We booked after discovering the place through the adjacent hotel, but once we arrived we found ourselves faced with a surreal scene: only three customers sitting at the tables, two waiters intent on serving wine and no one who deigned to welcome us. We stayed over 10 minutes at the door, completely ignored, until we decided to leave. I find such an attitude in a restaurant absurd. One star is even too many.”

25/02/2025: Pasta al dente, well seasoned. Generous seafood. Tastes like home-cooked food. The fries were dry, crispy and delicious. The medium-rare meat was very juicy. Great service! Great location. Fair price. I recommend it.

A spectacular welcome and food from a starred restaurant, but in quantity! 13/03/2025: I ate very well, the grilled octopus is top notch, the fried fish was excellent and I have rarely tasted such good zabaglione. The service is a little slow but justified by the care taken with the dishes, which are also enviable in their presentation. Polite and friendly staff, I had already been once and, amazed by the quality of the dishes, tonight I brought my family, and I can say that they were all more than satisfied. I will definitely come back

28/02/2025: An evening with friends in this cute place. We took a mixed platter of cured meats, cheeses and honey 🍯. Grilled tomini. Two mixed meat grills. A cut with gorgonzola fondue. Three mice of ricotta and figs accompanied by Rum. One liter of wine, two bottles of water. To conclude he offered us a grappa and two bitters. All very good. We paid 43 euros each. I recommend it.

Abbiamo mangiato bene (solo 3 primi, uno di pesce) Peccato che nell'offerta del giorno, non ci fossero specialità tipiche genovesi (come indicato sulla insegna fuori dal locale - un Sestrese, che vive a Milano da molti anni e torna a Sestri, se lo aspetta!). 03/03/2025: The welcome is good, the place is clean, the bathroom is also characteristic, a special praise goes to the dining room staff, they are quick, welcoming and kind, the dishes are very good with fresh products but lack that touch of imagination and genius, the wine list is not exaggerated although adequate for the dishes, the desserts are good but a little neglected in terms of imagination and variety, the price is average with a first course, a second course, a sweet wine, a bottle and the inevitable coffee for around €75, it is still a place that deserves it.

31/03/2025: My partner and I went to this restaurant yesterday, trusting the excellent reviews, and we weren't wrong. We ordered a truly superb seared tuna, and an excellent fried calamari cooked to perfection.
