Impeccable service from Pietro, a truly kind and knowledgeable man, explained and recommended every drink in detail, even offering a few interesting facts. Highly recommended!
I sensed a bit of fatigue from the chef and a lack of attention to detail in the dishes. The cheek itself was cooked well, but the black truffle had no flavor and hadn't even been cleaned; you could taste the sand under your teeth. The sea bass in salt was served with embarrassing vegetables. A small eggplant (in April?), probably frozen, was inedible and tasteless. In the dessert, you couldn't taste the basil, one of the main ingredients. For the price, you can certainly find better.
An ideal location for corporate events and ceremonies. Stunning restaurant with a veranda offering 360-degree sea views. Access to the park and private cliff for a romantic stroll. I've been there for several weddings. Highly recommended. ++++
