26/02/2026: A Thursday evening, not many people but a quiet restaurant, just the way we like it, and absolutely top-notch pizzas (dough and toppings) at a great price.
PS: The tiramisu was amazing 😋
15/02/2026: A very good AIC restaurant, large portions, and good value. I've been there several times and it never disappoints!
The fries, in particular, are fabulous, not to mention the grilled calamari, which I always order!
(I'm attaching both photos from September and the other night.) Highly recommended 😊

A well-executed dish with successful pairings and impeccable presentation.
Special thanks to the person who welcomed us, advised us, and looked after us from start to finish with professionalism and courtesy, even sharing a little bit of the history of their restaurant and the family who works there. WELL DONE, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

26/04/2026: A small restaurant in the Marassi area. It offers seafood, Ligurian dishes, and more. The calamarata allo scoglio, the Genoese fried fish, and the stuffed anchovies are excellent. Generous portions and beautifully presented dishes. Friendly staff, a family atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Unfortunately, given the limited number of tables, you need to book well in advance, but it's definitely worth it.

19/02/2026: A beautiful and delicious inn just steps from the city center. We had the chance to try their pesto with homemade pasta and a wonderful selection of cheeses. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Genoa!

10/05/2026: Excellent restaurant, beautiful table setting, and very fast, professional service. Desserts were classic but not as good as the main courses.
09/05/2026: We were there on a Friday evening; it was very crowded and incredibly hectic. It was very loud inside. The "fish of the day" was good, and the pasta was okay. Unfortunately, not all the dishes on the menu were available.
The service suffered due to the hectic atmosphere; we were asked about our orders several times, and sometimes we even had to ask again. Despite the good food, we can only give it a qualified recommendation.

09/04/2026: The marinated and breaded anchovies were exquisite. The spaghetti alla chitarra with turnip greens, shrimp, and toasted breadcrumbs was delicious and flavorful. All washed down with a nice glass of local Vermentino. Recommended.
26/02/2026: I stumbled upon it by chance and had a divine lunch. Fried anchovies, amazing seafood appetizers, spaghetti with mussels, and a mind-blowing mixed fry. All washed down with a highly regarded house wine.

06/04/2026: Outstanding hotel in a very convenient location, walking distance to the cruise port and train station. I wouldn't consider the rooms to be 5-star, but the common areas of the hotel definitely are. The tub/shower in the room was a miss, but everything else was fantastic.
02/04/2026: A first class 5 star hotel, with marvelous decor. Our room was queen size, bed was very comfy, coffee and tea is provided with minibar. The bathroom was clean and spacious with towel robes also provided. Breafast was superb. Close to shops and resteraunts, and train station few minutes walk away. Highly Recommended this hotel.

10/04/2026: The atmosphere is that of an intimate, small, and comfortable tavern. The perfect spot for a quaint alleyway. The service is quick and attentive, thanks to its authenticity. The host and host explain the dishes, which are excellent in their simplicity. Compliments to the chef, who is skilled at preparing and displaying the dishes simply. It was a great evening. Everyone was happy (2 adults, 2 teenagers, and 1 child). The experience was excellent, and the price was very fair.
06/04/2026: Despite being a regular stop in Genoa, on this last visit I didn't find the same quality of the dishes that distinguishes the usual standards. Has the management changed? While it remains a good experience, I hope for a return...to the past in the future.

30/04/2026: Returned to this lovely little place. The food was excellent, and the service was very attentive and courteous. The wait was a little too long. Luckily, we had a table of wonderful friends! The chefs offered the sour cherry liqueur in delightful little glasses.

The rooms were a bit small, but there were four of us, but they were still cozy and fully equipped.
The price was more than fair, including a buffet breakfast.
I recommend it.
